Amazing and flawless service. Called to ask about a headlight for my car, Brian helped me find the exact model I needed and even the price. I showed up about an hour later, and was prepared to install the light myself, but Brian offered to do it instead and went above and beyond. Thank you Brian!

Christopher was great. He took a customer that knew more than he did about putting wiper blades on their vehicle (me) and offered to assist. I gave the whole story about “I’ve tried all the adapters, I hate my car etc.”, and kindly asked again if he could assist. I agreed. Snap, Snap, and Click and there I was with the blades I purchased on my vehicle.Thank you Christopher for your professional and understanding assistance.Note, when the person behind the counter asks you before you even walk out of the store if they can assist putting on your new wiper blades, this is a good time to say, “Yes, thank you, that would be great!”

Last time I was in there, a guy who works there Id say 30s idr his name helped me ALOT with the products I was buying and wanted to make sure I didnt have bad quality equipment. Never had a positive experience here. I’ve been yelled at, told I don’t know what I’m talking about, and even told I don’t drive the car model I asked about. A while ago they got rid of the majority of the staff- which I thought would be a good change. The new staff is even more rude. Except the younger man with brown hair. I think he’s a manager. Anyways, better off going to any other store in town where they don’t practically cuss you out at the door.

I received wonderful service here the last time I was in here. I had to replace the wipers on my vehicle and they were from an automotive manufacturer who often has difficult parts to find. The woman went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct adapter for my wipers to fit onto the arm and she absolutely made my day!

Its a long story, but Ive been to Autozones across the country, and this one is a bit mediocre. They stock a lot of factory exhaust, but its hard to find my parts in stock here which means a days wait, if its ordered properly, in my case two days.Maybe the shops out west got me spoiled with their excellent service.Its not a bad place to go by any means, its just... basic?

The staff at this location are amazing! They were all super friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a diagnostics test on my car, tested the battery and the alternator. Come to find out it was just a bad battery. With that being said, one gentleman even changed my battery in the dark for me. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Auto Zone is full of the most amazing employees! When I went in 2 weeks ago, I was waited on by a young lady by the name of Mindy. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the parts I needed for my car. I normally hate going to the parts store, this visit was different.

Just had a great interaction where one of my tail lights went out, my wife purchased a set in the building. We were assisted by a young man named Lamar B. And he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with me and my children. Customer service like his is how you build brand loyalty.

Had a dead car battery that needed immediate attention and my dealership was unwilling to help until next week. Jumped my car, drove to AutoZone, and not only did they get me a new battery, they installed it quickly and with a smile in the cold rain. Every employee we encountered was great! Thank you so much for a positive experience and getting me back on the road!

AMAZING customer service!!My husband, daughter, and I went to the mall yesterday when we noticed my car was outof antifreeze. We went in to get some but it as it turns the hose was broken. It was freezing outside and we didnt have any tools to work on it. So my husband went in got some supplies and started working on replacing it. Larry and Lamar were working and were so helpful to my whole family and I. Not only did they lend us a hand but they stayed after their shift until we got our car running. I am very thankful for them and that they allowed my daughter and I to stay inside to keep warm. I cant thank them enough food their kindness!

I went in to pick up a part that my dad had called in for me. The guy was so helpful and patient with me and even let me know what wasnt included but may be needed for the job that was being done. It was very helpful and saved me another days trip. Setting up a rewards card was so quick and easy also. And the price was adorable and they handled the core charge the next day quickly and efficiently. The store was clean and help professional. Definitely go to AutoZone on Stillwater Ave. 👍

One of the only car parts companies that has a clean building and takes care of their floors. I think that goes a long way for business management.

My exhaust pipe and muffler were dangling off of my car, and I needed to have it removed so that I could drive home and take my car to the mechanic. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. One of the employees (I think his name is Corey) helped me pry off the muffler and put it away (in the brutal cold and wind, I feel kinda bad about that). Unfortunately I don’t think I can put the muffler back on due to the nature of the break (I bent the pipe in half while attempting to drive to autozone). They wouldn’t charge me for their help, and I appreciate the time they spent to help me. Definitely would go back again if I needed anything for my car.

I love going here. It is my favorite autoparts store besides OReilly auto parts. I love looking at the orange blinking lights and my friends make fun of my for it but im going to outfit my truck in all amber lights. Friendly staff that gets what I need quickly

Open til 9 and with a rental program that encourages rental rather than purchasing for us occassional do it yourselfers. Needed to pull a flywheel from a Yamaha 115. Needed a 36mm impact socket and harmonic balancer puller. Net cost to me will be zero dollars. Unbelievable!Staff apologized to me for having to wait while helping another customer. The second person to help me (they teamed up and took care of me fast), Teagan, legitimately explained to me why he loved his job. I will give them every purchase I can just for customer service!
