Harbor freight has always been my go to place for best priced tools. Great selection no matter what the job! I wish they would bring back the free coupon items but either way I will always use them for best prices!

Though they had a set of sockets for specific jobs, the set didnt include a speciality socket for a domestic car. Otherwise, this is a great place to get tools not carried by neighborhood hardware stores.

I feel like there is a loss of quality as soon as you step in the door.,cheap and affordable are not same.

Everything is as what would be expected for a Harbor Freight. Clean and orderly, nice wide isles. Reasoning for the four star rating; upon entry of the store is a big sign noting the use of masks mandatory, whoops not at all. All employees were masked up, but enforcement not so much!

Harbor Freight has a variety of tools, tool boxes, shovels, rakes, etc. Sales personnel are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Store is neat and well organized. Good place to shop.

They were sold out of what I was looking for but I never leave empty handed. Plus they wrote me a rain check on the item so I can still get the sale price once they receive more in. If there is ever a zombie apocalypse I hope Harbor Frieght stays open or in Im trouble.

I feel like Im talking to family when I shop here. Im a mobile Mechanic out of tulsa and I feel outta place everywhere else but not here. Thanks harbor freight for making my day awesome

I love the selection, I love the prices, and all the staff are super friendly. Plus its a location easily maneuverable if youre pulling a trailer.

They have what you need, but you must know exactly what you are looking for. Dont send sometime else to look for the tool you need, go yourself. (From Experience)

Very clean, well organized and a friendly knowledgeable staff. The manager at night went above and beyond to answer all my questions about the stores items plus gave me information about an item that they dont carry. Will definitely shop and refer this location over and over again.

I was racially profiled and treated rudely. As I was in line to check out with my items I noticed a manager by the door (wearing a mask incorrectly) and he would not take his eyes off of me. As I go to pay I have the lady at the register scan my items, she quickly scans and then tells me my total. The only issue is she didn’t ask for my phone number and had asked everyone before me. I had thought nothing of the manager staring at me until I had left the store and turned around to see the manager walking off. The issue with this is that there were still two people left in line. Clearly showing I was singled out.

My go to on man tools etc!! Not top grade quality but not the price of your professional took trucks either. Just buy as you expect. The have different grades of tools. Good - Better - Best on most types. Focus on warranty you expect. I highly recommend. Im like a kid in a candy 🍭 store!!

Been to several Harbor Freight tools stores and as with many I go for the deals. I know this is a newer location but have been very impressed with how clean. And organized it is compared to the others. The employees are also very friendly and will approach you asking what they can help you find. This is a big change from the Tulsa store that seems to actively avoid people.

I needed help finding an item, no visible associate, found said item by myself and was cheaper then Walmart and Lowes.

Great tools great price and free replacement if broke by you or manufacturer default.

Everything Ive wanted to buy here they have never had in stock,then the female manager straight up lies about it. I recently went in to buy a 2 ton engine hoist, none in stock, then the manager tells me they sell over 20 a week and cant keep them in stock. Use your common sense at 20 a week for the last year I literally mean everyone would have one. There have been several other items with the same story.

My favorite place to tool shop...cheap, standard quality, good selection make it ideal!

We have yet to make a purchase but my husband loves going here and looking at everything. They have different stuff. He says the prices are not cheap enough to take a chance on brands he has never used. This is new to us. Im just commenting on the friendless of staff, clean store and parking lot. My toddler thought it was cool, a lot of shiny things.

Always out of the things Im looking for was looking for cordless circular saw this time and should not have been looking at Harbor freight anyway after the fired my disabled daughter with aspergers syndrome for being slow they knew she had it when she was hired

Harbor freight carries high quality items at wholesale prices. The item warranty service is top notch. I shop this store regularly and I have never encountered a rude employee & they are always knowledgeable.

Disappointing! We had 7 things on our list And they had 4 of the items. Now we have to drive 60+ miles out of the way because THAT Harbor Freight shows ALL of the items in stock!

I was surprised how clean the store was. The store is laid out nicely and easy to find what you are looking for. workers was friendly and in good moods.

First visit to this store. Good place to pick up lesser known brands of merchandise at lower prices. Felt not every item has to be top of the line name brand. Ill go back.

Had a water leak in the house Sunday morning and needed a wet/dry vac. Drove to harbor freight and arrived at 8:30. The sign on the door said they open at 8, but doors were locked. There were cars in the lot, so I called. Was told by Mgr that they don’t open until 9am. I pointed out the door sign (8am) and explained my emergency. Was told that they would not open until 9 regardless of what the sign said.This could have been a great opportunity for this manager to go above and beyond to earn a loyal customer. Instead, I won’t be back.

Never have a problem with them if something tears up I take it back they replace it. If I need help finding something there always somebody there to help.

I called with a simple question about some dolly wheels and was put on hold, I stayed on hold for nearly 20mins I even drove to the store while on hold and when i walked in the store with NO CUSTOMERS i find the employee I was waiting on chatting away with his fellow coworkers. I let them know that was very poor customer service
