Mark was the absolute best salesman I’ve met anywhere! He found the perfect Mattress, base, pillows, and sheets for me and my boyfriend! He explained and answered everything so perfectly to us! We had gone in there thinking we wouldn’t have bought anything and might’ve tried some more places, but after already having looked around other stores he ended up being the perfect person to help sell to us! We paid 0 down, 0 interest, and we are paying less than $100 monthly for everything we got! So happy with our purchases!

I made a purchase on 9/2/2021, Adah placed my order and over charged my card for shipping, which shipping was free with my order! They haven’t refunded my account, I don’t know any business that take this long to refund a person account. I call my card company, They said it not been submitted for refund, so I file a dispute. I will never deal with these people again.If I could leave no star I would. These people are lying to me every time i call. I will wait until my dispute is settled! BAD Business!!!!!

Buying a mattress is something that no one ever looks forward to having to do, but Will at Mattress Firm in Bartlett made it quick, easy and painless. He was very knowledgeable about the selections, he showed us a variety of mattresses in our price range, and he never once tried to force anything on us. We ended up buying a Tempur-Pedic because that’s what we wanted, but Will seriously gave us so much insight on everything. Would definitely recommend and use them again! :)

The showroom was run by one person. But we still did not have to wait long. I had called ahead and talked with Jacob, so I knew what I wanted. Jacob was able to help with my request, and he checked us out swiftly.

We’ve bought 4 very high quality mattress sets, at good prices, from this location. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because the salesperson for the last purchase insisted my wife accept a free, adjustable base. She texted me what was going on and I said we all have headboard/footboard/sideboard beds and these aren’t compatible so just get a box spring with the mattress. But the salesperson insisted it would work or we could just do some slight adjustments. So I end picking up this 150 pound box from the warehouse and bringing it into our house. It won’t work with our beds, plus it’s just a metal frame with plywood. So now I’ve got this big, worthless box I don’t know what to do with. I don’t want to be bothered with it anymore but they say my solution is to load it back in my truck and bring it to the store, for no credit, after being saddled with it. It’s been weeks but I’m still a little miffed and disappointed.

I bought my mattress here 4 years ago when I bought my house and it has held up wonderfully. Recently I needed to purchase a smaller mattress for our guest room so I headed back to the same store. The sales associate who assisted me was friendly and patient even though I changed my mind a million times. He was also very helpful and kept me in my budget.

Went in today and had Ms. Adah. She was the most helpful sales associate that I ever dealt with. No pressure and knowledge. She listened to our concerns and was able to help make a decision that we were happy with.

Customer service was great the price was a little bit high for a low profile box spring. I was able to get a second box spring from a competitor store for a little bit cheaper. when buying something from this store you have to drive about 15 minutes to the warehouse to make a pickup. The fact that you have to go somewhere else for pickup is kind of annoying but not difficult.
