Harbor freight is hands down the best with their life time warranty. They keep it so simple with little to no questions. I recommend them to anyone looking for decent quality tools. And their electric impacts, in my opinion, are better then snap on.

Harbor Freight almost always has what were looking for at great prices - they are usually cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes, and are a great spot to find things that are quicker to purchase than going through a gigantic building store. Some items are a bit cheaply made, but others are good quality and last a long time, so you have to watch what you purchase. If you only need it for a small project or to use a few times, weve rarely had a problem with an item; if something breaks or doesnt work, they are just fine exchanging or returning the item with a receipt. Staff is friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you find what you need easily.

Buy most of my tools there. The prices are good. The tools work. Im not a mechanic but I like having what I need when I need it

I had trouble locating items in this store which was overwhelming. The manager Victor was very helpful and friendly and went beyond to help us find everything we needed. I ended up spending near $500 and found everything I needed. Victor you rock bro! I highly recommend this store

I actually enjoy shopping at this store compared to the location in Hemet it is superior. Often well stocked, well kept and the customer service is decent. I can usually find what Im looking for and there are often lots of deals and coupons.

I was able to find what I needed without trouble. I took a take one tag from the Hemet store and gave it to the cashier at the Beaumont store and they brought it out quickly.

I called in before I arrived to make sure they had a tow bar. I even shopped around for an hour just for them to tell me they dont have it via 15 minutes before closing.Horrible customer service i guess people no longer go above and beyond for their customers anymore.

Its fun to get the free coupons and then go shopping locally or out of town the deals are at all locations. Great way to get people in the store. Good job to their Business Development Dept. Employees are always friendly and nice no matter which location we go to. Stores might even be having a big sale but they are still always clean and neat that includes the public bathroom they offer at each store.

The store is clean and managed properly. The employees greated us with a great attitude and a willingness to help us. The store carries more than just tools. I needed some tarps for my jobs. As I was in there looking for a tool I needed I noticed the tarps. Saved me a trip to the Depot and money.

Thanks for having a public restroom, though the quality as far below acceptable on most items here. I like the price of the solar kits and a lot of other things except none of them are manufactured well enough justify buying them here. Everything is second-rate and Ive had to replace it. Very disappointing. But I still enjoy perusing it looking at stock anyway.

I bought a new 9000 watt starting, 7850 watt running generator. open box ( box was never opened) for $225.00 took it home. Put oil and gas in it, 1 pull and it started. Runs great.

You get what you pay for at harbor freight. If you need professional grade tools, you probably wont shop here. But if you need a tool for a one-time project and dont want to lay down a ton of money this is the way to go. A lot of the tools at Harbor Freight will require you to have at least an elementary understanding of how it works so that you can fix it when it breaks.

Excellent location, I am a regular customer here. Brand new store, everything is shiny and, unless Im mistaken, it seems HF has stepped up their game a bit as far as the quality of tools they carry. No, Im not stocking my garage with HF stuff, but in general the quality seems to have gone up a good amount. Very clean store, too. Autozone next door, a Dollar Tree, and a few others in this center make it a great way to kill an afternoon haha.

Quality vs price is mixed. I purchased a 2000 Watt genset that Ive had zero trouble with and happier than I was with my Honda for $400 cheaper. However, there are a number of other products that failed to meet basic quality standards. All in all its a decent place to buy throw away tools.

If you look at the HFT adds, you will find that there are coupons for discounts and also for free stuff. I got a small electric tester for free and I still have it and it still works. I also purchased a set of diamond hones for sharpening knives and tools and they perform very well. I would recommend that set to anyone who needed to sharpen things. I also purchased a heavy duty sewing awl and it sure saves me time and my fingers. I got it for half of the price at other places and it works just the same. HFT is a good place to get the tools you need.
