My Favorite Man took me there to buy me/us a nice and hot cappuccino. We were in a hurry to get there before they closed and Iβm glad I was able to take good pictures! It was neat and tidy. No lines at all!π So, wait for your favorite coffee ten minutes before they are closed and youβll have a great experience! π Just kidding!!My cappuccino was delicious, exactly how I like it. Very hot, extra shot, five Splendas, wipped cream and cinnamonπ. Now you all know, just in case someone likes to buy me one!πThis was my first time visiting this Starbucks location and I have nothing to complain about.
Super kind staff, had a lovely chat with the barista Dylan, delicious clover iced coffee. Super happy I came to this location for the last stop on my trip to Baltimore
Okay, so this is a regular Starbucks that stole a Reserve sign from one of the real locations. Dont get me wrong, they had some excellent beans and we had good coffees, but if youre looking for the actual Reserve experience, book a flight to Chicago or Seattle. We didnt even get non-cardboard cups, and they looked at us like we were insane when we asked for the actual pour over. The siphons looked like they hadnt been cleaned (or dusted) in weeks. We sat in front of the siphons and our barista brought our cardboard tray of cardboard cups with lids to the regular drop location with the online orders. Lame.
Ice cream on House affogato was rather cheap and had frost in it... like its been sitting in the freezer for years :(
Starbucks Reserves are such a special experience, and this store has such friendly and passionate baristas. :)
STB Simply the best enough said. This shop was small in the other side of the hotel years ago and now it is in a bigger area and the lounge is spacious and lots of tables and comfortable seating sofas. There is an outside seating too. If in a hurry in the morning go for a short pike and a cheese danish.π
π£Nice, professional fast working staff reminding US that (WE ALL MATTER)!
Great Starbucks with delicious coffee.
I purchased the Dragronfruit w/Lemonade drink...loved it. Fast and friendly service.
Good service and friendly service.
Wandered in to a cashier that wasnt paying attention to my order, they seemed to be more concerned with an order multiple checks before mine. I received an eye roll when I asked them to remove an item that I planned on ordering later, prior to my exit from the store.Nobody wants an attitude while ordering their first cup of coffee in the morning.
My barista, Dylan, was so kind!! I decided to try a brown sugar shaken espresso after trying one once before that was subpar. I told him about this experience and he explained that it was one of his favorite drinks and it would be great. He was 100% right and he made me one of the BEST coffees Iβve had!! Kudos to Dylan for being such a good and kind barista!
Highlight of my baltimore trip every morning. Their manager was always attentive and gracious. The service alone gave 5 stars.
The barista that made my drink today had his mask well below his nose. Weve had a mask mandate for nine months and he cant manage to wear one properly at his job? It made me wonder what other safety regulations he was skipping and I was too grossed out to drink my drink. I definitely wont go back to this store ever.
Best Starbucks and best coffee shop hands down!!!! I will come here every single day from this day forward. Every employee is incredibly kind, respectful, and talented! Amazing customer service!
The staffs are friendly! π
Nice place. Friendly staff
Went in thinking I just need a coffee and a croissant. I will be in and out in 5 minutes. Right? Wrong. Coffee was terrible. The croissant was never announced so it was cold by the time I got it (I had to follow up). So it was inedible as I didnt have any means to reheat. I left over ten minutes later an unhappy customer. Skip this place. A couple of blocks away, there is a coffee shop that has high quality coffee and much better service. I wont be returning here and will actually cancel my Starbucks membership .
Very nice..good staff
Every time I asked for a product they were sold out it. Makes no sense why are you even open if there isnβt any almond croissant cake pops etc.
After I left the store and walked to my apartment I realized my Venti Mocha to go cup was barely halfway filled. What a rip off.
Just had a sandwich and hot chocolate but part of the sandwich was not completely done. So I went to the gal and told her if she could put it to cook more and she said they were not allowed to do that but that she will make another one for me. I didnt want for food to go to waste so I told her that it was okay. Went back to my table and suddenly she comes with a sandwich and a card. She didnt have to do that. She went the extra mile. Customers matter. She did above average. Thats quality service. It was today around 3:30.
I usually dont frequent Starbucks, but I had a lovely evening with a friend and she had suggested this location. The interior was really quite beautiful, and the coffee was good. Although it will have the same, burnt Starbucks taste, there are speciality items on the menu that stand out (Dark Chocolate Mocha Iced Coffee). Definitely a cool little stop in Baltimore.
Very nice the people is good
Very kind and considerate staff.
The place is very relaxed & its spacious enough. And awesome place to grab some coffee & chat 1 on 1 with someone.Or if youre looking for a place to work out of Id recommend this place to do so.
I often stop by here on my way to work. The staff is great and really friendly. I am one those people goes a little customize crazy. Green tea frappuccino soy milk extra ice no whipped cream and no classic syrup. Not only do they do a great job they dont complain. Great Service overall!
Special edition Starbucks! They have selections not found elsewhere. Most notably the Dark chocolate Mocha. Heavenly flavor! Great service.
I mean, its a Starbucks. The fare and environment are mostly the same as any other Starbucks, though this one is a bit larger, fancier, and better decorated- theres some unique decor like the pillar with the fish scale design, the art of the Starbucks siren, and the revolving doors. The place is big and gets very busy every morning, even on weekends. It can get quite crowded, and the lines quite long, with nowhere to sit, but during less busy times like afternoon I imagine its emptier. You can get the standard array of Starbucks drinks and products. The array of pastries and sandwiches/wraps/paninis seems rather small compared to other Starbucks locations Ive seen. Theres also a refrigerated shelf offering bottled juice drinks and packaged plastic trays of sandwiches and vegetables. The coffee tastes just like every other Starbucks coffee- burnt and not very good. Pricing and service are standard. The line and the wait can get a little long. They do offer a Starbucks Reserve menu, but theres no full Reserve bar, the menu is hidden away, and the place is so crowded I cant imagine how they could actually take the time to serve the Reserve drinks if anyone tried to order one.But the location is big, the building and decor are nice, and its coffee.
Super busy and lost my order in the shuffle. I waited almost 20 minutes for a regular cup of coffee. But it tasted good.
Sandwiches were surprisingly yummy. Really enjoyed the new veggie black bean wrap...came with apple slices and carrots with ranch dip (also used on wrap).
Great coffee. Lots of seating for quiet discussions with business partners
I go their daily with a friend to getaway and join others in gaming. Its spacious and most the people their are kind. They just need more outlets!
Staff was playing techno / house music pretty loudly... Not sure if this is some kind of reserve vibe they wanted to have but I didnt really like the atmosphere.
Baristas were very hospitable, drinks were delicious, and atmosphere was cozy.
Really nice place to sit down and have some coffee and do your homework on your computer. Nobody bothers anyone and it is very quiet except for the sound of everyone sipping and slurping and blowing their coffee. #howdidyoureact
Great service, good place to work on your computer (many power outlets!)
Really large Starbucks. Big corporate crowd. Nice bathrooms. Overall decent, except they give me an iced americano once when I ordered a cold brew? just take a sip of your drink before you exit to make sure.
Smooth.
Probably the worst Starbucks in Baltimore City. The staff here is the SLOWEST Ive ever seen. Theyll have 8 people working, two customers and itll take 10-15 min to get your beverage. Seriously. While not quite their fault, parking here is a nightmare. I usually walk to this location but have to drive by it to get to work. People will flat out block President Street so that only one lane, if youre lucky, can get by. They dont care. Summer time will bring the outdoor seating but usually are all occupied by the homeless. Order ahead if youre going to this place. Dont waste your time waiting in line, when you could walk to Whole Foods and get a cup of coffee much quicker.
This was a nice designed Starbucks. It was nice for me and my friends to chat. I was disappointed that they did not have my favorite dessert, ice lemon pound cake. It was ok because I tried a cupcake that was just as good.
Good choices and large space. However a guy was there trying to bum money for a coffee. He is one of the men who regularly stands on President Street with a sign and walking up to cars asking for money. There are homeless facilities just 4 blocks away. I feel for the guy, but itβs unsettling. Baltimore.
Legitimately the VERY BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. 5 stars in every way. I was shocked how good it was and would go out of my to get morning coffee there.
The bigger space and redesign really helped this location be more workable. Service is great, but the morning rush can cause a bit of a wait. The coffee is pretty good, since Starbucks has been stepping up their game on that front.Theres plenty of seating and space to work if you just need to get out of the house or office.
This is the best Starbucks location I have every been to. The customer service is outstanding. The baristas are very courteous, calm and professional. I traveled away from other Starbucks to come to this one. I love their hat theme. Keep up the great work. See you next time
Its a decent Starbucks this location was not well planned out concerning the number of electrical outlets. Theres limited electrical outlets for all guests to plug in their laptops and/or phones to charge them. They should have installed electrical strip underneath the long tables and seats around column in the center of the store. Seating is adequate though. Staff is friendly. It can be kind of busy doing the morning rush and lunch rush so drinks are sometimes not made as they appear on the menu (e.g. may have forgotten add whip cream).
Great selection, doesnt feel like the usual chain coffee. Pride friendly.
Quick service, macchiato could have been a little better.
I love this location best one by far.Much more space than a typical Starbucks. Very nice and relaxing.
Barista was very knowledgeable and friendly. She jumped in and took care of us when the other staff member seemed confused on menu options. This place has a massive menu and location is AMAZING!
It took me 15 minutes until I had to ask where my coffee was and they hadnβt even stared on my coffee, it was not busy, they continued to make online orders which I completely understand, but people who were in line after me got their drinks. Not great customer service at all.
I like having a Starbucks kind-of close to work. Theyre good people but sometimes they get my order wrong. Oftentimes they are busy so be prepared for that.
I like the metropolitan atmosphere in the Starbucks. It shares a bathroom with a 5 star hotel. π€©
Frost time in this store. It is nice to sit for good coffee with my girlfriend.
The Starbucks in Harbor East on The Charmtastic Mile is a very nice location with great service and a friendly staff. They make the best Caramel Cappuccino.
I order here at least three times a week (via the Starbucks app) and my order is always correct and ready for pickup. It can be crowded if you have to order at the counter though so keep that in mind if youre in a hurry.
Whats more to be said about another Starbucks. This one is pretty big and that fresh cup of hot brown is served up with enough room for a smile.
I dont even want to waste my energy writing a lengthy review. Bottom line is some days this Starbucks is cool, some days they are terrible. Today I decided to use the mobile app to make things faster. That didnt help.Waited for like 10 minutes, when I finally saw a woman making my oatmeal. Im thinking cool, the guy whose making the coffees and announcing the names of the order will give me mine. NOPE... didnt happen like that. So I got irritated and said excuse me my order is right there behind you, my name is Brandon I ordered the oatmeal. This guy... who i dont know his name but I will get his name and update this post so everyone can stay clear of him. This guy just looked at me with a your annoying me look and gave me my oatmeal. Didnt say a word, just slide it to me and that was it. Which is fine. You took all day to get me my oatmeal, thats fine but next time when I see him and have something to say, Ill make sure to get my point across crystal clear =D
Big Starbucks. This place has definitely better than it was. It would have gotten 2 stars in the fall. Service has really picked up and the counter is a lot cleaner than before. Some one is paying attention now. Forget about parking.
Big store with a great design. Looks great! However, the attention was not good at all! Maybe it was my luck!
Banana nut bread and old fashioned donuts.
Probably Baltimores nicest Starbucks. Great environment, cool seating areas, super friendly staff, and nice views of the Katyn monument too.
Im not a starbucks person, but i was in the area and ducked in here because it was too cold to wait outside for the bus. the layout was confusing--it was a bit hard to tell where you were supposed to order, and the pick up area was crowded. the barista was pretty rude. there were almost no seats (though i dont blame them for that, considering i came on a saturday afternoon) and the table i eventually sat at was covered in crumbs. my drink was like every other drink from every other starbucks: good but not great. overall this place wasnt terrible, but i wouldnt come back if i could help it.
The staff is not friendly, I felt like we were treated like cattle! Never heard a thank you or have a nice day! No smiles! The music is way too loud and its hard to have a conversation!
Beautiful place..friendly staff #Ilovestarbucks
Great service. Fast! Be friendly first, or tip and the Baristas will bend over backwards for you! Love the new building and location!
Much more space than a typical Starbucks. Very nice and relaxing.
Great place. Never disappoints.
Location is great but thats the only thing. This Starbucks is by far the most dirty and unkempt location I have been to. It does not reflect the Harbor East area (where I live.) There was trash on the floor and many dirty tables and trash was overflowing. The womens restroom was also out of order with a sign to use the hotels next door so who knows how long itll take to be fixed. No complaints on customer service, just the dirty restaurant.
Coffee was great. Bathroom was out of order. That really sucked for me.
Ive been in here 3 times a week since March. My order has been wrong 6 times - twice in one week. Im in by 6:30 AM. This Starbucks is grossly understaffed in the morning. This morning I was in at 5:30. The line was 4 deep - because there was only 1 person working. If this is your location - use the order function in the app. Youll have a better chance of having your order ready in a timely manner.I blame this on management rather than staff. What can you do when youre understaffed?
The place did a good job of making the drinks in an orderly fashion and managed to make my ultra carmel frappuccino perfect. Only thing was the second day I visited the drink was too chocolatey so portions were off that day. Good work.
It takes 10 minutes to get a basic drink. They have twice as many workers as other Starbucks Ive been to but, it take twice as long to make your drink . The area isnt as safe as you would expect. I witnessed a man stealing from the tip jar while waiting for my drink.
Super clean. Great wifi speeds.
Sometimes its great sometimes I wonder if its a coffee shop at all. Maybe its the time I go in. Idk you decide.
Great service but they need to add more outlets.
It big and clean and has a friendly staff and centrally located like all Starbucks.
I arrived at peak times, every time they were very busy handled everything with care attentiveness and speed.
Caramel Frappachino was so good. Refreshing but filling. Great place to people watch
Nice location good service, big starbucks
Google shows they open at 5am. I showed up at 5, doors locked. Called, they said they open at 6. They changed their hours after covid and didnβt update their operating hours.
Convenient location in inner harbor with spacious open space of good mix of individual and group seating (~50). Standard Startbucks menu; plenty of pastry options and generally are good. Staffs are friendly and service is fine, however, is a bit on the slower side even w/ 6 staffs working behind the counter on a not so busy Saturday morning @ 11:50 a.m. (took 10-min to get a tall hot chocolate & Chai Tea Latte).
Have had order done incorrectly multiple times. Found whole espresso beans in my iced latte (with incorrect milk) today. Do not recommend.
This is a much larger Starbucks then most Ive been to, so its pretty busy but still efficient. They also have coffee and brewing demos on Thursdays.
Great customer service. Inviting atmosphere. Friendly staff
Best Starbucks in Bmore! Only one with reserve coffee machine. Highly recommend reserve!
Very nice Starbucks. Ask for filter coffee, the one they make on you own cup.
