Mike the manager is very helpful. Most items are easy to find, though I found myself looking for items that were in plain sight until someone pointed them out to me. All the inks and toners look the same.

The customer service at this store was extremely unpleasant and I will be sure not to come back for any further business services. As a business owner, if a customer comes up to ANY associate please know it is VERY unprofessional to not acknowledge the individual whether busy or not. (FYI - This man was not busy and simply did not want to acknowledge I was standing at the service desk.) Following this, he looks at another associate and motions his head as to say “attend to this person”. Then he walks away without saying ANYTHING to me at all.Business 101 Tip: Ensure your customers are welcomed and acknowledged. Worse experience I have ever had in a staples, this is not my normal staples. I normally go to the location in pikesville shot out to the extremely great service there when I need something printed unfortunately I was at the hospital and this was the closest one sent something to the store to be ready for pick up at 1:30 pm, and it never got received I find that out after I called to check on it and talk to the general manager who is the same person that I had to deal with once I was in the store A nice man who was working the floor help me send my photos to self help print and ask what size I needed I said 4×6 he said not sure if it will print that over here and I dont want you to waste your time and money so go to the desk and have them print it I said ok because it was for a summer party and going to be tossed after so I only needed it printed on regular paper not photo paper I walked to the desk told the general manager an older lady named started with a V. what was going on and how much time I had to be in the store she said its going to be a wait and I said just for a regular photocopy she said yes and I asked just for a regular paper printed she then said i need to check what it is we spent 15 minutes making sure we had the right thing to print out and the correct size please remember that part, I then said I needed some other things ask where I could find them and went to get them as she worked on the things I needed printed out. I spent additional 10 min walking around to get the things I wanted to go with the photocopy I thought was being printed. I come back to the desk again I was the only person In the store that needed help with something printed the older lady (general manager)walked away as I was walking back up. I waited 20 minutes for her to come back and thats after the man who help ask how things was going and I said they are not going so he went to find the manager that walk off now it was a young lady behind the counter this whole time working on something else just for this manager to walk back and tell me it was other things in the queue to be printed out she then turn and told the young lady I am going to have to move what you have in queue so I can print her stuff then spent another 10 minutes before she call that young lady back over and asked her why its not printing. The young lady look at the computer and said you didnt make it a jpeg because she only need regular paper printed now Im piss because I was in this store for 45 minutes trying to get a simple print out. Clearly is this woman dont know who to manage time or projects because she keep telling me that other people are wanting again Im the only one at the print desk If she would have been a good manager I would have not walked out with nothing I gave this store to much of my time on something that should have only taken 5 minute I called my daughter and told her to Uber to our staples and had the whole thing done in minutes. Most zhe the bad reviews for this place have to deal with the print counter and employee not knowing how to do their job I will never go back this was on June 27 on a Sunday.

So incredibly helpful, sweet and lovely. I was shipping something here for the first time and they were genuinely friendly and assisted me in making sure everything was squared away. Thank you so much!

The managers and staff at this Staples are awesome. If you want to stroll the isles they are there to point out where stuff is. In my case I wanted a specific chair and they spent the time and effort differentiating the features. And these guys are deal makers helping you with the coupons that make this my favorite Staples.

So apparently when the employees do not feel like being helpful they tell you to go to the computer yourself to print out your documents even after youve emailed your documents to pick up. I will not be back to this location!!!

Ive been coming here for almost year now Ive never had any issues staff is always willing to help im in and out very busy at times and sometimes will have to wait but nothing out of the ordinary I would recommend

I dont normally give bad reviews but these people in here is so unwilling Ill NEVER go back there!!!! went to this staple to print some stuff the printer charge my card $24 dollars and only printed (3 single file 3 single copy) the printer ran out of paper so it didnt print my other stuff a credit report that came up to $18.00 when I told the girl at the counter what had happen she was like the computer charge me for rental and the 3 copy really $24.00 for 3 pagesI wasnt even on the computer a good 4 mins then on to of it I had to spend an extra $20 to print out my credit report that it didnt print along with the 2 other copy that it didnt print the first time when it charge me $24 so in total I payed 44.00 to print some stuff that should of cost about $26 and its pandemic going around so places are limited no me again wouldnt even stop in here for some water

It was great. I was there 2day. January 26, 2018 between the hours of 3-4 in the printing area. The 2 African American ladies, one with dread locks and the other lady short with curly hair was amazing . You need more people like these ladies. Im going back so I will get their names. Great customer service!

I stopped here to make copies and the process was quick and easy. I was surprised at the quality of paper that my copies came out on. It was perfect because I was copying my resume.

The management at the York Road Staples sets an inviting, helpful tone. As soon as I entered the premises, I was greeted by the manager, Gibron, who asked if i I needed help. I did, and after describing what I wanted (an art gum eraser), he directed me to the precise location. I appreciate good customer service. I also made a small, unplanned purchase which I was surprised to learn qualified for an extended warranty. With no hard sell from Gibron, I purchased an inexpensive 2-year warranty. From my perspective, a good decision supported by good customer service.

Me and my sister were having difficulties with using the machine to print an email. I asked for some assistance from the young man at the counter and he came right over. He throughly explained how to retrieve and print an email.

Very unpleasant. Will not go back to that store. Staff was busy trying not to take care of customers and doing their own thing. As a retired corporate trainer, I can easily see their lack of training, corporate vision and why their stock is not doing well. Price, service or quality - pick any two to run your business, they strike out on ALL THREE.

The staff was not courteous. I waited a long time to ship a package. I finally found a helpful employee who quickly mailed my package. The customer service was unsatisfactory and even a bit rude. Not looking forward to returning there.

Never had a problem with Black or White or any other Flavor of personnel @ this Staples, or any of their other stores for that matter. I receive offers and coupons all the time, and use them when able --- & find this feature use full to customers.

I dont know a time that Ive received great customer service here but today has been the absolute worse. I emailed a print job to an address I just used the week before, only to be told the box hasnt been valid for a year.. The point in sending I was so i didnt have to wait and yet i still manage to have to wait for close to a hour before being actively helped. Because their day was hectic, the associate felt it appropriate to get smart in a nice way, as if Im not catching the tone. This is literally the worse print experience ever. Mind you it was just 100 black and white copies front and back...

I asked the Staple’s associate a simple question about an easier way to use the printer. He responded “either this way or back that way” pointing at the door!Bad customer service and I’m sure bad management too.I’ll never visit that store again, when I used to go there couple of times a week.

As a regular customer I have found this store is highly variable in quality of service, but generally understaffed. Sometimes staff are very efficient and cheerful, but others are sullen and almost combative. Recently I tried to return an electronic item item with a one year warranty which had failed after 2 months, and I was told that the store would only accept failed electronic equipment within 14 days after purchase, regardless of the length of the warranty, and only then if it were in the original box.Generally they keep up their stocks up well, so if you do not need any human interaction and you know what you want, and the product is not failure prone, this store is OK.

Locked restrooms.... no since of urgency. But, friendly and there have whats needed. They are also a UPS drop off only. You have to have your UPS label printed already for them to accept the package to be shipped.

I was greeted by the cashier as I walked in the store. When I arrived at the counter of “Copy & Print” both associates were busy helping customers. I kindly asked Eugene as he was looking at something on the computer, where were the business cards with the email address. Mr. Eugene ignored me in every way. I had to find the store manager to ask this simple question. The sales associates in Copy & Print Center are not pleasant at all. They act as if they do not want to work there at all. I will not be revisiting this store again.

Went there looking for a 25-pack of suspended filing folders, found what I wanted. It was pricey, so I looked up and down the shelves--and voilà! Got the Staples brand at an affordable price!

Printing desk was unable to complete a basic task even after given clear and obvious directions.

I was shocked and appalled. There were not nearly as many staples as the name implies. If youre looking for quality staples this is certainly not the place for you.

TERRIBLE customer service - no one EVER asks if you need help. The printers are unbelievably slow and dont print Word files - and this isnt posted anywhere. You cant select multiple files to print, either. The email sevice where you send documents doesnt reply with a confirmation in a timely manner. If you attach multiple files to an email, it doesnt print them. It only prints the body of the email. The prices arent great. What the hell happened?? Staples used to be good.

An associate came within 15 feet of me fake adjusting merchandise looking at me as if I was going to steal a backpack. It made feel uncomfortable as to the point where I moved to another part of the store. If I was to guess who in the store has a criminal record its the people working there, not me.
