If I could rate O stars, I most definitely would. This company has very poor customer service; talks down to their customers and were not helpful at all. I sensed a bit of racism, when my contractor called regarding a part. I would never recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of customer support and rudeness.

We’ve run into a few problems with getting parts for Crown boilers and they always have the answer and get them in promptly so we an take care of our customers.
