I moved recently and looked up a Goodwill near me and this one came up. I called prior to dropping off the donations. When I was near i called again and asked where do we drop off donations as i did not see a back way as most locations have. The person on the phone told me I need to come out front. We had to find parking and then carry our items over a block. When we entered, the cashier looked up at us, but did not say anything. She saw us, as we had bags in our hands and were almost blocking the front door. She waited on two more customers before I said something and asked where donations go. She waved her hand at the bins and said left one is for clothes. It was such a rude interaction. I love shopping at Goodwill, but will not be shopping at this location.

My wife and I love going thrifting at Goodwills because you never know what treasures you will find. The Goodwill in Fells Point is particularly good. I dont know if its because of the location in this hip and trendy neighborhood but they always seem to get really good high end clothing with brand names. We have noticed that they are starting to raise their prices but its all still really cheap for whst you can get.

Great Goodwill prices and the household items I was looking for.Unfortunately sone things didn’t have tags so I had to leave them. The cashier nor manager seems to want to price the tagless items to make the sale unlike other thrift stores.Nice shopping and dining area though.

Overall a good experience. The employees were really nice. Things packed a little tightly on racks, so be prepared to dig for those good deals! I didnt give five stars because I went to donate a LOT of stuff ~ and corporate hasnt sent them receipts that are 2019 yet so you can take a deduction for your donations. So I need to go back. Other than that an overall good experience.

A lot of name brand, like new clothes and outdoor wear. Like North Face, Jordan, Columbia hoodies and coats.

I would like to know who prices the items? In my opinion many of the items are not priced fairly. Isnt this supposed to be a good will for the people who are less fortunate to afford items at regular price? After all, all the items in Goodwill are donated to them. They profit off everything donated to them for nothing. They should really reconsider when pricing items. Staff are pleasant with exception of a few. Store is pretty organized.

Their check in system hasnt worked for a LONG time. cant get credit for visits. and cant get access to my discounts. i went from shopping here 2X a week to only on the last Saturday of the month so i can get a discount.

Small shop, great location. They have what youre looking for. I found what I was looking for five feet inside the door, and was out of there in less than 3 minutes.

Last Saturday of every month is 50% off the entire store. Come early !!Great finds in here!

Went to purchase a handbag that was donates esrlier but day while 2 of the employees were on the way to 7 eleven. Came back after lunch just to find everyone lounging at the register. When I asked about the handbag just to be toms it would be priced tomorrow. I guess your career center isnt helping the local stores because I would have paid top dollar for the used handbag. Way to go and lose a customer. Maybe introduce an incentive program to encourage your employees not to use the register as a longe center. .

This Goodwill is small but mighty. Ive gotten a lot of great costume finds here!

I buy jackets for the winter here and help the homeless on the street. Not expensive and it hps keeps them warm.

The pricing seems to be all over the place but they have a great selection of high quality name brand items.

I M P O R T A N T E I really liked this store. You can really get a little of everything. Recently I bought this jacket and I just put it on when I left home, this happened ... I am aware that there are new and used things and that is what you risk when buying ... There I am fine. But what Ive seen lately is that they dont measure prices anymore, theyre placing them as if you bought them at Target or something. It is already impossible to get, FOR EXAMPLE, even if it is a base for a candle at $ 0.50 and they do not fall below $ 1.50 and that costs new. And so many other things ... They are supposed to be charity and help stores. But to receive all that in donations, they have very high prices. Not counting that it can go wrong as it happened to me. Not even a cup of coffee falls below $ 2.
