Ive only ever ordered cupcakes for delivery so I cant comment about the staff or the shop itself. But the cupcakes are very good. Theyre my go-to for random sweet cravings when I dont feel like going out. The vanilla ones are my favorite but the red velvet is good as well. The marshmallow flower ones are interesting in a good way. The cupcakes always arrive well-packaged with a temper-proof sticker. I will continue getting delivery from here when the cupcake craving comes again!

Each bite was an explosion of delightful flavors. The icing and cupcake combo was perfect. Some places have good icing and a dry cupcake or vice-versa but not Cup Love. I will definitely be coming back!

We have been here several times and each time was pleasant.. except for today. The yogurt was yummy but we felt uncomfortable during our stay. We didn’t feel welcomed at all today...

They are amazing! It was my grandfathers birthday during COVID and he wasnt able to get visitors. Im out of state and was able to order cupcakes to be delivered. He said the cupcakes were amazing and it turned out that the staff at Cup Love went above and beyond and put a Happy Birthday message with the cupcakes! It really made his day! Ive been to Cup Love before while visiting MD and cupcakes really are amazing - they have such fun and creative flavors.

Some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. The cupcakes are moist and they aren’t too sweet. Hard to avoid this place when you’re trying to start a diet, lol. Highly recommend if you don’t want to bake and want to impress someone.

I googled best cupcakes in Baltimore and this bakery popped up. Absolutely Hands down the best cupcakes in town!!! The presentation was absolutely beautiful and the Cupcakes were mind blowingly delicious ( if that’s a word. Lol) please check out this cupcake/ frozen yogurt bakery you will not be disappointed!! And Julie was absolutely wonderful as well!!

My daughter who’s home from college due to the pandemic wanted to take a break today and asked that I go with her to get yogurt. We’ve patronized Cup Love on numerous occasions and while they’re never really friendly, today was extremely non-welcoming. We were the only customers in the establishment and the lady behind the counter came across as if she really didn’t care for us being there. After my daughter paid for our order, I placed a tip in the jar and we left. I didn’t want to mention what was exhibited but later at dinner when my daughter brought it up, it was an immediate consensus as to what was obvious. We won’t be returning and having read some of the reviews, we’re not the first to receive such a negative and cold representation of service.

I absolutely love these cupcakes. Lived in many cities and always have to find the best cupcakes in town. These are seriously delicious, and my go to whenever there’s an occasion (or craving). Better than the famous Georgetown Cupcakes in DC in my opinion.

This is just a pop-up location and only had three flavors to offer. Nice fun and friendly staff and the free photo booth was definitely a perk. I absolutely LOVE caramel popcorn and to my surprise, this was one of the flavors offered. It was AMAZEballs and we went back twice during our visit. We may have dessert there again...worth the walk there and back from our hotel!!

The smell of delicious baked goods hit you as soon as you walk in. I skipped right past the cupcakes and headed for the frozen yogurt for I have been on a mission to find decent fro-yo in Baltimore. And I have found it. All of the flavors are delicious. I highly recommend! I will definitely be trying a cupcake or two on my next visit.

Fantastic selection of cupcakes! Frozen yogurt is incredibly delicious! And surprisingly, the coffee is great too! The ambiance is adorable with the local artwork adorning the walls. The owner and staff are just so incredibly friendly. Independently owned by a local so thats always a plus. This is a must visit spot in Canton when your sweet tooth needs a craving or just a place to relax.

RACIST & DISRESPECTFUL!! My Family and I came to this establishment as a sweet treat for our children on a hot day, we had 12 children and about 9 adults. This was our first time coming here, we were actually planning to go to the place next store but they were closed. So we said lets try frozen yogurt.First we were not greeted at all by any of the staff but other guest that came in were, but never the less we still stayed. After spending almost $100 between all of us, the majority of my family exited while only my mother and I continued to make another purchase. While making our purchases the owners wife comes to the counter and tells the cashier that people were stealing the yogurt . Let me be clear we do not need to steal FROZEN YOGURT! REALLY FROZEN YOGURT??Our children were seated the entire time when we wanted a sample the staff gave it to us or we paid for it in the cup.My family and I were so thrown off by the comment! The audacity for her to say something like that in front of the very customers shes making the comment about. My dad came back in a even offered to pay triple whatever they thought was stolen was worth because money is not a option for us.The owner declined but still never apologized for the comment. It was racial driven and I suggest if your of African descent or if you have a large group that you do not visit here.

Hands down the BEST cupcakes I have ever eaten!! We had the Cup Love team make cupcakes for our gender reveal and our family was blown away and couldn’t stop raving about how good they were. I can’t thank Cup Love enough for helping to make the experience so wonderful and memorable.

Great cupcakes. The owner is too young and not personable. Very short, dry, oafy, and persnickety tone. No customer service skills. I guess that’s what you get when hipsters “run” a business. I’ll truly miss the cupcakes but my husband and I won’t be returning because of the non customer appreciation vibes.

Exceptionally nice folks who make terrific cupcakes in several creative formats, including numerous chocolate varieties. Consistently fresh & delicious, with dynamite gluten-free and vegan options to boot. (I do wish they kept more of their vegan cupcakes in stock, as these seem to frequently sell out.)

The biscotti butterscotch cupcake was my favorite. The whole shop is aesthetically beautiful. The cake is super moist. And the artwork was beautiful! Very cozy and cute. Staff was pretty nice too.

The frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious! Fresh and homemade, the tart flavors are the best Ive ever had. The staff is extremely nice and even treated our hot dog to a nice drink of cold water and a muffin! Well definitely be coming back! 5 stars all around!!!

Amazing cupcakes! Also, the froyo is quite delicious. There are a ton of toppings to choose from. About 8 flavors of froyo. Very small place with super minimal seating. It was pretty warm in there on Mothers Day Sunday... Definitely hope they use the AC next time.

A great addition to the square, this place offers frozen yogurt in 6-8 flavors (with some that change out) and low-fat/fat-free options. Lots of toppings to add, and you just pay by weight. They say no taste samples, but no one is really watching if you do.It also has specialty cupcakes on display and available for ordering. We ordered these once for my wifes birthday. The cupcakes are good, but not the best Ive had. I typically just get the fro-yo.

The place is small but really adorable, too bad the shopkeeper was in a clear rush to close the shop even before the closing time (disappointed because we drove 25 mins for this place and parking took another 7 mins in that area, yet we couldnt sit & enjoy the ambiance).Anyway, I got the triple chocolate cupcake which tasted totally yumz! Frozen-yo was good but only limited flavours to choose from. Will try again.

I visited Baltimore for the first time and saw an ad for this cupcake shop. I paid for the water taxi and went to Canton. I was disappointed when I went to enjoy my cupcake later after dinner. I got the vanilla cupcake with vanilla bean buttercream and there was no flavor!!
