After reading many positive reviews about Buckeridge on Next Door, Dave came out to do routine maintenance on my garage door. Upon arriving he showed and explained to me what he would be doing. He also pointed out some caulking that I might want to do to secure the siding to the wood frame of the garage. He also easily took care of an issue I was having with my remote. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Dave was punctual, professional, and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to refer Buckeridge to neighbors, friends, or family.

David was so friendly and conscientious, his expertise in all aspects of the garage door opener and its performance was invaluable! I had Buckeridge Door come out to service our garage door opener which was not functioning properly. I I called on a Monday morning and they were able to have someone here before noon. Our service technician David was very professional, courteous and helpful. He was able to quickly figure out the problem and fixed it right away. He then made another few adjustments and even re-programmed our garage door remote in our car. He went above and beyond and was great. We have used Buckeridge Door a few times over 15 years in two different houses. They have always been prompt, professional and fairly priced. We plan to use them again soon to replace our old garage door. You cant go wrong with this company!

Victor came to assess and repair my garage door...DONE in an hour and extremely reasonable ($322)! He was very knowledgeable and replaced/repaired exactly what needed very quickly. A prior company came out and insisted I needed a completely new door at a cost of $3,800! I cant recommend Buckeridge Door enough!

I called Buckeridge at 8:00 am and by 10:00 am, David had arrived. David quickly diagnosed a broken coil and cables. David had all the parts with him and got right to work, finishing within about an hour. David also checked the rest of the garage door and said it looked OK. He also lubricated the door and removed a part that had been left over from an earlier repair. David was quick, efficient, friendly and a great communicator. Thank you David!

I received great service from Buckeridge tech David and great help walking through my options with Jason. Izzy did a fantastic job. My door had misaligned on one side. (The door is 50 years old and has only been serviced by Buckeridge who, in fact were the manufacturers of it) . So my experience with this company has been 50 years of great reliable and responsive service. I had to recall them after the service call because I noticed a new popping sound. David came out and determined that the original cable drums were the cause. I asked him to replace them. Buckeridge could have easily charged me foranother service call, but only charged me for the new parts. I strongly recommend them.

Garage torsion spring and cable snapped; door would not lift with a car stuck inside. Buckeridge scheduled me in for the next day in the afternoon. He provided me with an economical option of repairing the system but once he told me what we would be getting with a new system, it was a no brainer. Now we have a new system, a new key pad, 2 remotes, and a WIFI option! David was able to install the new system within a few hours of his arrival. I received such excellent service from Buckeridge Door in Bartlett! On Sunday evening, my old garage door literally fell apart when I closed it. I texted them a picture that night (per their website); and Julie responded right away! By Monday, Shawn had come out to measure; and it was ready and installed by Dave by Wednesday! Called on Wednesday to schedule a door operator replacement. Told me tech David would be by on Saturday at 8. Rearranged my entire morning to accommodate this as my garage door wouldn’t open. 8:30 tried calling Buckeridge as I was still waiting. No one answered so I had to leave a message. Went on website and saw you could text so I did that. 5 minutes later got a call from sales rep saying David got caught at an emergency for a fire station and apologized for being told 8am. I understand emergencies especially with a fire station but Buckeridge should have called me telling me there was a delay. By 10 still nothing so I texted and called again. 15 minutes later got a call from someone else stating David was still on the first call but that it would be within the hour. Told them it would have been decent to just keep the next client up to date on delays. 11am David arrived and got right to work and was extremely apologetic. More so then the 2 people I previously talked to.Again don’t blame David At ALL the company should have kept me in the loop. David explained everything and quoted me a price however it was $50 more for the exact same price, discounts, and operator I was told when I scheduled my appointment. David came through and honored the price I was told over the phone.So after waiting 3 hours after my scheduled time and being told a lower price on the phone and 2 hours of install finally got my garage door fixed.Would not recommend the company but would highly recommend David!

I came home at about 9:30 this morning... tried to open the garage and it only went up about 6 inches on one side! Not good! Husband checked and the cable had snapped on one side. We had used Buckeridge in the past and were pleased with them so I called and spoke to Julie. She said she had someone in our area (Schaumburg) that she thought could get to us this morning. A few minutes later David called and arranged to be at our home in less than 30 minutes. By 11am he had replaced the cables on both sides of the door (customarily replaced in pairs), adjusted the height our door goes up and answered a few other questions for us! High-Lift Garage Door Conversions and Jack-Drive Opener InstallationsI had Buckeridge convert my existing 2-car and 1-car garage doors to a High-Lift configuration, and replace my traditional garage door openers with LiftMaster 8500 Jack-Drive units. The 8500s are very small and quiet, and mount on the wall with the door, so no more clunky appliances hanging from the center of the garage ceiling. Buckeridge provided several options during the quote process, and they were able to do the installation even earlier than they had originally estimated! The installers were extremely prompt and professional and did excellent work. Since the doors now go all the way up the wall before coming into the room, this new configuration makes the room appear so much larger, brighter, and cleaner. Buckeridge had done this conversion a few years ago to one of my other garage doors and did an amazing job, so its nice to see that theyve maintained their excellent level of service!
