Had a tip replacement done here and it came off in my first time playing. Was a 25$ tip and 10$ to retip. Will update my review with updates on how they choose to handle this.Update: went back to store and they chose to do nothing because I bought the tip online. Will never ever go here for cue service again. They didnt even use cue glue to do it, just cheap super glue.
