These guy are great. They are very helpful. I was being picky about the winter tire I wanted to run and they were willing to sit down and do some research and help me find the tires I was looking for.

I went in with a flat tire on the first snowy day after a massive city wide power outage. They were trying to catch up on all the work the outage wouldnt allow them to do on their last workday. There were several others in and out with even more work requests. They were able to squeeze me in and plug my tire (thankfully at a fraction of the price of the tire) in less that half the time I anticipated. They were kind and not at all put out. I am so grateful! I always stop there when I need immediate help and am always accommodated.

I had just had a different shop in NH, where I live, do $1800 of work and parts in the process of diagnosing a wicked low vibration that had me pretty worried. It still had the vibration when I got to VT. I had to fly to cali, so I left my truck with Jones & Sons on recommendation of a local friend. They found that a u-joint c-clip was missing after the recent replacement. They were honest enough to say that after reinstalling the c-clip, it was better on a test drive. It was 95% better, and they told me what the next steps might be. And for only an hour and a half of labor. Very happy.

Very fast, tires were well done they just misrepresented their prices when I called to seem like they where cheaper than they tacked on other fees nearly doubling the quoted price even though they knew upfront what I needed and had.
