A friend backed into my 2019 acadia. My family loves the collision center so I took it to them. It was quick, easy and painless. They handled the insurance drama for me. The paint match was unreal. It looks perfect. They even cleaned it for me. As a mom with 2 young boys it helps me a lot, it was a big job. They answered every call and question I ever had. Dirt roads mean never having a clean car lol. Best picture of after I could get.

Years ago we hit a deer in my truck, they fixed it up good as new but years later the chrome on the bumper started to flake off a little, they replaced it no questions asked. It turned out to be a faulty bumper from the supplier. They will treat you like family.

I have used this service several times through the years, and have always had good results. In the most recent case, Jim suggested trying a less expensive way to do the restoration. I was extremely impressed with the results. Even looking intently in bright sunlight, you cannot tell there was ever a problem... or a repair.

I was in town from Louisiana working a job and hit a deer. It caused a lot of front end damage. Jim knew I was from out of town and could have taken advantage of me. HE DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. I got fast and professional service and my car looked better after he was done then it did before I hit the deer. Car repair is not cheap but Jim is a honest man and will give you value for the money spent.

Got my truck back it runs and looks great! Very pleased.

Someone ran into my car. These guys tried to fix it 3 different times. Every time they would fix something, they would tear up 2 more things. Terrible workmanship. Do yourself a favor and find someone else that has pride in there workmanship ! Problems still unresolved!

I had a great experience with the guys at Bartlesville Collision Center. They worked with my insurance company and got my car fixed faster than expected. Hopefully I wont need my car fixed in the future, but if I do, Ill go to BCC. Without a doubt.

Couple years back in the middle of summer I was heading south on HW75 on my way to my dads birthday dinner. When something fell off a trailer smacked my driver mirror busting it to a million piece as well as the shattering mirror scratched up my driver window. I didnt know where to turn since I have had a bad experience at another body shop in bartlesville. Well I went with the insurance companies suggestion and boy was I happy I did. They took great care of my car and put my mind at ease. They made sure to keep me informed about the progress. They offered to drive me to a rental car. (My husband was there to take me) they also offered to bring me to my car after I left the rental car. (Again I had my husband but appreciated the offer) and when I got in my car not only was it fixed, But also detailed inside and out!! Something that didnt need to be done but I greatly appreciated it!! Amazing People Doing Amazing Things!! I promise if you take your vehicle here you WONT be disappointed!!

After an accident I took my car to Bartlesville Collision due to a friends recommendation. They gave it back to me 3 weeks later with a bent axle. I took the car back again. And again. And again. I complained about the car sounding like a biplane ride due to the vibration and noise caused by the bent axle, ruined wheel bearing and hub they never repaired correctly. After about the 5th return trip and being told it was only a tire problem I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not having the tools or time to look into it myself, I brought the car to Aubrey at Sunshine Alignment and he resolved the issue. What couldve been a 2 week job turned into almost 3 months of inconvenience.
