Kevin and Ted run a great shop. Upfront, fair and heavy attention on detail and customer satisfaction. These guys will take care of your every need with the utmost respect and workmanship. When I got my truck back they had cleaned and buffed the entire truck as well as vacuum, clean and shine the interior as well which couldn’t have been an easy task considering I have 2 little boys who love eating snacks in Dads truck.( mind you they only did work on the body of my rig but still took the extra time and care to go the extra mile for me!) Their receptionist is professional and courteous, she kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. They took the time to buff and shine the entire truck to be sure it left looking nice and shiny. Class act all the way around. I am a lifetime customer now. Great job!!

I was told Clarks came highly recommended for body repair. I would completely disappointed with their customer service, AND overall outcome of the repairs. it took over 2 weeks for the repairs to be done. i had to contact them for status. i was basically told, they had too many cars in the yard. It was take a number and wait until they got back to you. It was nothing i was expecting and i would not recommend their service. No bedside manner and your just a number.The car had repairs that were not done and i will need to reach out to my insurance company to get this resolved.Apparently if you want to get the status of your car, or leave a message be prepared to keep calling. THEY are simply too busy to deal with you. They are more concerned with turning a buck then taking care of their customers.

Friendly informative counter staff/manager. Clean waiting room and premises. Quality repair work, completed reasonably promptly. This is my second vehicle repair with Clark and it is relatively painless because of their working relationship and coordination with Enterprise Car Rental. It makes sense to include on your insurance premium rental coverage if you are making a claim for repairs. I would use Clark again if, when I have repair work that needs to be done. Its a first class, professional operation.

Everyone at Clark’s was very pleasant to deal with. I dropped my car off before having an estimate and the whole thing took less than a week! They were very accommodating and would recommend them to anyone needing body work!

Hey fixed up my baby like new and gave it a professional deep clean on the inside. Didnt take them a whole week to have my baby done either.

Body work is top notch - those guys do a great job. Office manager needs to be available during business hours. I walked 3+ miles to pick up my truck only to find them locked up, lights off, closed because it was slow on a Thursday at 3 PM when their website and phone message say their business hours are open until 5 PM. If you do business here, I strongly suggest calling before you make the trip to the shop to make sure they are indeed open. Two other people have had the same thing happen to them.

If you want your car to look like before you brought it in.. don’t bring your car here ! They will tell you your car is totaled and than keep it for over a month with no communication whatsoever. They will paint your car a different color, and than try to make you feel like an idiot and trick you into thinking your car was that color.. they are idiots there. They lie, cheat, and steal from their customers. I will never be back. They will also damage your vehicle and than give you back a small portion of your deductible after. Such a joke. Kevin, the manager is a real tool himself.
