Very nice store. All the staff were very helpful. Lots of products and services. They have gift cards that can be used at any of their stores. Easy to get around with items well displayed and plenty of inventory. Parking is easy with lots of spaces in the mall.

Beautiful displays and setup. My girlfriend spends too much money there to give it 5 stars.

Didnt have what I went in to get. Employees were to busy talking and on their phones to notice that myself and another lady was waiting for assistance.

Employees nowhere to be found when needed but when not needed seemed to be hovering.

Terrible attitude of one of the workers. Needs to learn how to speak to customers.

A person that works there was very rude to my daughter & I, she had long very dark hair. & was wearing headphones. Very unprofessional. This was in the Bartlesville. Ok store.

Ulta beauty stores have everything for personal grooming. The people in this store are quite helpful and educated about the products which is helpful while shopping for cosmetic. Nice experience over all.

Some time ago I scheduled a salon appointment. Made the 40 minute drive to be told I did not have an appointment and they were too busy to get me in (even though NO other customers were in the salon). A few days ago I decided I would give the salon a second chance and booked my appointment. About 2 hours before my appointment I get an EMAIL saying that my appointment was canceled. I call the store and I am told the salon is closed on Monday even though the website showed otherwise and allowed me to book an appointment. I contact customer service as this reoccurring issue needs to be addressed and I get the you should check that stores are open before booking, blame COVID type response. I am the CUSTOMER, I should not be expected to drive 40 minutes to confirm that a store is open. If your hours, services, etc have changed then as a COMPANY you owe it to your customers to update your website and make sure the people answering the phone know whats going on. Also, whats the point of having me enter my phone number whenever I book an appointment when it isnt used? If I hadnt checked my email I wouldnt have known my appointment was canceled.

I came here to get my brows waved and tinted all I have to say is that Im super satisfied with the results of my eyebrows Nicole did such a great job I highly recommend going here!!!

Today my daughter and i were in the Bartlesville store and it was EXTREMELY dissapointing. It was almost closing just there to pick UP a couple things when the Manager decides to FOLLOW us around the store literally step by step then informs us they will be closing in 5 min. So we head towards the front im picking out an item right next to the cash registers when she comes back up to me and says: We are NOW CLOSED make your decision and check out. So we were not only HARRASSED but rudely told to leave. Whoever is setting the trend for this Company TO KICK PAYING CUSTOMERS OUT HAS COMPLETELY LOST SITE OF WHY YOU HAVE A BUSINESS. TO CLOSE YOUR STORES AN HOUR EARLY DOESNT KEEP ANYONE ANY SAFER.YOUR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS ISNT ANYTHING TO BRAG ABOUT

My friend and I went in there looking for some makup for his girl freind and I told the short heavy set lady with red hair that we did not know what we were doing and then she turned her back on us as if or money wasnt good.
