I visit this establishment, typically on a daily basis, as I start my work day. (Fuel, food, drinks) Today, I was denied $20 cash back. I then paid $2.50 to pull $20.00 out of their in-store ATM. I politely asked for the cashier to break the $20.00 I just pulled from their ATM. I was rudely told to visit the nearest bank. I understand there is only so much change that can be made each day but there is no excuse for the customer service that was given.After making a purchase to receive the needed change, I was greeted with further rude remarks.I would recommend the nearby QT for any fuel, food, or drink related needs . They’re comparable in price, efficient and you aren’t greeted with rude customer service.P.S.QT will give cash back with purchase and give change when requested.

This review is for the Nowata Rd. Store...why have a car wash day with 99¢ hot dogs and then we go there and they dont have anything ready! Lol it says it starts at 12 and we go there and they said they had no idea there was a sale?? How does that work?

Have been stopping there as the mornings and travel allow. Spending anywhere from 14.00-22.00 dollars on average. The associate in the hot food area was very disrespectful and felt it was out of his way to help the people. The lady cashier noticed that I needed assistance, so she came to aid the situation.Won’t be going back! Brandon, I’ll be visiting Qt because they know how to handle customers!
