This is a awesome place to get a vehicle worked on! These people are very friendly and welcoming, I walked in as soon as the lights turned on. And as soon as the doors opened at 7:30 A.M the employees showed they would be happy to help me! I highly recommend checking them out if you have tire issues or need a oil change! 5 star for sure!!!

Ok you asked for the review. I’ve bought several sets of tires and services over many years and have been very satisfied. However my last visit was horrible. Beginning with a bearded guy at the desk that was argumentative and not at all helpful.The problem was my Lexus developed a thumping noise. They acknowledged the tires looked very good. I bought a new set of tires for $1000 and still had problem. After two trips back to fix problem I asked the mechanic to go with me and he finally heard the problem which was a piece of plastic under the car. He cut it off and problem finally solved. I asked the bearded guy if there was some credit for the good tires that did not need replacing. He became very insulting. I will probably not go back

I needed to replace all my tires today! It wasn’t looking good. I’d have to wait until Monday. I work in Tulsa I don’t have that kind of time. I went got a quote, searched some other places, but I came back to Tate’s and I’m glad I did. The customer service guy was very friendly and helped me. When it looked like he couldn’t get what I needed until Monday. He went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I thank him for being kind and understanding of my situation. Customer service workers have so much drama due to people being rude. I’ll admit sometimes I am that way. But I am working on being better about that. Excellent service from these guys, my vehicle broke down with an electrical fault and I had AAA jump start it for me. I took it to Tate Boys just before they closed for the evening. Early the following morning they called to say they had checked the electrical system and the vehicle was running fine. So, while they had the vehicle, I got them to service it and it was ready to pick up in an hour or so.I am very pleased with these guys, the same goes for all the previous times I have used them for tires and services.They have always done a great job for me.

Went to have a leak in my tire checked out by the time i left they not only removed a screw, patched and fixed the bad tire but the checked and aired up the remaining tires, re-calibrated and and fixed my info center in my car so that it read correctly and replaced the valve stem covers that had evidently been stolen. All of them was awesome and very professional!! An did i mention they did all that for free! YES I SAID FREE!! Theyve got my buisness for sure!!

Always up front and cordial, nothing gets done to my car without a phone call and approval first. Ive never had anything pushed on me for sales, and Craig and Gillian(?) always take great care of my vehicles. They always do their best to get me the best deal for my budget and make sure I am in working order before i leave.

I went to the Ford service place in Bartlesville, they always try and hustle me for more money and they didn’t even fix the problem that they caused. After leaving Ford I went straight to gate boys and told them what happened they fixed my tires and realigned my tires for free.

Tate Boys always take such great care of my car & me. I love their friendliness. They replaced the passenger side bulb in my Impalas headlight. Nicholas, the technician had me in & out very quickly. That bulb was $198.95, just for the bulb. Car parts are unbelievable these days. Thanks so much!

Came to tates from another shop. The other shop said my alignment was good on my car. Well I noticed the tire wearing wrong and it pulled to the right. I took it back they said again that it was good. I drove right from their shop to tates and they got me right in and guess what? The alignment was off an causing the tire wear.. Tates actually showed me that the alignment was off too. Awesome place to go. They will do you right!

I had a new tire ruined when running over something medal in the road. The tires were pretty new got to Tates they were so awesome. Told me I had road Hazzard coverage and they took the bad tire and let me take my special needs grandson home instead of having to sit and wait cause they were pretty busy called me when it was ready. Fast oil change. Others have forgotten to reset my cars computer for the oil change, but not Tate Boys.

The employees are so nice. And honest, they dont just sat its this much. Bye. they show you exactly what the problem is and the cost. I have used them over years. When I am driving out of town, I ask to have all my fluids tapped off and check tires and if a tire is low. They dont charge me anything. Another reason I recommend Tate Boys. I was here again. Best Tate Boys . I had a nail in one of my tires. They fixed it. No charge. Could believe it, but someone took their time. Before winter will need 2 front tires. Low tread. The only place to go? TATE Boys.

My folks and I have always bought our tires from Tate Brothers and really like you can pull in at any time and get your tires rotated and you can get your tires fix free if you have a flat. Ive never had any problems since we have been doing business with them.

Twice now, having my vehicle oil change services required an additional part replacement due to ineptness in workmanship at a different location. Both times Tate Boys made the investment and replaced the parts necessary to complete the work at NO additional charge to me. They attempted to reach me by phone but I was unavailable, so they just took care of it. The first time it happened, I paid for the replacement part (even though Tates were NOT going to charge me for it since they couldnt reach me prior to their decision to complete the service) as they had retrained the damaged one, and I took it back to the other service center to be reimbursed. The second time, the part was a little less expensive and although I offered to pay for it, I was told not to worry about it.Tates have earned my trust over several years with their tire policies, and their willingness to go the extra mile

I’ve been buying tires and having service done to my cars at Tates, for a several years. They remember their customers, and take care of their tires, after the sell. I returned this week for a flat repair. They were very busy because of a special “tire sale”, . They stayed a little past closing and got my tire fixed, and as it was a tire purchased from them, their was no charge. Great place to do business with.

I just had a very frustrating experience at the Tate Boys on Washington Blvd! Consistently when we bring our Nissan NV in for an oil change and tire rotation we leave Tate Boys only to find that the tire pressure monitoring system has not reset properly and the vehicle thinks the front tires are in still in the back and the back ones in the front. This is a problem because tire pressures on this vehicle are set differently in the front and back so our vehicle shows low tire pressure notifications. We always have to take it back in to get it corrected, and it always takes just a few minutes.Today, I asked them when I dropped the vehicle off to make sure to reset it properly before we picked up the vehicle. When I arrived and paid, I was assured at the front desk that everything was set correctly. However, after driving away for a few minutes, the low tire pressure notifications came on. Frustrated, I turned around and went back. When I arrived, the shop manager informed me there was nothing they could do to help me.Despite the previous issues with not getting the TPMS reset correctly, my positive experiences receiving service and buying tires there had led me to be a consistent customer. This experience will make me rethink.

After a wreck my car was in a shop in another town. When we got it back it had an issue with the brakes that wasn’t there before the accident. We did not want to take it all the way back to the far away shop where the accident occurred.as insurance preferred. Craig at Tate Boys was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and working with us. He was understanding of our complicated situation with insurance and willing to help in any way as far as making phone calls or whatever we needed. This is a very professional shop they get things done.The mechanics and technicians areProfessionals.The service staff are courteous and they have some of the best products.They have a credit card that does not charge interest if you pay on time and within 6 months of service.They dont try to sell you stuff you dont need.Their prices are reasonable.The shop is open Monday through Saturday.The best in North East Oklahoma.
