When my wife & I decided to invest in our future and look for a retirement home, we decided it would be worthwhile to expand our search. I reached out to Titan Factory Direct and I was put in touch with Ralph Palmer . . . thank goodness! From the beginning Ralph was professional who is knowledgable, funny, experienced & a pleasure to work with. Leading up to a factory visit, my wife & I had (2) zoom calls with Ralph. Before completing the second call, Ralph knew our needs and planned on having a home on the lot for us to walkthrough that he said youll fall in love with this once you walk in. Were SO glad we decided to make that hour drive to Titan Factory Direct! Ralph met us at our car & walked us over to the Skyline 5006. Shortly afterwards, we were picking out home details & writing a check. Ralph was so helpful throughout the entire process. My wife & I appreciate working with a true professional who provided a wonderful experience! I also had the pleasure to work with Kevin Selbe who has also been the consummate knowledgable & helpful professional. After several modifications to the plans, my wife & I are now enjoying our retirement home in the Clearwater area. As we began looking for a Park Model for our retirement home, we decided it would be worth it to expand our search area. Im so glad we decided to drive the 2 hours to Titan Factory Homes. We made a day of it and they had a lot unit that we knew was the one for us. Patrick was our salesman and he was very professional and a pleasure to work with during our purchase. He was always helpful through the entire process and my wife and I appreciate so much experiencing great customer service during our home hunting. That has been lost in many of the businesses today. Ralph Palmer has been the absolute best salesman I have ever delt with. He has went above and beyond to make sure things was done in a timely manner with the set up of our new home from Titan in Bartow Florida. I walked away from Palm Harbor due to horrible customer service from their salesman. GTS set up crew has been on top of things to get it done for us too. My father is a Disabled Combat Vietnam Veteran and I needed this home put on my farm fast to move him in with us to care for dad. Ralph made this happen for us all. Great customer service with Kevin. He was willing to show us a number of homes even though it was raining. He was very knowledgeable on everything they had available.

We worked with Patrick he was great. But just know they will tell you that you can make changes or modifications but you can’t So don’t get your hopes up. It’s pretty much as is. 5 different homes we tried to buy every time after waiting for approval they were denied. Now I’m settling for a home I don’t like just to finally get one.

I had a wonderful experience at Titan Homes. Kevin, our salesman, was a pleasure to work it and very patient with us. There were two of us making deals. Ralph, the sales manager was very helping also.

Very cordial and helpful in explaining options. Since many of their homes were sold in a recent sales, there were not the usual number of homes to look at but I expect they will keep us posted once they restock

When we got there our rep was with other customers. So Jeff took us to 3 homes with our specifications. He was the manager. Was very knowledgeable. Finally Kevin came to help us. He wasnt very knowledgeable just gave us printouts of those 3 houses plus another I had looked up online. Red Carpet was not good. Did get a $20 gift card for gas. ( We had driven 90+ miles). I had to ask about the Red Carpet instead of them treating us special. Lunch was offered after I mentioned it. By them we would have had to spend at least 2 more hours to have it delivered. Dissapointing experience. Jeff did what he could to help us. Kevin needs more training.

Patrick was absolutely amazing ! He helped us find the perfect future home for our family. The other staff was just as amazing ! I definitely recommend Titan Homes in Bartow !

We went to try to buy a home. The lady showed us one with the pricing of $31,000, listed in their Excel spreadsheet. Then she went and got her manager and the manager was rude and said they couldn’t even get us one for $50,000, he stated the young lady was new. Well why would you have a spreadsheet with pricing if your not going to use it? Good luck everyone. I hope you can find what you are looking for.

Kevin was very courteous. His patience made me relaxed and also allowed me to spend more time to think about what was best for me in choosing the product.

I got a home from titan home the worst experience I’ve ever had there’re in a hurry to close but once the home is set they no longer care about you I have a water leak none of my doors are level that don’t clean the house after it’s done all my doors at the top has cracks in the drywall my neighbor also had the same experience I did I thought when you buy a home it’s supposed to be the experience of your life to have your forever home this was not And when you call them they avoid you with there receptionist thanks Kevin for the crappie service and thanks Patrick for all the lies.

As much as I wish it has been a different experience, we have had the absolute worst buying experience since we started in a March! We have had the run around from two different sets of staff, we have consistently been lied to by the staff and then others cover for them and their vendors have not been any better . It has been a battle from the beginning with our deposit, to foundation, to upgrades, permits, closed files, customer service, and follow ups. You are told what they think you want to hear and then you find out later that is not really what’s happening! Please be aware before you buy, we finally got some clarity from the zephyrhills office and although we did close we wish we would have gone elsewhere!

Although Titan claims to have great customer service, I found that my past experience doesnt support this fact.If you decide to purchase a home from Titan, be aware you may not get your deposit back if for some reason you are not able to follow thru on your purchase.I was not able to place my ordered home due to lot restrictions and was assured that would be able to get my deposit back. Its been over 6 weeks and so far have not received my refund as promised. Lots of promises and runarounds.Buyer Beware!

My application didnt go through at no fault of theirs but now Im getting the runaround about my $1,000 deposit I put down which was supposed to be fully refundable

I am astonished at how beautiful these homes are. The quality sells itself. However, the knowledgeable staff greets you openly with a warm welcome, drinks snacks and a Red Carpet Experience no one else offers. This place is a must see.

They make a big deal about making an appointment and being VIP, then when you get there and you tour the facility yourself. Shuffling prospective buyers isnt good business thwy may go elsewhere. Cutomer service is being there from beginning g to end....

Awesome customer service, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, made us feel very welcomed and didn’t put a lot of pressure on us and even though we are still about 6 to 8 months out before being ready to buy they still took the time to make sure we had all our questions answered in order to make a educated decision when the time comesThe homes were beautiful, nicely decorated and the landscape made it look like a home I could see us living in all at a good price. I have been doing a lot of shopping around and they have won my business when the time comes.
