I spoke with Sharon (I believe)who was very informative, friendly & let me know all I needed to do, to rent a storage space. I came over to Aware Self Storage about an hour later & met Bud who was just as friendly. He showed me the storage unit in question, we did all necessary paperwork while having a nice conversation.The truth is I had gone to other places & decided on Aware Self Storage. What a Great Team!!I give them thumbs up; way up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sharon is always so nice and helpful. She was my blessing when I needed to move in, at a moments notice. Every time I come into the office, Sharon greets me with a friendly smile and a wealth of valuable information. She and Bud run a clean, safe business. I’m so glad that I found them.

Customer service is friendly and caring. Tgey really go out of their way to give you a good experience and to meet your needs. Facility is clean and secure. Prices are reasonable.

Owners/Managers are jerks. They rarely answer the phone. Nearly impossible to make payments. Management and property have ADA violations (lack required accommodations). Not honoring covid safety protocol.Theres other storage facilities in the area, use them instead.

This storage facility is incredibly inconvenient. They will lie to you about their policies to prevent serving their customers. I have been a paying customer for years and simply wanted a friend who I authorized and gave keys to pick something up for me. Even with me on the phone, they lied to the person and myself, preventing access to my unit. They didnt let me prove who I was over the phone (because i am 3000 miles away) because they dont discuss personal information over the phone. This is a lie. I have settled storage and payment updates over the phone because they had asked for personal information. The lady there is extremely stubborn and believes the Customer SERVES her. As if WE pay to SERVE. I highly recommend choosing a different storage method. This is how they treat their troops. Good luck.EDIT: The owner has replied to my review. To ensure the customer, in which is the furnace that their business is built on gets the best possible information, I will reply.My experience was so bad and so conniving that ALL these years later Im still willing to waste my time at a mostly vain effort to obtain some form of justice. Now then:What the owner has detailed out completely contradicts my story. Of course. You might ask yourself, why would an active duty non-commissioned officer of the United States Army want to lie and hurt this business? Ill let you keep asking.Long story short, the owner is not not truthful in this reply. I understand why.
