The Manager, Bridgett was able 2 get my new phone working properly, after having several other failed attempts weeks before. Im very grateful for her skill.
Went to pay my bill waited 30 minutes then paid the bill & the 2 ladies that were there accepted my payment & my service took 30 minu to turn back on & those 2 ladies were VERY RUDE & DISRESPECT to be working in a store period....Horrible Customer Service & wont be returning thats for sure!!

Rodney was new so he had to rely on the lady that was helping him. I did not get her name she had very short dark hair. The store was fairly empty 1 other person for quite a while I was in there. I felt she was very rude. I had to ask questions and she was short and did not offer any information with regards to optional plans and a new phone. The phone I wasnt sure about so I wanted comparison between 2. When I did decide the stock was out of the one I wanted & she did not offer any input, info, or suggestions on why I should choose 64gb, 128gb, etc...no help what so ever. Also the reason I came in was for the promotion I asked what was available as it was the last day... I ended up searching online as she was no help. I will not deal with that location while she is there. I can take my questions & issues elsewhere as I was very uncomfortable.
Cell service is fine but customer service is terrible. We have issues every single time trying to talk to anyone here and employees need more training.
My boss has used their service since they opened and has had no complaints, he has recommended them to everyone because rates are better than competitors with even better reception and coverage area
Absolutely worst customer service ever. If you have any other internet service options, choose that instead of bg cellular.
Better have a hour of free time to wait cause u will be there at least 45 to a hour just waiting

Would rate zero stars if possible. Family member passes away and I have to scream and argue with in store clerks and their call centers just to get a phone turned off. Theyll do anything just to get another monthly payment from you. VERY disappointed.
