Had a computer failure. Had no idea what to do about this. Mr. Ed listen to my problem, Stated that he may be able to fix computer & retrieve data. He did it all above & beyond my expectations. He and his staff are very professional. Ed & Amy gave us all the attention to get us up.Thanks. Very fair pricing; great service very nice people. 25 stars from me. Tom -- S. I took my computer to A Plus a few weeks ago because my laptop was stuck on a blue screen. I know nothing about computers except how to use the internet. The staff was very patient with my lack of knowledge and took the time to explain everything to me. They were able to reload my computer AND save all of my data. When I got home I wanted to add a password and pin number but I wasnt sure how. They were able to log in and guide me through it. I will definitely be using them for any other problems I have!!! If personal customer service is important, you wont be disappointed. I am always happy and relieved that when I experience a problem, a fix is a phone call away. Remote repair is so important in this fast paced world. Thank you APlus Computers!!!!

I had A Plus come to my business and diagnose a computer workstation issue. The tech quickly found the problem to be a faulty power supply. I asked the tech to recommend a coarse of action. He stated he can replace the power supply for $600 and warranty it for 1 year as long as it is being ran on a battery back up surge protector. And this would be better than buying new computer. I agreed with his recommendation and purchased battery backup and we moved forward with the replacement power supply. It took 2 weeks to get my computer back but all was working and I was happy. 16 days after the return of my computer it started to shut off on its own once again, I called and asked them to come and diagnose again and told them I thought it was power supply again 4 days went by and still no tech came and eventuality the computer would not come back on at all. I then asked them to replace faulty power supply.The response I received was that they only warranty there work for 14 days. They have refused to replace or even come down to look at the power supply.I am extremely disappointed and will never use this company again as they do not honor there work and quickly change their policies to suite them and are not customer satisfaction oriented company.

Ive been using A plus for several years and have been happy with their work and responsiveness. I had an unpleasant experience with a woman in their office a few years ago, but didnt let that deter me from trying again. That person hasnt worked there in a long time. The others in the business are friendly, down-to-earth people. The techs who handled my work have done a really good job for a reasonable price. Ive sent friends and family to them too. Theyve all been happy with the service. I just contacted A Plus for my first onsite work in my home (this is during COVID19 pandemic) and expect they will be cautious and professional while resolving my WIFI issues.

Upon entering the store the receptionist acted as I was annoying her by asking a series of general questions. Will not use this company even tho there right in my backyard. Excellent location poor customer service :( and my computers still not fixed.

The worst experiences of my life I gave them a h p computer to REPAIR. The computer only cost $ 149.00 they charged me $95.00 and told ME it would cost $ 179.00 more to REPAIR it . Can you believe this . I told them throw it away .l never do business with them again. Beware of this RIP off COMPANY A + 3 times I have called to speak to the manager. He has not returned any of my calls. Like I SAID THEY ARE A RIP OFF YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! This is a response to his request for me to call....what a joke....

Charged my poor daughter a $75.00 non- refundable deposit as well as a $25.00 diagnostic fee for her laptop.. She ended up having to take elsewhere to get repaired for half the amount A+ wanted. Guess thats how they make their money. Go elsewhere.

Took my computer to get diagnosed. They found the problem and recommended the fix. I relayed to them to please back up ALL data before proceeding with the procedure. This was clearly on the work order. To make a long story short, they wiped out all my data and did NOT back it up. I couldnt get anyone to give me an explanation on how/why this happened except that technician doesnt work here anymore. I left numerous phone messages and no one would call me back, I had to call them. Needless to say Ive spent countless hours reloading programs and re keying data back. I would never take nay of my equipment back to this company.

Took two computers in for repair. It took them along time to repair and fix the problem that they had to give us a discount. Also when we received our computers back a lot of our information was lost. The computers still ran poorly and I refuse to take my computers back there. I will be going somewhere else. Not the best service.

First obtained services from this company in April 2009 upon moving to the area from the Midwest. It was a very simple thing I needed but none of the big box stores had what was needed ... and they offered no reasonable suggestions otherwise. A-Plus delivered it fast, correct and on-budget. Then, three years later in 2012, I had a computer problem while on business in Chicago, and of all the sources for a remedy available to me in that very large city ... not one of them offered a solution that was both quick and cost effective versus quick and convenient ... assuming the work is done correctly. Since I carried the business card for A-Plus Computers along with the other ones I consider vital ... they advised I could be helped upon my return to Baltimore. Right as rain, the problem was solved in short order, literally, and for the extremely fair rate of $75 given the collateral costs of not achieving a quick and convenient outcome. The work was done correctly ... as expected.Last year I moved to Southern New England, but still do some work in the BAL/WDC area. In March of this year a co-worker damaged the female USB connection to an external hard drive with critically useful data that I needed to have retrieved. I snooped around the area where I live in Southern New England, but did not receive a good sense from the feedback some of the prospect service providers were offering. I waited to bring the device with me on this most recent trip to Baltimore. In a nutshell, despite the fact this company has grown and is busy as ever ... they once again delivered as promised and for the price quoted. I could not be happier with their overall performance: from intake at the front desk, through the technicians diagnosis and explanation of my options, finishing with an extended discussion about customizing a new system for my needs going forward. I will be going back to these people soon to purchase a new system and will be very happy to pay just bit more than the big box store charges; since, in such an exchange, A-Plus delivers a greater level of customer service and superior technological know how.

A Plus was quick to have someone come to my home to see what repair could be done. Unfortunately it had crashed. I decided to purchase a new computer. They transferred all of my data from my hard drive to my new computer making it a smooth transition.
