I love coming here! This Five Below location is organized and always stocked aka a shoppers DREAM. The staff is very friendly and they are actually helpful. I spent about $130 in there and for some GREAT home stuff! I hope this doesn’t become a bad habit because it’s so close to my house.When I checked out, I noticed that even with the masks, the noisy entrances of customers, fans and music that the staff still said “welcome to five below” which I commended them for because they didn’t have to. Once you are completing your payment, there is a question on the pad that asks you if they greeted you and if you answer the question, no matter the response, the company will donate to a charity. I thought that was a nice touch.

This place is awesome. . . For the most part, they have good quality items for the price. . . Staff is always awesome, and I always seem to find something neat that I wasnt necessarily looking for. . . And I love their T-Shirts. . . My only issue is that 5 below is misleading at this point. . . presumably named such because everything in the store was $5 or below, and it was originally. . . but then they started getting more expensive items (which is okay because they were bigger, higher end items, it wasnt like the prices simply went up). . . But the issue now is becoming that Im starting to see some regularly priced items that are actually more expensive than they are elsewhere, so theres not only no deal, but the idea of 5 below is gone. . . Now its just a cheaper version of Walgreens. . . Look at Dollar General. . . used to be everything was a dollar. . . now its just an off brand wal greens and theres no value to it that doesnt exist at other stores just like it. . . Dont lose the niche that made your business what it is!

I love coming here! The employees are extremely friendly. Everything is nice & organized (before people start messing with stuff). There is a wide variety of items at a great price. I swear if they added actual household items such as tissue, dish liquid, etc --- Family Dollar would never see me again.

Goodness it is really easy to nickel and dime yourself to death here. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to help. I love collecting things and they are pretty niche so having stores who sell them en masse is amazing.

My first time in the store. It was pretty nice. The store was clean. Well organized. The staff friendly and helpful. Large selection of items/products to choose from. I will go again🙂

I always enjoy shopping at Five Below. This location is very clean and easy to find things in. The selection of items was good and the cashier was super friendly! Ill be back for sure.

My kids love 5 below but my purse doesnt. They get everything they need when we go there. 3 kids ages 10,14 and 15. So ya know that can get pricey. But like I said its like a one stop shop for teens. And I even find things in there that I like. So all in all win win.

Corporate should change the name because 5 Below now carries items that are more than $5. Name is now misleading and false. Not much interaction with salesfloor staff. Cashier checking you out is pretty much all the interaction you will have with staff.

This is our new favorite place we go here all the time now. Their Cashiers are always nice. Only con is they could tidy up a little more

This place is great. It has everything. If you havent been to one of these, put it on your list of places to check out. This will definitely be on my Christmas shopping trips!

Fun, clean stow. Everything is $5 and below. They have clothes, toys, games, make up, backpacks, art supplies, snacks, animal accessories, cell phone accessories.... the list goes on. Employees are very friendly.

The employees do not practice social distancing. I was shopping and an employee came extremely close to me when there was plenty of space to go around. I immediately backed up. Employees should be practicing social distancing and staying 6 feet away from customers as well.

I love the various selection of items. This is a great quick stop store. The electronics section has pretty good variety...from earbuds, to blue tooth speakers to phone cases and many more...

Thisocation should change their name. I bought a couple $10 Items. Imagine my unpleasant surprise. They have a lot more stuff than the one I frequent though so thisll be 3 stars.

Really helpful staff with a nice warm and welcoming vibe.

The employees were not social distancing and made me uncomfortable at the store. They came into my personal space when they should be 6 feet away from customers

Generally a good place to buy cheap. I noticed some items that are above $5 now so they might have to change the store name. They were $5.55 so its still $5 or below I suppose.

This was my first time going in to see what this store had to offer. I was first amazed by the cool Easter goodies and candies in stock! So many varieties of candy!! YUMMY! Of coarse when I saw Very Berry sweet n sour treats I bought 2 big bags because they are so hard to find. My dogs needed a new small round bed, I needed a travel neck cone, heating stones and calligraphy pens. There was a good selection of books for all ages, anything for your phone or tablet, earrings, make-up and so much more. Ill be going back.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is well kept and fully stocked. I have to walk away at times because I can be in there for hours due to the variety of items we could all use for home or leisure.

This store is great I shopped there las night and bought a good amount of stuff. Tho I am missing one item which the lady scanned first and it’s on my ticket. But not in my bag or car (Checked car to make sure it didn’t fall out)If you shop here make sure your stuff is in the bag I’m pretty sure she took it for herself. I live to far to go back for one item

I cant seem to stay out of this store! With so many amazing $5 or less items, you will always find something you need. I grab a lot of their tech items for exercising and outdoor events instead of taking my pricier items. They sound great and Im not too upset of they get lost or broken.

Awesome stuff but while I was waiting in line a man walked in to return something and the cashier tryed to get him first. I spoke up and told the man the line was where I was and he apologized and waited. But the cashier did not say one word to me. Not sorry about that or hello or have a good day or anything. Not one single word. That was rude just cause I didnt want to get skipped in line. Not the way someone in customer service should act.

It had nice bargains. I brought a charger there that was supposed to fit my phone. When l got home it was the wrong size. It was a size 2 on the box but it was another size in the box. This was the one that is in the Bartlett area

I stopped in a few weeks back for the first time. There is some cool stuff in there. I hate that I didnt find any of the graphic tees I liked in my size.

Good prices, even was given a discount on a item from $3 down to $1, just wish they had a bigger store with a little more stuff.
