They did order and receive the items I needed, but John the Mgr. while knowledgeable was very difficult to reach. He was the decision maker as to if they could install my Deep Cycle Batteries that I purchased from them, ultimately he decided not to. So, I installed them myself in their parking lot in 30 minutes.

I ordered a filter for my bike and went to pick it up the next day. The warehouse sent the incorrect one. The manager, Jimmy Gosselin drove to my house after working a 13 hour day and dropped the parts off in my mailbox at 1130 at night! Above and beyond! Much appreciated... customer care at its best!

Poor customer service from some of the staff. Acting very put out over having to do their job and argumentative/unnecessarily complicated process of replacing a under warranty battery. Staff openly having personal conversations and complaining about each other.

The Staff knows their stuff. Many parts are available in store. If you know what you need, the staff know where it is or where to get it. If you are not sure, they will help you find what you need.

Great service and same day pick up less price then some other stores

Called to inquire after a tool, was on hold for 15min... on a Sunday.. when I drove past, the store was empty. So I called as I sat there.. put on hold again. I absolutely DETEST bringing my patronage to their store because theyre all ignorant, lack any customer service skills, and always habe to return multiple times because they give me the wrong part.I recommend going to AutoZone or OReillys.. dont waste your time or money here.

Staff didnt even know what a tap was. Do they hire anybody now.

Went in today to buy a Battery Tender for my motorcycle. A young kid helped me find the section, I grabbed one and went to the counter to look at it with him. I asked the kid if I could open the box to look at the connections and all of a sudden an older guy came over and was a complete dick to me - asked me if I couldnt read the back of the box where it describes the connections. Then after giving me some more unsolicited (and incorrect) information, he walked away. I said okay, set the box on the counter, left the store and went down the street to Bond Auto. They were more than happy to be friendly, helpful and accurate at Bond. So thats where I spent my $60.00 today. Dont waste time on the chain giant Advances store at this location. Go a mile down the street to Bond - Locally family owned and earns your business through their customer service.
