Im totally bias because I absolutely love small businesses. I honestly refuse to do 1-800 flowers again. This place is so awesome. They are expedient, affordable, friendly, and professional. They do floral arrangements and gift baskets for all types of occasions. They sell NATURAL butters, lotions, candles, fragrances, etc. For men and women. The scents are delectable. I definitely recommend this place.

I first received a sample of Naturally Craft’d Weekend Man Body Butter a few weeks ago, and it had a unique scent but a special scent which I can appreciate, non oily and can be used on your body, hair and even your beard for those that have beards. I like milder scents so the products that I recently ordered online are Mahogany Body Butter, Weekend Man Foot & Body Scrub, Romance Body Butter, and Romance Body Oil. Im new to using the Romance and Mahogany but they end up being a great choice for me. I think most guys would find these two products for normal on the go use. I plan to make future orders. I had used Bartlett Florist in the past, and today reached out to the now Naturally Craft’d to have my mom’s Mother’s Day plant delivered (another company never delivered my order), and they were nothing but awesome!I ordered a rhododendron, but they called promptly to say they were having a hard time finding that plant with their suppliers, and they had a great substitute (Lily), which was fine-I understand supply, especially with florists.But the Lily they sent was unbelievably stunning! Their customer service is amazing, & I will always order direct from them & never sway to that other company again. My mother LOVES the Lily...& it is huge & gorgeous!Thank you!

Such a sad process trying to purchase flowers for a funeral service. But the woman helping me was just wonderful. I was surprised by the quality of arrangements for the price.

I was given knowledgeable service on a particular floral arrangement. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and was able to finish the beautiful arrangement and have it ready for delivery within the hour.

My review is about a month late, but I thought about it because I just used the last of my body butter and I need more. First off I was greeted so warmly by the owner I knew that I would continue to shop with them. I wandered in just to browse. started looking around and sniffing, and instantly wanted one of everything. I settled on one fragrance and got a spritzer and body butter. The body butter melts into my skin and keeps me soft and supple all day. You know how dry skin is in cold weather? Theres none of that. The fragrance is long lasting, yet not overpowering and my sinuses thank them for that.

Just ordered a planter/flowers from this florist and have NO HESITATION about recommending them to anyone from out of state. (I called from Vermont) The person that took my order (Crystal) went over and above to make sure my information was correct regarding dates and location and was so pleasant to talk to. What a delight. My sincere thank you to an outstanding Florist.

Can I not say enough great things about the soap. I purchased the lavender apricot, this scent is from heaven. The scent lingered off ur body and onto ur clothes like a perfume. I also purchased weekend man for my son as well as nephew in law. I cant forget about mahogany coconut candles. It trumped my BBW 3 wick candle. I love love naturally craftd products.

I love it here! Been getting natural products for about 2 months! My family’s skin is much better! We love the products but importantly we love the service! So friendly and committed to great customers service.

Needed a plant for a lost one, made the order, came in the next day to pick it up, and it wasnt ready. They didnt put in a card, which was okay because we already had a card. Otherwise the plant was beautiful, smelled great, and is a lasting memory.

This florist has treated me and my wedding well. My wedding is on April 18th 2015 and Jayla and crystal (owner) has been very helpful. There have been several changes with my wedding flowers trying to get everything perfect and they were a lot of help with this trying to get the best flowers to match my colors. I will definitely use this florist again. They let me know through email and phone calls when I would need to pay for the flowers in full so they could order from the distributor and get the flowers in a few days before the wedding so they would have time to make my bouquet. I know my flowers will be beautiful and I will have my brother or friend pick up the flowers. I will call to let them know exactly what time the flowers will be picked up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - I placed an order for funeral and next morning all I got is an email mentioning product is not available. They did not even have a courtesy to call me and to check if I would like to send any alternate arraignments for the funeral. If the arrangement is not available why was I able to place the order and why someone did not try to make an alternate arrangement?

I to had problems, they just didnt seem interested in delivering flowers to my wife at a local hospital (St. Francis). I had to call someone else.

We bought flowers there just a wrist band for our wedding they let use use there bathroom to change my wifes panty hose that had gotten torn nice people

I made the mistake of ordering my wife an arrangement from Bartlett Florist for Valentines Day. I chose this particular florist strictly because of their location essentially across the street from my wifes work. I was hoping for an early morning delivery to make her Valentines day special. However, when my wifes shift had ended in the afternoon, her flowers were still not delivered. I tried to call multiple times and left a message with my phone number and order number. No call back, no response, no flowers. Wish I had read the other Google reviews before making my purchase! Never Again!!!!
