The store was clean and had great sales! I only wish that the womens selection was more varied. It was hard to find the jackets I liked in something other than petite size

Love this Outlet! Every time I go in I am greeted in a friendly manner and get any help I need (I always need help). Recently I went in looking for a new pair of boots, 9 months pregnant, and the lady stopped what she was doing to help me find the right pair. She was overly accommodating and I am grateful!

Manager Jen was Very rude and unprofessional. Really dont want to get into specifics but I was not even able to enter the store before she aggressively confronted myself and another individual the sidewalk. Extremely unfriendly. Called corporate and they have chosen to ignore me and not call me back.From now on I will do business Elsewhere. Perhaps Cabellas instead.

Llbean is synonymous with quality. Cant beat getting top shelf products for 40%+ off. This is an outlet store so their inventory changes fairly often. If you find something you want grab it fast before its gone!

I was having a really hard time finding a boot that fit, think I left the store for a min to cry I was getting frustrated. Eventually I sucked it up and asked the staff for help and it was great. He explained the sizing to me, I tried on a lot of different boots. I left with two new pairs of boots and a smile. Such amazing staff. Thank you.

I had a good shopping expierence i found what i was looking for. The winter boots are great. I just learned that they run small but i found a pair that fit me nice no more getting my feet wet.

I like L.L. Bean as a brand but this outlet store has a very limited selection, most of it clothing for every day use, and footwear. I do not go here to shop for wilderness or sport equipment/clothing because the selection is so limited. I do go here occasionally because they have returns from other places, heavily discounted, and have found a couple of useful pieces from here.

You used to be able to find good deals here. Like years ago I managed to pick up pants for a few dollars. Now despite being returned clothing, sometimes not even in perfect condition the prices are outrageous. The last 5 times Ive been in, I have not been able to find any deals worth it to me. Unless perhaps you need one of their tote bags (but I already have). I mean Ive seen things that resemble a t-shirt going for > $60. Not really an outlet anymore...

I have always enjoyed shopping at LLBean and it is awesome to have a local outlet. It is fun to just wander around in this store and always find something you just have to have at a great price. My most recent visit was with my son and he found a replacement for his well worn boots exactly like the ones ones he loves. Thank you llbean. Ive been going to L.L.Bean for more than 70 years and the place is as fascinating now as it was then. This outlet store is as accommodating and friendly as the main store and they can tell you immediately if what you are looking for is somewhere in the store. Outlets tend to be hit or miss, so be sure to go frequently and browse for the best deals. Remember, when you buy something from Bean, it IS going to last.

I like LL Bean outlets in general. I have noticed that the prices are not as low as I might have expected for an outlet. I recently returned some good I purchased in order to re-buy them online from their site. The sale was actually as good, better for some purchases, than the outlet. They staff in the Bangor facility are excellent and their policies are enough to recommend shopping there anytime. They do provide a place to examine some products in person like canoes or kayaks. They have a large selection of clothing and shoes, some furniture, lots of camping paraphernalia, some luggage and smaller bags. The store is clean and accessible. Its always worth a look.

Wonderful little outlet store that offers last years styles at unbeatable pricing. Of course everything includes L.L. Beans unbeatable factory warranty, a lifetime one. This outlet however, is very small and things are extremely hard to come by. Do not window shop online then go in here expecting to find your item, you wont! However, go in here to browse and not looking for a specific item and you will leave with a high quality item at an outstanding price.

My son love his boots but to big, but order a small size and had to pay FULL PRICE! NOT HAPPY WITH THAT! They said it wouldnt be a problem if they didnt fit, didnt tell me I would have to pay FULL price! ?

More of a ll bean for clothes when I went. They did not have much in the way of hiking back packs. I mostly saw clothes and school backpacks. If that is what you are looking for this place is perfect, but hikers be aware this place may not be what you are looking for. I found epic sports to have far more hiking and backpacking gear.

I love all the LL Bean outlet stores. You can get all the things you love from Beans at a reduced rate, and absolutely nothing is wrong with them, its just that they went out of season or they are last years model, simple stuff. If your a Beans fan on a budget, check this outlet store out!

I dont shop at L.L. Bean often but this store is proof of their excellent customer service. I got a down jacket from them over Christmas and it only went a couple of weeks before a hole appeared on the bottom with some noticeable wear around it. I went in looking to see if they could do anything about patching it but they just offered a complete swap out instead. They even let me choose a different color while we were going through the process!Bean did recently get some bad rep for changing their return policy but that didnt effect their top-notch customer service. I will be looking to purchase more of their products in the future in spite of that.

Not really that crazy about The Bean. Went with a friend. Way too expensive. Used to be justified(ish) when they had that golden return policy. Alas, they no longer do. They had a pancake/maple syrup gift set for $60! Insane. Also, they had three registers open. It was not that busy, but I still had too long of a wait in line. I say meh.

Ive spent thousands here over the year, used to have amazing customer service. I bought all of my gear and equipment here to hike the Appalachian trail. I went in today dissatisfied with a product and was told they couldnt find my receipt so they wouldnt help me out.

The store is always well cared for and neat and clean. Everyone is very helpful and look like they enjoy their jobs

I am not even giving this a 1 star. Went there on black Friday at 12 am. Every single thing in the store was anywhere from 40 to 79 percent off and was still ridiculously expensive. One youths raincoat was 488 dollars. Are you kidding me. Llbean should be ashamed of themselves. Never again will I go in that store
