It’s just not worth the aggravation to go there to have service of any type done. Takes entirely too long for a simple oil change. Bought my car there in 2014 and I have had all service done there. No more. Done and will not come back or recommend to anyone!
The wait time for a simple oil change is too long. How is a 3 hour wait express service. I see the mechanics just walking and talking. Saw one mechanic on his phone the entire time. They act like people don’t have other things to do. Nobody wants to sit in a dealership all day. I brought my other car in a few weeks ago and it only took about an hour and a half. That was on a Friday evening. I usually enjoy coming here but thinking about taking my business somewhere else. This is ridiculous.
I was very surprised at how nice and friendly everyone was to me. The process was the easiest process I have ever been through purchasing a car. It wasnt an all-day ordeal and they made it seamless. Chris, Booker, and the financial gentleman (Im sorry; I didnt remember his name) were phenomenal. They all knew how upset I was trading my beloved Camaro which was a very hard decision for me to make. Thank you for making this easier for me.
Mr Micheal Robinson on the Service Department was exceptional!!! He was very professional and he made sure me as the customer was satisfied and he was very attentive to my need as well he offers great service that I am sure Nissan will be proud of, also Allen was great as well he was able to assist me even with Mr Robinson not being there!!’ The whole team was awesome!!!!!
I brought my car in for oil change, battery replacement, and hood lock warranty work. After picking up the car, the car forcefully stirs to the left hand side and shakes violently. This is something I have never experienced with the car before I brought it to the dealership.I called in to explain the situation and the only recourse offered is bringing the car in for alignment and other services. No explanation is being provided on how this situation showed up overnight only after I brought the car in for unrelated work.I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership as you cant trust that new issues will magically pop up on your car after you get it back.
I live in Florida and was visiting my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter purchased a new vehicle from Mr. Ali Pirani and raved about the outstanding service he provided her. I went and purchased a 2021 Armada Platinum from Mr. Ali. He is a magnificent salesman who does your dealership a great service. A true professional in every sense of the word. My experience with Mr. Ali was exceptional. A credit to your dealership. Give him a raise. Waldemar Robles
Great service. Our salesman was incredibly attentive without being pushy. He and every other person we interacted with were very friendly. My husband and I visited eight or nine other dealerships to pick a car. This was the best service we received all day, and it wasn’t close. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Each time I have used this place it has been the same. From the day I drop off my vehicle I never get a phone call with updates. I have to call every day and every time but some how when I do speak to the service advisor he has an update for me. I never can get ahold of anyone. I leave multiple messages or it just keeps ringing with no answer. Then they want me to pay over $500 for a part not knowing if it will even fix my problem. On top of that I can get the exact same part on Nissan.com for a third of the cost. Then the advisor tells me there would be labor also because of what it would take to get the serial number for the part but on Nissan.com it clearly explains on to go into your system and get the part number. I feel like they were just trying to rip me off not knowing I would do my homework. I will never use this place again
After more than a month of searching for the right mid-size truck, I was tired of visiting to dealerships only to find that they didn’t have what I wanted in their inventory. Then, one Saturday, I decided to stop by Wolfchase Nissan to check out a Frontier. on the the first drive, I knew it was the right truck. Even though they didn’t have the model in inventory, they immediately found the Pro-4X I wanted at a far-away dealership and said it could be transferred! I was sold, and signed the paperwork that afternoon. I even got a loaner truck to use until my new truck arrived. Joe, the sales consultant, and John, the Sales Manager, we’re great to work with. They offered excellent help through the whole process and made it clear they were there to help me. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a new Nissan.
Diagnosing one of my vehicles issues was near impossible, but Rusty and Tim made the repair process smooth! Excellent communication and service. The shuttle service really made the complications of leaving my vehicle behind null.
We bought a brand new Rogue a few weeks ago. We love it. Our buying experience went pretty smooth. Only downside from my buying experience is that we were promised a gas card that we didn’t receive. Don’t leave without the card when you buy your car. Ali will “forget” that he offered it if you try to come back.
The service entrance is well laid out. You enter and a host takes your information and assigns you to a service tech. The waiting area is clean with chairs and a TV if you prefer it.Sales people are available for you if you would like to see a new car. However, the sales people will not pursue you so you can relax.
Overall, a great experience as usual. One complaint might be the removal of online scheduling from the website. I hope that feature comes back in the future. But this really wasnt a problem with getting routine service performed.
Very courteous and professional staff! Ali was my salesman and he was great! The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, they made me feel like family! I have already recommended Wolfchase Nissan to family and friends!
UPDATE*** No one has contacted me. I had to leave a billion voicemails and take my car back up there TWICE. Still not fixed. I think they wired something wrong when placing the new transmission in. I took videos of what the car is doing as proof. i will get a lawyer if this isnt fixed.I NEVER leave a review. This is my first time ever doing this but I had to let people know of the service at this location. My car is a 2015 Nissan. It is a claims for a transmission replacement. They have had may car for 3 weeks. They got the approval for the work from my claims department 3 days after having it which is a great turn around time!I gave them a week to get the part in for the replacement (the transmission) I called on Wednesday (of last week) to check on the car and was told that it would be done by Friday. Well I would be out on vacation until Monday so I waited until Monday morning to call. Mind you I have had to reach out each time. THEY DO NOT CONTACT OR UPDATE YOU AT ALL. That is a major issue with me. I called 10am on Monday was told that he would call me back and let me know if I can pick it up. Finally called me back around 4pm the same day and said it would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday I leave work early at 5pm to go pick up the car. I call on the way due to traffic so they could know I was headed there. I was then told ON THE WAY to get my car that it was STILL not ready. Mind you, they did not call to let me know, I called them to inform them Im on the way just to be told that my car is not ready. My tech informed me that he had been working on my car since Monday and I could pick it up Wednesday (today) so I call around lunch to verify that it will be ready and guess what? HE WAS JUST PUTTING THE NEW TRANSMISSION IN TODAY. So to clarify I was lied to about him working on it Monday and Tuesday and because I got rude with him on Tuesday he decided to rush on Wednesday to get it done in one day. So I was lied to three times and my car is still not ready 3 weeks later.. I am livid and just ready to wash my hands of this situation. No communication, horrible service, and I will not be back.
Rusty took care of my car from start to finish! I had a flat tire caused by a nasty screw over the weekend, along with a fog light replacement, and he guided everything to the finish line and much under a price I was expecting to pay. The crew recommended a couple of other items that I needed and they were able to help me get those done in a quite reasonable time. Also, Diane was also great to work with as always! Appreciate the service group at Wolfchase Nissan!
Within the last week I took my car to Wolfchase Nissan for a routine maintenance oil change and asked that they change my air filters in the process as I was told at the previous oil change they should be replace and asked that they top off my fluids, NONE of this was done just an oil change, then while I was there I asked to schedule an appointment to get my air conditioner check because it was not blowing cool air Jessica who by the way is one of the most understanding and down to earth workers there scheduled an appointment for me to see Caesar. I took my car in and they performed an all point inspection and told me my AC compressor went out again. I had to explain that my car was brought in last year for the same reason and it was covered under warranty. He then goes and check and says it’s within the year of the warranty to fix it but I was over the 12,000 mileage. I was over by 6,000. Then he states He could check to see if Nissan would good will the service and give me a call. I took it upon myself to call Ally (Warranty dept.) on Wednesday to ask what I should do and by God’s grace I was told It was covered all Nissan had to do was contact them with a case number. I followed up with Nissan afterwards for Caesar to ask “ can you just call the warranty department to see if they would cover it?” I explained that it was done and what they needed to do... made me feel as though the higher up never gave an answer or was never contacted on if they would or wouldn’t fix my air. On Friday April 9, 2021, I dropped my car off at the dealership at 7:00 am for them to fix my air. When I left the dealership the air worked fine. The next day NO AIR!!! I drove around a whole hour with just hot air blowing NO cool AIR, suddenly I hit a bump my air comes on😳. Yesterday I called informed the service dept. a message was taken and told then exactly what’s been going on...It’s now Tuesday they called when I returned they’re call I was put on hold for so long I hung up due to I was at work. Needless to say after getting paid $1025.00 MY AIR STILL DOES NOT WORK. Highly Dissatisfied and disappointed
Everyone that interacts with me to maintenance my vehicle are professional and knowledgeable about the services/products offered.
I had the most knowledgeable sales Consultant (Joe Daher ), he really took care of me as soon as I hit the lot until I drove off in my dream car. The process was not long and everyone from the sales to the repair shop to the finance office were extremely nice and made me feel like part of their family. Im VERY satisfied with this dealership!
This was my first time shopping at Wolfchase Nissan and I will most definitely be coming back. Mr. Tony Rogers was great. He listened and made sure I got everything I wanted in my vehicle.
I came in on Monday to have tires serviced again, and it took 4 1/2 hours to be serviced. I was being told that they were waiting on my claim with Safeguard to be approved. Ten customers that arrived after me had been serviced and left while I was still waiting. When I left, my claim with Safeguard still wasn’t approved, I had not received any paperwork and I’m not sure why. I had to keep asking what the hold up was.
Much better experience and customer service. Greatly improved experience overall.
9-20 21 went to Wolfchase Nissan for an oil change and to get my Frontier checked out before a road trip to St. Louis. Very disappointed after paying $83.00 pulled my truck around back open the hood, windshield fluid and radiator were low. Had to go back in.
The hours are relatively convenient. They have Very friendly staff and they always follow up afterwards. I’m still iffy on the pricing.
It was an expansion valve on the AC. Had a schedule at 7 am on Tuesday 6/22/21 and it took 7 days for the valve to be replaced 6/28/21. I was told every day there was a part coming the next day in the morning. On Friday 6/25/21 I called to see what was going on with the car, the manager Rusty said they were waiting on another part. He said it would be in Saturday morning and it would be done and he would call me. On Saturday afternoon around 2 pm, I called and found out Rusty was off and the mechanic was also. Tony, another manager went to check on the car and told me the mechanic assigned to the car was still having trouble with the car he was working on since Tuesday 6/23/21. Monday I talked to the service manager with my displeasure, he said he would look into it. The car was done two hours later. I told the manager I was even trying another car to buy but after their service I would not .
Oliver Turner was exceptional with helping find the exact car that I was looking for. Oliver went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
Great service, got the vehicle I wanted with no problems.
Clean and comftorable enviorment with quick service and awsome customer service!
Straight forward dealership. We knew what we wanted and the no haggle price was more than fair. We showed up 30 minutes before they closed and left 15 minutes after closing time. Chris was great and took care of everything.
It was amazing fast timing, and the service was delightful great staff and experience.
My husband dropped off his Rogue for the 15,000 mile service. He was offered 3 different packages and chose the basic (cheapest) package. When I received the email with invoice that the work was complete, the invoice was almost TWICE what was quoted for the basic service. It turns out the service advisor hit the wrong button and upgraded the package. My husband was told that this was the advisors error and yet all he was able to do about it was deduct the labor for the additional work that was done. We still had to cover the parts for the work that we didnt even want done in the first place. We are NOT happy about this situation and will likely not be bringing either of our Nissan vehicles back for service again.
I had an appointment with my dealer and almost canceled. I have been to some in the past who just absolutely wasted my time. Or I was there from sun up to sundown and went home with some car I didnt really want but needed a car that ran. I absolutely got what I wanted and I love love my new Sentra. Thank you Chris and Claude my miracle workers.
Staff treated me and my fiancé right. Very professional and friendly!
My experience at Wolfchase Nissan was exciting. Not everyday you walk into a dealership and have a bond with the sales rep and the finance manager as if you known them a life time. The warm laughter from friendly conversations..The best experience i have had so far. I will definitely tell others of the service i got.
The service staff was friendly and explained issues with my truck. I didnt wait very long and they honored my coupons. Thanks!!
Was their to repair a window visor cover and was taken care of with swift and courteous customer service.
Needed vehicle services which were completed in a timely manner
WOLFCHASE Nissan is very professional! I would recommend going to Wolfchase Nissan. Turn around time is excellent.
Amazing….. the excellent service was thru the roof..omg i would highly recommend!!!🎈
Service was excellent and my car was ready in due time.
As polite as you could ever expect a dealership to be. Never pushy. Best price in West tennessee on the exact car I wanted and the car was delivered clean and in perfect condition.
My experience with Wolfchase Nissan overall was good. There were some things I didnt like dont try to play customer for sales meaning you never know who you are dealing with. I understand the dealership is in the business of making money, however, make sure you are communicating every step of the process and have their written permission to run their credit before you do. I dont play games with my time and dont like no one to play games with it. When I came in the next morning, the customer service was better and trying to figure what vehicle I would qualify for and a great interest rate. I spoke with the sales manager to figure out why three inquiries from three different companies were pulled, when I only asked for one. The sales manager explained why and after 30 days the inquiry will be one versus three. Personally, the only company that needs to pull the credit report is the one giving the loan not subsidiary companies and/or sister partnered companies. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima. For the most part, I got all the features I wanted in a vehicle and thank you Wolfchase Nissan personnel!
I really enjoyed the way business was handled. I was in and out. Thanks for the excellent experience.
I have a great experience, 👍☺😊, services team are very helpful and courteous.
Oliver did a great job getting me exactly what I wanted, and I didnt have to sit at the dealership all day either!
I bought a used car here and was given the option of purchasing a 5 year warranty!
I had a bad transmission in my 2019 nissian sentra. Still under power train warranty but they refused to pay for a rental. I had to use my exstended warranty to cover rental car. Instead of putting in a new transmission they put a rebuild in my car. They only give you 12mo or 12k miles. Car still not acting right. They didnt disclose how many miles is in the rebuild transmission. Very dissatisfied with my repair and them no paying for my rental and them not telling you they put a rebuilt transmission in your car.
Ali was absolutely amazing! Because of him, my husband and I got our dream car for our growing family. He was so patient and kind, and the best sales person I have ever had. It was such a pleasure and I can’t thank him enough. Now we are proud owners of a 2020 Nissan Armada. He even remembered what color I wanted and what interior I desired from a week prior. Thank you again!
I had a horrible experience at this dealership. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early and after waiting for over 5 hours I decided to inquire about my vehicle. The clerk told me that they haven’t diagnosed my vehicle yet because they were trying to catch up on vehicles from the weekend. Why schedule me an appointment if you knew your mechanics had more work than they could handle. Definitely will not be going back to this establishment. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Poor process.
Came in knowing I had a major problem with my car. Was able to get a shuttle to work, later told what all was wrong, and Cesar took care of processing a claim on my extended coverage. Paid online and conveniently got to pick up my car after service hours once I got off work. The drive axle got replaced and the symptoms are gone! I will be back soon for my transmission service when it’s due.
Got a quote and scheduled service for my 2017 Titan here. After I had purchased and paid for the part, they called me wanting to double the labor cost on installing a new headlight assembly. I had to go pickup the truck without them having done any work on it. I do not recommend this dealership.
Kevin was great and very knowledgeable...Contact Kevin if you want a good experience.
I had been going to another dealership to get my car serviced, and I was miserable. I finally decided to go to Wolfchase Nissan instead. My experience there was incredible. From the time I made the phone call for the appointment, until I walked out the door, the experience was spectacular. I have two Nissans that will never go anywhere else now.
It took 3 hours just to get a oil change and they over charge me for that
I went in for a battery replacement and oil change. The service representative was not attentive in explaining anything. Normally they would recommend if I needed any routine maintenance, she did not. And lastly I had to ask about my sticker regarding my mileage and date for my next oil change. She got very snappy and still didn’t provide the sticker she just verbally told me the date. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
My experience at Wolfchase Nissan was amazing. My sales consultant ( Brooker T Johnson) went above and beyond his job to put me in a car that was affordable and that I loved. I will be recommending others to visit. No regrets here. Keep up the good work.
Mr. Ali was very understanding and very helpful! We loved our experience!
Was unable to get an oil change at the facility that I bought my vehicle, but Wolfchase was able to fit me in. They were excellent, and when they were unable to get my car to me by the original promised time, they came out to tell me exactly what was going on.
Friendly no pressure staff. Sale process was smooth and painless
My buying process was smooth & faster then the norm which I greatly appreciated. I was pretty set & knew what I wanted from looking at their website. Ali was the salesman & took care of my test drive etc. Claude in finance is very knowledgeable & able to answer your questions & took time to explain several options.During my buying process we agreed that several small scratches on both sides of windshield & hood would be repaired & I’d get a rental (Drew n rentals was even nice & got me taken care of all 4 occasions but he could use someone to pitch in when it’s busy back there with 3-4people waiting). When I brought my Rogue back for agreed repair—I asked about a big scratch on passenger door & even told Ali if manager wouldn’t ok door since it wasn’t on owe paperwork to let me know & I may pay body shop directly pending price. To try & keep it short I went without my car 9days of the first 19days after purchase. I never heard estimate for door or that the sales manager wouldn’t ok door repair BUT it actually looks like someone took a paint pen to color over scratch & rough finish now is worse in my opinion. The body shop couldn’t have done that & I wasn’t given an option of having it repaired correctly at a possible cheaper price since it was already at body shop, had to be sent 2 different times & was there 9 days. There was other small issues I dealt with David Dreyfus the sales manager on & most of all I’d like to say him taking the time to listen goes a long way with me. He understands being a manager isn’t just about his work team, it’s also about his customer. He offered me the resolution he could & in the end I feel I made the best decision for me & left with my faith restored in wolfchase Nissan. Even though I left with an ugly long scratched door, I’m overall happy with this experience & I would recommend the sales team to others. Thanks
The staff at Wolfchase Nissan were knowledgeable and patient.
The service was completed, but it took almost two hours for an oil change. When I pulled in the service agent said, we are slow today, so you wont be waiting long. Everyone was very polite and friendly. I have no complaints.
DONT LET the Wolfchase location service your car! They will charge you, then lie like they did a full diagnostic on your car! My sister is left with a car in the same exact condition it was before it was towed to their service center. They took $1,320.62 from her and never fixed the car!On 2/6/21 - spoke with appointment representative at Nissan at Wolfchase. They were informed that the car isnt running and advised to have the car towed. My sister had a 2007 Nissan Sentra car towed 2/9/21 to the Wolfchase service center after speaking with Brittany Anderson (service consultant) because it was not running. Brittany advised that she would need to pay $300 full diagnostic and additional for labor for her car. Safe Co insurance, drop my sisters keys off to the Service center at Nissan. On 2/12/21 - Brittany Anderson called informed that they ran a diagnostic and it was going to be $1320.62 to fix the car.On 2/13/21 - Confirmed with David (sit across from Brittany) that we wanted to proceed with service. On 2/23/21 at 4:49pm, they called and said the car was running and to come pick it up.On 2/23/21 at 5:55pm, paid $1320.62 for labor and included diagnostic. She went back to her car and it still wasnt driveable. It NEVER made it off, the Nissan lot. My sister went back inside to inform them that her car still isnt running and is still in the parking lot. She gave her keys to the manager he said he would look at it.On 2/24/21 Brittany called at 8:21am stating that she needed a new transmission. The advised that between doing the diagnostic and its snowing it couldve messed the transmission up. My sister went onsite and to fix the issue. The manager Eric Hargrove advised that since the engine light isnt on anymore the issue is fixed. Even though the car isnt running STILL.Run from this place! They will lie, like they did a full diagnostic and have you left with no running car and thousands of dollars out of pocket.
It was awesome. Everyone was great.
Oil change in about 45 minutes. Fast, courteous and friendly! Love the customer service at Wolfchase Nissan
Ali was awesome! Smoothest car buying experience ever!!!
The sales staff were friendly and professional.Thank you Mr. Silos for all your assistance in accomodating me in the final purchase of my2020 NV200 Van.
John Sadler did a great job setting me up in my new Murano. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like he tried to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted.
I love coming to wolfchase to get my car services there us no long wait
I received excellent service at a wonderful price. The entire staff that I came in contact with, were friendly and professional. The wait time was a little while, but the atmosphere was very pleasant and comfortable . I love the service that I always receive here.
I am very satisfied whenever I receive service here. Everyone is very friendly and professional.
My experience with Wolfchase Nissan is always a good one good customer service no long wait time always helpful good service for social distance aswell as wearing masks. I like Wolechase service thats why I dont mind driving the extra miles because I get good treatment and service thanks
Had my first oil change without an appointment. Vehicle was ready in about 30 minutes.
Rusty took very good care of me and my car care needs
My visit was a outstanding and satisfying experience. I got the car I want and all the people that help with this transaction was very professional and outstanding..they put the customer first. Im very pleased with my visit and new car from wolfchase nissan. Thank you
Booker T and Kevin were an absolute pleasure to work with and made buying our new 2021 Kicks a blast. Absolutely loving the new vehicle guys thnx!!!
Everything that I requested was performed. And new oil filter and cabin filter were replaced. Everyone was very courteous and did a great job. Thank you.
I scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic to figure out what’s been going on with my car. My appointment was scheduled for 7am. Once I arrived, they told me the specialist doesn’t come in until 8am. So why schedule my appointment at 7? I asked to be taken on the shuttle, the lady told me she would need to tell my assigned representative. I waited 2 hours then asked for the shuttle again. The lady finally called herself and got me on the shuttle. I waited until 4pm before calling to check on my vehicle. When I called, they hadn’t even started looking at it and still had no clue what was wrong. I said I would be by first thing in the morning to pick up my car. I called at 8am to see if it was finished. They told me that my representative wouldn’t be in until 9 to explain but my car still hadn’t been looked at. My vehicle was at the Nissan shop for over 24 hours with no diagnostic complete even with an appointment. Dave or David was my representative, and I am just extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. I left with no diagnostic completed or explanation on why it wasn’t.
Great cars and very nice people to talk with
I just bought a car. Arriving there during this pandemic I must admit I was a little nervous. Once I walked in I looked around and noticed how clean and organized it was. The front desk had a clear barrier and all employees had on mask. My sales rep Fred S. was so awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and as indecisive as I was, I never felt like I was rushed or pushed to hurry and make a decision. I’m so thankful I was connected with the right person. I will recommend Nissan and Fred because this is the kind of customer service customers want! Thank you Nissan.
Service was a complete waste of time and money. It did nothing to solve my heat issue.
Great staff from sales associates to finance and management
It met my expectations, but my expectations are not high. . . It just always seems to be something with these guys. . . I dont know if its this dealer in particular, all Nissan dealers, or all car dealers? They assigned a guy to me for my appointment (why? what does he do? I dont care who I speak with when I call as long as they have the answers). . . I dropped my car off at 7:00am (scheduled appointment). They called me a few minutes later and asked what the problem was with my collision sensor (I already explained that when I made the appointment. . . It was just on and the car said malfunction), but its fine. . . I called me at 11 to try and sell me something and tell me that they didnt have an answer for the sensor. . . What bugs me here is it comes off as their #1 goal is to sell me stuff and not focus on the warranty issue that I brought the car in for in the first place. . . But anyway, I digress, declined the sell, and he said they didnt have an answer for the sensor. . . Okay. . .I called back at almost 4 for an update because I know they closed soon and I was about to leave work. . . The guy who answered said he didnt know and that he would have my appointment guy call me back in just a minute. . . 30 minutes later, my appointment guy called me back and said it was ready and told me what they did. . . Im just curious as to why it took me calling them (after 8 hours or so) to be told that the car was ready. . . Shouldnt i have been notified as soon as it was done? Further, why dont you fix the issue that I brought it in before you try to sell me something else to the car. . . Not to mention that they attitudes, while not bad, are just seemingly apathetic. . . Like they are so busy, they dont really care if they gain your business or not. . . Not to mention the prices are way high (but dealers are notorious for that). . . I keep going here because of convenience. . . Not really any other reason.
I have always been very pleased with the service I have received at Wolfchase Nissan, and this past week, my battery had died and they sent someone from the dealership (as a courtesy) to jump start my car. He then offered to follow me to the dealership to make sure nothing happened. I got there and asked them to check the battery to see if it was dead...sure enough it was so they had to replace it. AND much to my surprise it was still under warranty! Made my day!
They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I was more than pleased. Thank you Guys for everything.
I was very upset with this visit and have never taken my vehicle anywhere else but here. It took over 2 hours to get an estimate and I had an appointment I made days prior to my visit. After 2 hours of waiting with many of the guests not wearing masks and the tables were not wiped down in the 2 hours I was there. I felt uncomfortable, but since I didnt know what was wrong with my vehicle, I had to sit there and wait and wait. Then I was told I needed a new compressor and that would take 3 hours. I was furious that I had to wait 2 hours to be told I now had to wait three more to get it fixed. I had to use the shuttle service so I could go home and work. What is the point in making an appointment if they are not going to honor that? I doubt I will be back to this service center. Many of the employees in the building were also not wearing masks.
Mr Gregory King and Mr Ali and Mr Claude were very attentive very professional made me feel very confident comfortable in the process in getting the car that I got which is a Nissan versa 2020 I will highly recommend wolfchase Nissan to my family and friends
Hey Christopher Battle Happy Birthday 🎊🎉🎈🎁🎂💳💴💎💵💸💰💶💷 USA 🇺🇸 Google Maps 🗺 SUV 🚙
Rusty was great! Even gave me a sheet with other repairs that are need soon with pricing. He explained what was done and what is needed in the future.
Hands down the best car buying experience ever. In and out with a brand new car in an hour.
On Friday, my 2020 Murano would not go more than 20 miles after leaving my dialysis treatment. I spoke with Jessica. She shared the towing company used by Wolfchase. She did not explain that I could 800 number for towing service since my vehicle is still in warranty. The tow driver shared that with me. When I arrived, I explained the situation with vehicle. Jessica stated that she would speak with service guys and give me a call on Saturday, which would have been great. I shared with Jessica that I had to go back for dialysis treatment on Monday. On Monday, I returned to retrieve items from my car before going to dialysis. I saw Jessica. She told me that the sensors were reset and no problem with my car. I asked why she did not call me on Saturday. She stated that she was off. I have an issue with liars. I could have pick up my car Saturday and not inconvenience another person for a ride on Monday. I had to pay $60.00 for towing. The person who has the authority to waive the towing was in a meeting and I had to go to dialysis. Please share with Jessica to be honest with customers. She could have shared that she would be off on Saturday and she would have another person to call me. I would have understood. I love when people say they are going to do something and then do it. I will say I prefer Wolfchase over Autonation. Autonation Nissan does not use a towing company.
Bad experience! We bought a brand new car from them. Paid what they wanted, they wouldn’t go down in price. My daughter really wanted that car. After they got our money they didn’t care about us! Salesman lied about a few things. Wasn’t nice to my 19 year old daughter when she went there herself. She had to go back to get it detailed because the guy that does that want there at the time. Salesman lied and said they already detailed it, but they would do it again. Left my daughter sit there for an hour and a half and she was late for work! They must have had car running with air going full blast because she got there with a full tank of gas! Also, ordered wrong mats and lied about that too! He wouldn’t return my calls and neither did the manager. Don’t go to Wolfchase Nissan!
Great service all the time.
Fast service. Friendly staff for the most part. When I arrived and walked into the service area, I was not greated. I finally spoke with the service advisor after 10 minutes and was very friendly. Surprised that she was the only one wearing a mask. Everything else ran smoothly and fast. I was advised that it was going to take an hour or so nothing excessive especially since they where busy and I didnt have a appointment. One concern was most customers where wearing a mask employees should have been.
I don’t know if anything could have been improved. This was my very first visit to the location and the service was exceptional. Ms Amanda Martin (my advisor) was very helpful when I brought my car in to get work done. She kept me up to speed with every move that was being made as it was done. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and made me feel as if I was their only concern while I was there. This place rocks. I feel very comfortable leaving my car in their care.
Went in for Warranty work. The calendar invitation they sent following the phone call to make an appointment was not correct, but the time confirmed on the phone was honored. I did not receive a heads up that I would lose all radio stations and cell phone configurations to make note of them prior to the warranty rear camera fix.
Definitely below the usual standards. Service advisor was rushed And didn’t discuss anything with me. The “complimentary” car wash was broken and out of service. And when did a simple oil change go to double the normal price? $63 for an oil change is highway robbery and I wasn’t advised of the huge price increase before submitting my vehicle for service.
Everybody was friendly and informative as usual. My questions were answered. I love being a part of the Wolfchase Nissan Family!!
I am so disappointed in Wolf Chase nissan.I had a $10 coupon for an oil change and ended up spending $60. They said that including my coupon, come on now, i have been going to this place since 2017 and all the sudden oil changes are 70 dollars minus 10 dollars coupon. Not only that, they are the most careless place when it comes to covid, they dont wear masks. You may have those in the main office wearing a mask but the rest of the place, nobody is wearing a mask I had to desensitize my truck when I got in it. because nobody was wearing a mask .I am just so disappointed with wolfchase Chase Nissan. if you have a coupon please call 1st to find out how much a thing is going to cost because when you get there, even with a coupon its like you are paying full price.I may never go back to wolfchase Chase Nissan, if I can find another place. Ill never go back there. they need to start wearing mask then Ill decide.
Service was great and straight to the point. We were in and out very quickly. Very nice, informative people.
