We recently purchased a home in the area and wanted to add around a dozen Lutron smart shades to our house. I contacted a number of installers in the area and ultimately chose Bravas / Starr Systems as I was impressed by their attention to detail and pricing. Everything went smoothly with the install and I am quite happy with the results. I would not hesitate to work with Bravas / Starr Systems again should we have any more home automation needs.

In addition to designing the home theater system, Starr also provides the annual maintenance and updates to our system. A bumpy start, but overall great customer service.We recently moved in the area and reached out to Bravas / Star Systems. During installation we encountered some difficulties, we reached out to management and the team fixed things for us. We can highly recommend working with Bravas team.

Had some initial issues communicating with anyone from the company but then I ran into John Vetter and he is the only reason for the 5 star rating. John has been professional, attentive, and reliable in my interactions with him and he’s come up with solutions for all my needs. I know I can call or text him anytime and get a prompt response, I hope he is being considered for a more senior position at the company.

Star Systems Design is a very professional and reliable company. The contact person has a great attitude and kept all appointments, looked at our need and made suggestions to help us with a lighting project that changed the life of a sight impaired/blind young man.. Once the work was agreed upon, a date was set and the work was completed on time as agreed upon. I have never been surrounded by such a fabulous group of contractors ever. They were always extremely polite, helpful and respectful of cleaning up after they finished day’s work. Minimal communication. Poorly conceived setup. Limited follow thru.

After the two missed appointments, I rescheduled with Brian. He went over my Savant system and fixed errors due to Best Buy Mangolia’s poor installation team. He got Alexanto control my home theater. He was very professional, arrived on time, answered all my questions, and did an overall great job!

Service was great. The sales rep came to my home told me what I needed. What’s the 24 hours later technician was at my home to install what was recommended.Craig was my tech. We had a little problem with Comcast. Craig made it a personal mission to get me back online. Spent over four hours at my house trying to fix the problem that was a Comcast issue. He Personally cared about something that was out of his hands. He was even knocking on my door the next day to see if Comcast had been there yet to fix the issue so he can help them. I was more than impressed with the job that he did as well as the sales rep who told me what I needed In my new home.Buying a new construction home and going through Growing pains is tough enough.. I encountered a car on the highway with several signs and decals of Starr Systems on it driving on 70W. He kept swapping lanes without a signal and then would proceed to slam on his brakes. Ill certainly tell my friends to watch out on the roads for these vehicles. VERY SCARY.

A Starr Systems employee has cut me off several times on the highway, and has very dangerous driving habits.
