Great place for car parts

They promised my mother a specific amount - over the phone - for her car, then didnt give her the amount they agreed to after towing it away, reportedly because mice or other small animals made their home in it during the four years it sat without moving. They knew it had been sitting for four years, and that it was not a functional vehicle, and only good for parts. After my initial review (which wasnt very nice) they called and made every effort to fix their error, which we appreciated.

My husband and I was able to get the part we needed for our car at the time. Friendly staff, price was a very good deal.. I love how we can go get the part our self. Easy to follow the directions to the area of where the car is for the part. Needed.

Staff at the front desk was very helpful. Found what I needed for a great price. Alot better price than brand new. Will definitely be returning!

People were very helpful, got what I was looking for, and got home! Very reasonable on their prices and saved my trip by having a spare tire!

Great place and price for parts. Need a way to transport parts for customers. Maybe a golf cart or beater pickup.

I’m a regular at this place at least once a week I go here to grab parts. The staff are all great real helpful! They return pets that are junk just make sure you bring the tools you need pricing on everything is very affordable! A lot better then waiting for parts in the mail I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Was quoted a price on the phone was not the price we had to pay had an employee stand outside eavesdropping on our conversation who then decided to yell across the parking lot and continued to run his mouth as we drove away will never come back

I’m just gonna say these guys are super awesome always welcome you when you walk in and the money you save trying to find your parts here first is amazing trust me I just saved $1000 instead of taking my vehicle to a garage and having them diagnose it and fix the problem I simply want to hear grab the part I need which brand new was $500 and here it was only 35 and fixed my vehicle so I recommend you try this place first

I have purchased both my vehicles here and bought many tires and parts as needed just because I loved the staff always super friendly. I just recently purchased my second vehicle this year from a lady working the counter Shawna, she was very unfriendly acted like it was a hassle to wait on me and didnt seem to have a clue what she was doing. Bring Marcia back she was awesome and one of the reasons I kept coming back.

The staff was phenomenal for me. Due to the nature of a junk yard what you need is hit out miss, but when you hit youll save some serious cash. Nice size with lots of cars. Nice layout. Highly recommend keeping an eye for parts for you car with their website

I got to work here for a few months until recently. Majority of the customers were always great to work with, along with my co-workers. I genuinely loved working at Kenny U-Pull. We always strived to get people the best offers we could, and even directed people to the competitors if we couldnt/didnt have what they needed. I just wish I could have gotten to work there longer.Take care of yourselves guys.

Good place to go get parts, $3.00 to get in, they tell where u can find the vehicle, which row to get the parts... dont forget your tools!!!!. They also have tires singles, pairs and sometimes sets of 4... they have batteries different sizes of they are on the shelf they have been tested and work...they also sell used vehicles they need some work but are affordable...

I love this place, I have basically rebuilt my whole car by going here. They are about the only place around that has vehicles to match my car. I swear by this business, their prices are definitely wallet friendly and their online inventory is definitely helpful

Bought 2 tires from inside the business..area was not well lit,paid for rhe tires had great tread,got tonthe garage to have them put on my car and the mechanic refused,he said they were too weather cracked and not safe,we went back a few days later for a couple different ones and was informed that there is NO return on tires,was told that all tires are sold with stickers with initials when they leave the building, well these still had stickers but who ever inspected them really was careles at our cost,and we do a lot of business there,doesnt seem right....

Pretty good place, nice people and helpful. They even have done random tools you can borrow from if you need. Trucks are way way in the back so if your after truck parts be prepared to walk.

99% of the staff is nice! No real problems except the guy at the counter was not very helpful and Im not really keen on the $3 entrance fee to pull my own parts, if Im paying xyz for a used part I should not be refunded the fee! I was told by other people that you dont get it back even if you do buy a part! I went in about a month ago and could not find what I was looking! Even though they had the type of car I had!

First time there was a good experience! staff very helpful, sec time knot so much! felt as if it was a bother. was told car I needed parts for would be coming out in next 2 days went up and called week later car still knot there and very rude on phone when Ive called to check been 2 weeks and still nothing...😕

When in for a 2004 Nissan extra leaf spring got to the vehicle and someone was after the same part as i andonly 04 etera in the yard they sent me in to get something they had just sent someone else in for then made out with my 6 bucks pirates

This is a great place to get a bargain! They have a 3 dollar entrance fee wich if you dont find what you need or it not of satisfactory condition or not operational, make sure you bring your heavy duty wire cutters, this way you can upgrade the battery terminals on your wiip!!!!! Ha ha .happy hunting

Great place and amazing staff.

One if the ladies working there is very rude!!! Our daughters car had to be junked, lady treated us as if we were a bother. She argued with my hubby over if he had removed a part from her car causing it to be very loud. No, it had 3 leaks in the exhaust and was unsafe to be on the road. There other lady inside was very nice and gave good customer service. We will not bother the business again!!!

Been there a few times nice place to get Tetanus sharp edges everywhere rats mice, grossness in the autos, blood, garbage, needles, rusty parts, oil, gas and coolant all over the ground. no air tools or grinders. better off buying new parts online, way cheaper and without the hassle.

This is a decent place to junk a vehicle however prices are a little low if youre looking to get rid of a decent running vehicle.

Used Kenny to junk my old Toyota Echo. A very professional job: they called me twice to double check on the disposal, and everything was completely hassle free. A special shout out, though, to Alysha, the receptionist. I dropped the car off in the middle of a snowstorm only to discover that I couldnt get a taxi home for an hour and a half. What did Alysha do? With snow all over the roads, she put me in her car, and she drove me home. What an extraordinarily kind person, and what a great advert for the place.

First timer: Guy at register showed me on map my vehicle found it with most parts I needed and some I did not. had to wait to checkout as it was busy with phones ringing and some older guy trying to sell his vehicle to them put in a self checkout speed things up

Awsome place cant say enough good, staff couldnt have been better, very friendly understanding and eager to anwser any questions i had, i went in on a sunday so expected it to be busy and understaffed but they had two people right at the register and ready to assist, even with a couple people ahead of my i was taken care of very quick. love this place and ill deff be back

Sold a load of iron here, crane operator unloaded me perfectly and gently, clean yard easy to get in and out.

The lights were a little expensive but other than that they were pretty good. 90$ for tail lights a grill and an air filter box. (The lights were over half that)

This place in Bangor maine sucks !! The women who answered phone is rude and acted like I was taken up her time . I asked if they had power steering pump and how many miles was on it since its a hard job to take one out and replace it she got very rude i hung up and took business elsewhere as should you this place is a joke and need to hire new people and management !
