Cons:*Dont bother calling the location. No one ever answers the phone. Ive called multiple times on different occasion and no one answers.*Its not always clean.*Slurpee machine isnt on at night.Pros:They are open.Snacks are great.Food is good.Usually have some kind of candy deal.

Every single time im there never a manager on the job ...making sure all the things get done?? I dont know what time Seven Eleven doesnt allow you to load any credit cards...but this store, Wont allow it after 6pm.If there was another one around here ...id go there.

This store steals from you stay away they will take your credit info and charge you for things you didn’t buy and tell you that your wrong if you can get them on the phone your a lucky person as it is nearly impossible to have them pick up they do but then hang up on you like scammers do. Stay away

Super sticky ground outside. But guys, this is NOT a one star public restroom. Its a strong 2.5 star public restroom, Ive seen much worse. And the staff was friendly enough.

Our 7-11 is pretty decent not the best but okay. With, new upgrades to store they now sell what you normally see at other stores with new hot foods some breakfast foods slushees and the time the normal gas station items like chips or candy. The customer is good as well and the food isn’t bad so I would recommend this place for a quick bite.

Came here on 7/11 for my free slurpee. I wasn’t able to make my own slurpee. I had to pick from cups on the table that were already filled part way. Tops weren’t provided either. The kid working the table was very rude too. Last time coming here.

While it might have newer features, its not being well kept. Absolutely disgusting! Bathrooms were covered in dried urine, trash was overflowing everywhere outside, windows were dirty and the gas pump handles were sticky. The were 3 polite men behind the counter, and the place was not busy. Get with the program guys, and get cleaning!!

We stopped at this 7-11/Valero during our trip from Vegas to San Francisco. I paid $25.00 cash to the lady at the register and clearly stated this was for Pump 10. Upon attempting to pump gas at the listed pump I realized it was not working along with another customer who was using Pump 9 on the other side. My girlfriend went inside to address the issue while I attempted to get the pump to work and she was told we probably weren’t pushing the nozzle right or didn’t pay for gas to begin with. Manipulating a nozzle in certain manner for it to work should be out of the question but we tried and the result was the same.My girlfriend and I went inside to address the issue and came across a scrawny fella (later said to be named Charles) who I believe was the manager. Charles quickly became irate and told us we had asked for $25.00 on Pump 9 not 10. My memory is not too bad these days so I am 100% certain I asked for $25.00 at Pump 10. I tried again and was told by the customer at Pump 9 that her pump had just begun working. She pumped gas and left while our pump remained non functional. My girlfriend informed Charles of this and he insisted we would not get a refund but would try Pump 10 again. This time around, the fact that we were at Pump 10 should’ve been pretty clear.The pump would not work. Another gentleman pulled up to Pump 9 and automatically began pumping gas. He asked me if I had paid for that pump because it began dispensing gas without him having to pay. I told him we were having trouble with Pump 10 but had indeed paid $25.00 for what was supposed to be Pump 10. I informed my girlfriend of this while she was inside and Charles said that since someone had pulled up to Pump 9 and began fueling we would have to ask that customer for our $25.00 and insisted on not issuing a refund. Meaning the lady and Charles got it wrong twice which makes me wonder how complex of a system they’re working with or if they’re even qualified to do something so simple as to push a button. We informed the gentleman at Pump 9 of this and he was understanding of the situation. He gave us back $25.00 and was pretty embarrassed about the situation but it was not his fault. He didn’t have to give us any money back to be honest. After he left I saw he had filled up at $22.00 and felt bad for him.As I was attempting to check if the pump would work I observed several customers having trouble with the pumps to my left. The pump area was dirty overall and some people were sliding occasionally on the oil ridden area only blocked off by a single cone in front of a non functioning pump.Inside, my girlfriend continued having to deal with Charles’ and the lady’s unprofessionalism and condescending attitude. She asked for his name and that of the lady’s (Erica) who initially took my payment and he reluctantly provided the information. The lady chuckled and made a remark that perhaps they should start wearing name tags. My girlfriend asked for a corporate number and was given a receipt with the store number. She asked a second time and he relayed to her through the lady that she would have to look it up herself.I don’t write reviews much but if this could keep someone away from here by any means I hope it helps. Despite this being a pretty desolate area I believe standards of professionalism should still be met. On this particular day and at this particular location we only came across incompetence and a lack of problem solving skills. I see on a previous review that I’m not the only one who’s had an issue with this Charles individual. $25.00 is nothing but when you’re almost robbed of it by a delusional employee such as this then it adds insult to injury. 7-11/Valero is not getting my money for the foreseeable future.In short: Just Stay AwayWe called corporate and I doubt anything will get done but hey... you’ve been warned.0/5

I would give this Zero stats if possible. If the food and coffee prep is as disgusting as the bathrooms are, you will get sick!!! My husband and I and the people coming out of the bathrooms All almost puked with how FILTHY they both were. The floors and toilets have probably not been cleaned in a very long time, not even the sink. I cannot believe 7-11 doesnt require better standards. Ive had better experiences with Porta Pottys. Do yourself a favor and go to the Shell station or any another one, the prices were the same for gas. I will be reporting this to 7-11 Corp. Additionally, how could management not hire people with more self respect for cleanliness. This place needs to be reported to the Health Department!!! Maybe thats how Bartow rolls, but the rest of this country doesnt. This is a reflection on 7-11 as a whole.

, travelers store is known to be a very busy establishment all employee s work as a team to keep everyone with a happy face it makes it easier for all !!! We have great customer service good hot food pizza taco rolls, hotdogs nachos Hamburgers and hot wings.....not to mention we are happy in maintaining a clean & sanitize safe environment for all customers the store has two bathrooms for everyones personal used and with 2 more pottys on the outside witch are maintained clean sanitized constant with toilet paper for your safety and health appreciate everyones patience if u see me in the front register .... thank you and God bless you be kind and curious & stay sweet dont forget to smile .....
