After my 83 year old father was taken advantage of by another roofing company, I flew in from Florida to get other estimates when I randomly contacted Phoenix Roofing and was met by their sales representative Kevin Eshman who was professional and understanding of the situation my father was in prior.Kevin explained the entire roofing installation and had quoted a fair but reasonable price.(best estimate I had received out of 4 other companies). Their crew responded in 2 days and completed the entire roof installation in one day. When they left, the property was free from any debris and was immaculate. Kevin was in constant communication with me informing me of the progress.I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing for they are honest, professional and provide quality work.Kevin is a top notch guy who understands the true definition of honesty.

Overall I would say I had a positive experience with Phoenix Remodeling Group. Our sales rep Kendall was absolutely awesome in taking the time to explain exactly what they were going to do with the install of the new roof. He took the time to explain the different layers, what the purpose of them were, and why they are important.I received a phone call from who I believe was the foreman in order to schedule the actual install after putting a down payment. We agreed to have the install completed two days later on a Friday. The materials were delivered on Friday however the installation did not occur. I spoke to the foreman via text message he said that there was a communication error and they would be there Saturday. Saturday came and the workers did not show. After texting the foreman around 1030 to see if his workers were coming, the response I received was “so sorry sir checking in now” “ they will be there at some point I apologize”.Saturday past and Sunday morning came in that’s when the workers came. There was no heads up that they were coming. However they did a fantastic job with the install and was able to complete the roof within an eight hour time window. The workers did an absolutely Great job at cleanup as I only found one nail for the whole job. It was not disclosed to me that the gutters will be done on a different date and same with all the workers showed up on announced on the Sunday, another worker came during the week without any heads up that they were coming here to do the work. But again the worker did a great job at the gutter install and I have no complaints about that.What irks me was the lack of communication when it came to when the workers were actually gonna be there versus when they came. I know it’s only a day or two off but if you tell me your workers going to be there one day and they’re not able to show just simply let me know that way I can make arrangements. Furthermore, another thing that irked me was I had to establish the communication to figure out where the workers were. I have a feeling that if I had not texted the Forman, I would not have been told of the delay in install. Additionally I had four missed calls from the foreman telling me that they were ready to collect the money the same day that the gutters were installed. What bothers me is that I had to work to find answers but then I had four missed calls in one day asking when somebody can come by to collect the remaining balance.I understand that multiple jobs can come up and unexpected things happen I just wish that there was greater communication with that. Overall I would recommend phoenix remodeling group for the superior work that they did. Again I just wish that the communication was there with when the job be completed and when the workers would be there.

I worked closely with Kimmy, from Phoenix Remodeling Group, and she was very helpful. She guided me through the loan process, explained paper work to me clearly, and facilitated the completion of the job efficiently.

We contracted with Phoenix Remodeling Group to do our roof in June, they did a great job with the roof install, we recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof install. Don’t risk hiring less quality workers and getting ripped off like some of the horror stories I’ve read about. Stick with the professionals so you can skip the dread.

We requested a quote last spring for sliders and a few windows. We met with a Phoenix representative. As the price was significantly higher than other quotes we had, we went with another company. Ive now been receiving calls from them every few weeks for over a year now, saying the rep never came out and seeing if I want to set up a meeting. Every person I talk to says they will remove me from the calling list, but it never happens. I do not recommend this company as it seems they will continue to hassle you until they make a sale.

I got Phoenix Remodeling Group to install my windows. They told me the windows would be in 6 -8 weeks and they just installed them and they look fantastic! From the person who did my quote, to the person who installed my windows, their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Plus, the fact that they charge less than competitors and the final product looks this amazing is unbelievable. If you’re looking for a quality work at a reasonable price, definitely give these guys a call!

I had a representative come out and give me a quote on siding and windows and after that price was given we were not interested. Since then they have been calling my wife and I non stop at least once a month saying “a representative never came out and they want to set up a date” every phone call we are asked to be taken off the call list but never are. Many times the person on the phone is very rude or just flat out hangs up when we tell them we are not interested. This is bordering on harassment, it is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever been in contact with.

Buyer beware: once they receive payment or financing approval pending work will not be completed. All calls go unanswered and elementary lies about sick workers and one week turns to months of the same. You will beg for them to correct their unprofessional work and likely end up losing time and money. Rocky plays phone tag like a bad date. Its ironic they tried as hard to get my business now I am the one making 10 calls a week. I am left holding a promissory note and string of broken promises.

Amazing work at an affordable price. Would highly recommend to anyone who is still searching for a company. Phoenix Remodeling will get the job done right!! Thank you so much!

They did good work. I never got my referral bonus though. I called more than 3 times.I was told they mailed it but nothing ever came called. They never returned my calls.

The quality of work is sloppy, I hired the Phoenix Remodeling Group to replace my siding, gutters and soffits, etc. The craftmanship and quality of the work done is embarrassing. The seams to the siding is showing, corners pieces have large gaps, there are areas where siding is missing, etc. Just a botched job. I live in Parkton, MD and just had my my gutters and entire roof replaced by Phoenix Remodeling and they did a fantastic job. Drew is incredibly easy to work with and the job was completed in exactly the amount of time they promised (one day!), and for the agreed-upon price. The paperwork was easy, and Drew is very easy-going and didnt try to pressure us into anything we did not want to buy. I was referred to them by my immediate neighbor who had their roof (and some other work) done by Phoenix as she was very satisfied with their work as well. I have subsequently referred them to a couple of friends. You wont regret having them work on your roof.

These guys replaced my roof and did a phenomenal job. I have dealt with numerous remodeling companies through the years and I must admit, Phoenix was the best and easiest to work with. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. They did everything that they said they would do, plus more. I could tell that customer care was important to them. They made me feel like I wasnt just another job but that my roof was a priority. I could tell that they truly cared about making sure my job was done properly, every step of the way. I would venture to say that they treat every project like its their first. The install was done in a timely manner. They made sure to bring enough guys that were QUALIFIED to do the job. (trust me I checked) I highly recommend Phoenix remodeling to anyone looking to get a roof replaced. If I ever need any other work done this is the first company I will call.

Phoenix remodeling did my roof this past month. I live in Baltimore and have a flat roof. The workers showed up in the time frame I was given, 7:00 -9:00 am. They got my job done in one day. There has been rain several times this month and I have no complaints

I was very pleased and happy with the work that Phoenix Remodeling did on my roof. The salesman was very knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations of the products and made sure I had a breakdown of everything that would be done. The roofers were at my house promptly at 7:30 and were finished before the time I came home from work at 5:30. The area around my house was left clean and the roof/gutters turned out great!

The pricing for the job was extremely competitive, and the best deal after multiple estimates and the workmanship was excellent. Needed the job done on a tight timeline and Phoenix got it done, within 7 business days to be exact. The gentleman running the project was very courteous and kind to my slightly elderly and also slightly crazy parents. I went with a 50 yr architectural shingle in the Slate color, it looks outstanding and gave the home a much-refreshed appeal. Highly recommend Phoenix.

When Phoenix Remodeling Group replaced my roof, they did a superb job! My roof was completed in a timely fashion and there werent any signs of construction left in my yard. Phoenix came to my house after all of these rain and wind storms had their way with my house in 2018. We had missing shingles, and tree damage to our bay window. The roof tech that came out was very knowledgeable explained the process in detail.Turns out our entire roof needed replacement because there were damaged areas we didnt even know about because of the trees. Mike worked with our insurance company on our behalf and was able to retrieve us a large sum towards the project. Not bad getting a whole roof and new gutters for only $3,400 out of pocket.The crew came out on June 8th and they completed the roof and the window install in a day. A few spots were missed in clean up but they ran a magnet at least 3 times so they did their best.I referred Phoenix to 3 of my friends for various projects and Ive heard good things from both of them who chose to use them.Kim followed up to make sure we were happy and that goes a long way to know that they still care after they have been paid. Customer service after the initial Sale is hard to find. Thank you Phoenix

My wife and I contacted Phoenix for an estimate to replace our aging roof. Our representative showed up on time, gave a detailed estimate and we decided to contract with them to do the work. The crew who installed the roof also arrived on time and were polite and professional. Being a military man, its nice to see people show up on time and do what they say theyre gonna do. A++

Didn’t fix the problem the first time. Took two weeks for them to schedule someone else to come fix the problem, and they never showed. 10 days later they send someone else to my house who didn’t bring a ladder to get onto my roof....Finally speak to the owner who sends someone out and reimbursed me part of the money I spent.They’re very quick to contact you to sign a contract, but good luck getting someone on the phone when something goes wrong. The owner was great, but everyone else there couldn’t care less about your issues.

One of the best experiences I have had in 2019 was calling Phoenix to fix my roof. Not only was it a professional job they fixed some of my floors while onsite at no cost. If your looking for quality and competitive pricing Phoenix Remodeling is the only call you have to make! I can not speak highly enough of Kevin Parker one of the guys that helped us. Looking forward to having our two bathrooms redone with them as well.

I felt the installers that were here were doing the job were excellent. They were very courteous, and every question my wife had they answered. If not they called to find out the answer. The job was done very nicely. The only problem we had, due to the weather we had to reschedule for a nice day. Phoenix Home Remodeling made the entire roof replacement process smooth and painless. John came to my house and was very well spoken but more importantly he explained the process very clearly. I had 2 other companies out to my home to give me estimates on my roof and to inform me and give me an idea of what to expect. Phoenix Home Remodeling just stuck out in my mind because of how upfront and transparent John was with his estimate. They were very fair and competitive with their pricing. They were very punctual with the timeline they laid out and Frank and his crew did a magnificent job on my roof. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and how nice and clean my lawn was when they left. I have to say, initially I was very nervous & apprehensive about the whole job ( due to some bad past experiences Ive encountered with contractors) but they really walked me through every stage of the process and in the end they really followed thru and for that I am very thankful. I had my roof replaced a couple of weeks back. Great quality and customer service. They came back out to remove a heater exhaust pipethat was through the roof at no charge.

The roofers were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and they were punctual.
