A fantastic experience from start-to-finish. During these times I try and support small businesses instead of using the big box stores, and I am glad I with Maryland Countertop for part of my kitchen remodel. Not only were there prices competitive with the quotes I received from Lowes and Home Depot, but I could also really tell they appreciated my business. There was no pressure for an upsell when trying to figure out what would best meet my needs and stay within my budget, and Jacqueline made the entire process run smoothly.Ive owned a few properties over the years and have made the mistake of going through a business that subcontracts their installers. The subcontractor(s) for the big box stores are way less inclined to do a great job because there is a lot less at stake when it comes to individual customer satisfaction. You can go back through the primary company (like a Lowes) and theyll probably send someone back out there eventually who may or may not get it right the second time. Id rather give my money to a company that cares about their customers satisfaction and realize the value in providing a customer experience that will ensure they return for future jobs. Going the extra mile gets thrown around pretty loosely these days, but this company truly does.Im a retired Army officer and I dont give my endorsements cheaply. I wouldnt take the time to recommend a company to other people if I didnt feel as though their experience would be similar to mine. Id encourage anyone in the market for a kitchen or bath makeover to check them out and see what they can do to give you a fair price for superior work, product, and support.

This was the WORST experience ever!!! After re-doing my entire foreclosure home and deciding to turn to this company for a Granite vanity top I was sent thru more hoops than a little bit, lied to more than once and in the end NEVER received my top. After driving across town to select. Then driving BACK across town to pick up only to be told its not ready well deliver it later today. Then calling that evening ( no call ever from them mind you) for them to say well deliver it Saturday. Needless to say the NEVER showed up or called. I purchased my top elsewhere. I guess unless your spending money on an entire counter they arent so helpful. Money talks here.
