Ordering online and picking up curbside was so easy and convenient. THe parking areas are well marked. If you have the app, just enter the spot number and they bring your order out quickly.

The store was well-stocked and had what I needed. It was also fairly clean and the front end team lead was kind and knowledgeable when I had a Target Circle query.

I am pretty disappointed that not all on purchases made it in to the bags. I purchased three small travel sized deodorants as gifts and one is missing. I checked all my bags and car. I live far enough away its not worth driving back for a three dollar deodorant.

10/10 would not work or apply here. If you’re searching for work, search elsewhere. Toxic leadership team who holds no value in their team members. They will consistently side with their team leads, no matter the complaint or grievance, making you out to be the problem. It wasn’t always this way, but since covid started the companies focus has shifted completely away from supporting their employees. You’ll see about the pay increase and all the covid bonuses, but what you don’t see is the gouged hours to make up for this. Many changes need to be made at the top before things will get better. And maybe this isn’t company wide, but the Bangor target, store 1855 is not a good place to work.

The bathrooms are terribly disgusting almost every time I visit the store. The paper towels are so thin that you can’t even pull one out without them ripping and there is no way to wash your hands, without touching a dirty surface after, to get out of the bathroom. Definitely the worst place if you’re worried about Covid.

Ive been to MANY Targets throughout the country and just moved to the area from a place that had 4 Targets within 15 minutes of our home. We would often joke, depending on what we needed or what day it was, would influence our choice of Targets. This store is wonderful. The employees are friendly, they acknowledge you, they are courteous, they are always willing to help us. The store is always clean. The selections are great. The registers are NEVER backed up. This Target is truly a joy to at. I love it.

I always enjoy our trips to Target, theres always some kind of sale going on and they carry different products than the standard Wal-Mart fare. I also enjoy that despite being a big box store, I dont typically get that big box store feel. We always make sure to check out the electronics section as you never know when your favorite show or movie can pop up for a great price!

Had to take back a purchase I made the other day. Transaction was done done quickly and without question. Wish all returns were handled that way. Very happy with today’s transaction.

Your associate and manager, by the name of Gary, brought my friend to tears today over a pair of shoes. They showcased a number of moments in which they were unwilling to help and make an effort to fix what was likely a simple solution. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will not be returning in fear that I would receive the same treatment during a shopping experience.

Love this store. All of the workers are very helpful and a couple specifically during long waits for technical difficulties kept my children entertained with lively conversation on their level. Highly impressed.

I like Target a lot. They have some interesting merchandise, the stores are clean, the employees are helpful and the prices are reasonable. They have handicapped motorized carts and they keep them in good shape and generally they keep the batteries charged. I like that they have a Starbucks in the store . . . though there is another just a short distance away. Parking is more than adequate. See you there!

I do not seem to know how to figure out how to use the Target app, so the cashier was kind enough to take the 15%off on the products listed in cartwheel.It would be a lot easier if Target did the same thing as Rite Aid and Hannaford where we load the coupon to our account and it is automatically taken off when we use our Target card.

The employees weren’t really nice, all they have is that serious expression, I asked a lady if she could help me to find something and she’s haven’t help me at all, it would be appreciate if you guys do a “meting” and tell them to be more cheerful and nice, even one of my friend one said that one of the employee start arguing with him

Wow! They get you right when u walk through the door! With things I never would have thought I needed! The store is kept in great condition! Even has Starbucks and pizza hut right inside the store! You can usually find a sale or two and grab lunch too!

The place was so disorganized, shelves were bare, or items on the floor in the aisles.The toy section was in complete disarray, couldn’t match up an item with a shelf tag.

There are NEVER enough registers open, even the self checkout was overloaded and they had ONE register open, ONE! There was at least 5 people in that line.

Seriously, where do I get paid for my 5 star review? I gave it one star because a goose egg wasnt an option! This store is a complete MESS! I stopped going to other stores for good because they were dirty and disorganized. This store just joined that list! After over an hour of searching, I was able to find a couple cute things for my kids and self but I eventually gave up. I had to take a video of it because I was shocked by the current state of a once organized store. I told my husband that I felt like I should have been rummaging through the hundreds of pairs of mixed shoes the way I had to because the store was going out of business and it was worth a discount...only I didnt get a discount!!! Just stay away from this hotmess of a store. Its not worth the headache.The sad part is that most of the staff were just standing around aimlessly or talking to one another in groups. Target, let me know when you get your apocalypse-style store back in order and I will consider coming back.

Like the other retail chains, a decent selection of clothing for all ages, sizes and genders. Childrens toys, books and play things. Board games, movies and console gaming. Prices are sometimes cheaper, sometimes not. Theres a Starbucks and a small food court as well for your convenience or sanity, depending on whom youve brought with you.

Well stocked store. Nice displays. Cashier not engage in was very nice. Many staff in store and even when right beside them they did not engage in conversation, just chatted with other employees.

I was with someone who uses a handicap van, an EMPLOYEE parks so close we could not open the lift. We were parked in a van accessible spot, within the lines. She watched us try to open the lift, and still walked in. No consideration.

The customer service was AMAZING! The employee was waiting in the parking lot with my order when I pulled in. It was the most efficient shopping experience ever!

Wrong product in the box. It was an infant car seat, very inconvenient timing when I opened it to install it. It was a completely different brand and size. Customer service manager wasn’t very empathetic with the inconvenience this caused, his name is Gary. Very poor customer service.

I dont know anywhere else in my town, Bangor Maine, where I can find Shabby Chic items and whatever else you need to pick up while you are at it. Its a great store.

I havent been in a Target in years..I know, I know! I went in for a brush and $150 later I was walking out with new facecloths, two white cereal bowls, a new carry-on for traveling, a wallet, toothpaste, mouthwash and a super cute little galvanized pail..oh and two bandannas for our dogs. Seriously? They have everything! The one thing I didnt buy was the bag of corks for crafting. Although they were on sale for $2 off, I buy wine - and they give you a cork for free!

Good selection. Clothing is well priced. Toiletries are a it higher then some places but quality is worth the difference. Place is clean and orderly.

Store had a good selection of items I want good prices, but was in considerable disarray. Clothing departments had merchandise dropped on the floor under racks, shelves were in disorder in numerous places, and floors needed cleaning. Elderly cashier was slow and seemed confused.

Cozier alternative to larger department stores, has good prices on certain items and can carry a good selection of food items. The lines can be a little annoying, but never too bad.

The store is a mess. The aisles are impossible to get down, it looks more like a salvage shop than an actual store. There are boxes and employees stalking the shelves every time I am there during the busiest times of the day. Prices are always mismarked and there’s always an excuse. I have actually driven out of my way to get products at a different store because Bangor Target is such a headache.

Definitely one of the better department stores in Bangor. The staff are generally friendly. The store is usually fairly organized. I mostly like the fact that I have yet to hear a mother screaming profanities at her children in the parking lot.

I am frequently disappointed with the customer service. Staff seems unwilling to help and generally unpleasant. Merchandise frequently understocked and always in disarray. Need to hire better employees who know the meaning of customer service and teach them how to organize merchandise, and they need to be more on top of stocking their shelves.

What’s the point of mandating that all who enter the Bangor ME Target need to wear a mask if there is no enforcement. Saw eleven people not wearing one in less than 15 minutes inside the store.

Had a terrible experience with a cashier and had to speak to a manager. Was so frustrated when this 18yo kid with a manager badge came to tell me he was equally useless to the situation. Just wanted to by a high chair for a baby were expecting in October. I wasnt upset that they didnt have what I was looking for. They told me they were incapable of telling me when it would be restocked. I had just spoke with the Agusta store and they gave me an exact date I could expect it back on the shelf. Either the manager is clueless or lying to get out of more work. Incompetent employees, managers and not a clue in the building.

Targets message of inclusivity is worth the additional cost compared to say, Walmart. I will always encourage people to shop at Target, where they take care of their employees, and vote with their wallets.
