This place was clean and secure. Elevator was a lil tight, but when is it enough elevator when youre moving a couch, right?Pleasant Saturday staff & enough room for vehicles of all sizes to operate.Theyve got handcarts tooWould use for my own stuff.

The customer service was exceptional for a place youd rarely expect to talk to a person. Its always clean, the staff is extremely helpful, and the prices are very reasonable.

Units were clean. Access to the building is convenient and felt safe. You get a free moving truck rental within your first 30 days of storage rental. They also let you ship your packages. Winning! And Sue, rhe office manager, is just a peach. She was so helpful in helping pick the right size and thorough with all rental details. I did NOT experience any of that when I “shopped” around at other storage companies. Overall, fantastic experience.

Sue and cathy (I believe) were amazing. Sue was super responsive and helped me whenever there was an issue with my company credit card! Whenever I didn’t get a receipt, she would always email it over right away!! Cathy (i believe was her name) was also phenomenal, whenever I was drop shipped anything she would always stack them up beautifully in my storage locker! Thank you for your service over the past 4 years!

I chose to rent a unit at Canton Self Storage after looking into several different options in the area. Sue and Vicki, with years of experience between them, were honest with pricing and beyond helpful in answering questions. The units themselves are in the Natty Boh tower, which is maintained well in a secure building. They are sized well, temperature-controlled, and accessible well beyond normal business hours. There is even a large moving van available for a small fee if needed for move in. I would gladly recommend anyone to rent a unit here if they are need of secure, affordable storage.

Highly recommend for any self storage needs! Parking was incredibly easy with our uhaul. It was very easy to move stuff in and out of our unit. Staff was very friendly helpful!

I loved using Canton Self Storage. They keep the place immaculately clean. It is well managed and everyone is pleasant to interact with. They are very accommodating and always offer help. They also allow you to use a storage truck to transport your items. I highly recommend Canton Storage and am confident sending anyone there.

I cant self storage seems all right. Weve been going there for quite a long time. Weve kept our stuff there, and its been fine. Its easy to get in and out of there with or without your stuff. No complaints really. The staff in the office is always been very helpful, and theres lots of extra boxes and things that you can buy from moving.

Ive always avoided using storage units because of the horror stories Ive heard - poor conditions, things going missing, unclear pricing policy. But Im so glad that I ended up using Canton Self Storage. The staff (Sue and Vickie) are so kind and helpful. My unit was immaculate. They were easy to reach if I had any questions. And using their van to move my things in saved me the hassle of renting a u-haul. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

I’ve used a number of different storage facilities on the East Coast and none of them come close to the quality of Canton Self Storage! This facility is immaculate and the managers and employees could not be more helpful and accommodating. It’s hard to imagine that a storage experience could be pleasant but this certainly is - it’s truly a pleasure and feels like being part of a really nice community!

Sue and the team at Canton (Baltimore) CubeSmart were always so helpful, professional, and kind. We had a storage unit there for close to 7 years and anytime we needed anything - they were always so responsive. The facility is extremely clean and safe. I highly recommend Canton Self-Storage.

The women here are always wonderful. They are always accommodating and easy to work with in regard to initial paperwork and entry to the facility as a new customer. They receive packages for you that were mailed to your unit. One woman, Jan, works her butt off!! She delivers packages to everyones units on a daily basis...and these are often bulky and/or heavy. I think she needs to be paid more for this extra service they provide. Its not 24hr access but getting into my unit through 9pm every day of the year is good enough. Upon move-in, the Natty Boh moving truck is free to rent! You just have to top off on gas. Last comment, I think its a great added security that you only have access to the level you rent on. If you rent a unit on the 2nd floor, you are not able to access the 3rd or 4th floors.

I can never say enough good things about Canton Self Storage! Jan, Vicky, and Sue have made it such a pleasant experience for us. We own a clothing store and received about 20 packages a week including half torn boxes(thanks UPS) weighing 50+ pounds that these ladies put in our locker for us. They never once complained! They knew us by name and was constantly on the lookout for our packages. I absolutely love them!

The ladies that worked at this location were fantastic. Unfortunately my specific locker was out of my price range after 2 years and we finally cleared it out. Nothing but good things to say about them and the facility

I was welcomed like I was family by Vicki and Sue. They were friendly, professional and exceedingly knowledgeable. The property is clean, well lit and secure. Im happy with my decision to store here.

They really make u feel at home. These ladies make storage life sweet. I only remember Sues name but they are all dolls.

Very easy to work with the people that work there. They are easy going, answer questions quickly, knowledgeable, it was a wonderful experience.

My mother-in-law rented the space and she said it was beyond what she expected! She said it was beautiful inside. It was very nice and clean. The employees were very helpful. They even had a vehicle to rent to move her belongings.

The best storage place ever. We chose it because it was a controlled air space for our antiques. The people were nice and very helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Friendly staff, clean storage units, safe location. Has good parking in the back and a number of dollies. Will even receive packages for you and place them in your unit if you want! Only one elevator but overall great.

I cannot even begin to describe what a wonderful experience it was renting space from Canton Self Storage for the few years I needed it. Truly one of the only examples that come to mind where staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a positive experience. On-site management was top-notch, professional and friendly. Billing was crystal clear / no surprises (which is always a nice touch) and the units were clean and perfect. Great prices and deals. Contract set-up was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had one issue with set-up. They asked for the last 4 digits of my social security #. I assumed, like a bank, that it was needed for verification, but it was not. They used it for your passcode to enter the building. This is a bad policy. Multiple people may need this code and do not need to know any part of your ss#. Also, this is obviously stored on a computer and in a day of much fraud and hacking, there is risk. This should have been explained when asked. I changed it on the spot to use a family members birthday. Please change this policy

Canton Self Storage is by far the best storage facility I have used. Friendly, clean, reasonably priced, 24 hour access, temperature controlled and packages delivered into unit. Always have carts available.
