I needed a part for my dryer. The lady said she had them but had to order one because she couldnt sell me one incase she needed it. Plus the was going to charge me $35 to order it. I found it on Amazon for $7.77. I told her I would be happy to play $35 if she would sell me one in her inventory as a convenience but in not being ripped off and waiting.

I bought a used washing machine from this place and was very disappointed when the machine stopped working and my six month warranty wasnt honored. I paid 280 for the machine. I called her so they can take a look at it and they refused to come to my house to fix. She was very rude when I called. I recommend people to beware when buying from this store. Just a fair warning. Dont be surprised when the warranty wont get honored when appliance goes bad after a week.I am not interested in the history of the shop where my warranty was not honored. Im warning people of the service I received a few weeks ago. My washing machine does not work and was not fixed by this shop thats been in business for 30 years. This company has been in business for 30 years, surprisingly, because I will never buy from this company again after getting ripped off. Beware buyers.

I’ve used A-1 Appliance for several years. I’ve had repairs made to appliances, ordered replacement parts and purchased appliances when it was time. They’ll deliver your purchased appliance and haul away the old one, free of charge. I was even credited the original service call price of them assessing my refrigerator, on the sale of the one I purchased. Since I can’t repair these things on my own, I felt I was treated fairly. Thanks once again Merriam!

I have purchased several washer over the years and have found them to be a real value. Recently one of the washer was in need of repair or replacement. As it turned out the washer needed to be replaced and the entire service call charge was deducted from the price of the replacement washer. I highly recommend A-1 Appliances to anyone in need of major appliances

Just returned from this business for a refund want to inform the public not to do business with them they have thieves as workers if you do happen to use them never pay them cash up front and Always Always check any work order- invoice receipt before they leave if there is any adjustments on these forms make sure you are aware and initial any changes written down I was told that is the buyers responsibly to do so I would think that if they are Profesional it would be good business practice for Them to do so Be Aware Thieves dont leave paper trails or report cash transactions to the owners that being said it was a over $ 140 lesson learned this world has changed cant trust anymore

I came in for a refrigerator paid 260.00. Within 2 hours a friend gave me one so i weny back to get a refund they didnt want to give me my money back. I never even took their refrigerator off of their property yet. I will never go to them again

Charged me a replacement part for a fridge that thats 5 times more than what it cost at Amazon is perhaps a bit greedy plus no warranty plus 120 dollars worth of labor in less than an hour job. Never again.
