My 2 year old alternator went out on my truck and I had to haul my tractor to a job site last Friday afternoon. Advanced Auto was the only place in town that had an alternator on the shelf. It was just a 110amp and I had a 180amp on my truck but I had no choice. 110amp that cranks out 13.5volts is better than one that cranks out 180amps at 3volts. If you go in join their SpeedPerks program. Itll save you some money going forward.

I swung through Advanced Auto Parts needing help to switch out my right headlight bulb. I was met by a group of staff one of which told me they wouldn’t help because they didn’t want to work on the car in the parking lot. He went on to sarcastically tell me to go to Tate Boys. So, I took his advice and went to Tate Boys. I had a fantastic experience there and would recommend you skip the first step at Advanced Auto Parts and go straight to Tate Boys.Thanks for the advice, Advance Auto Parts.

Advanced Auto Parts is a super helpful place. They will even help you install minor things, such as window wipers, right there.Everyone who works there is pretty knowledgable about basic automotive stuff, which has helped me out many times.This location is easy to find, right of Highway 75, near Subway.

Great customer service

What can I say, its a brick-and-mortar auto parts store. There is one really helpful gentleman here that usually works in the afternoons or evenings, super nice, guy and I dont know his name.

14th October around between the hours of 1-2 (do not exactly remember the time) we went in for a headlight buld and the employee came out to our vehicle in the cold rain and wind and replaced the bulb. We did not get his name but he was very friendly, helpful, and made our visit a real nice experience. He had a black beard and treated us with great customer service. Thank you

Had what I needed

Each store sells different stuff like a relay. That should be something every advanced auto should carry the same. Some carry 40amp and some do not. Weird.

They have a pretty good selection parts and accessories. They have the largest collection of car care (cleaning and detail) products in town. Its the only place that sells everything Maquires.

First visit to this location. Went in needing a new battery. Had a Superstart battery from Oreillys that stopped responding 6 months out of warranty.Mike set me up with a new 3yr warranty battery and tested the alternator. 5*
