Went in to purchase an Apple Watch maybe two months ago and the guy seemed as if he really didn’t want to be at work long story short I went back on 5/28/2021 and was helped to the fullest extent I highly recommend waiting for the Sales Associate MS. JULIA (ONLY) she’s friendly does great work and takes her time! She won’t let you down and gives great advice. Thank you JULIA!

We went in today to switch from another company Julia B was very nice, Knowledgeable, and patient. She made the long process of switching companies easy.

The worst experience ever. So rude and no help.Asked how to transfer my number too remove temporary number and she literally said i dont know what you are talking about and i dont know how to help you. Called crossett and figured it out with no trouble. Then asked if i could have someone go pick up my sims card in the store they said yes. Sent someone to pick it up and they said they never spoke too me. But calls are recorded so hope the manager listens too it!

I came in to pay my bill and the manager showed me how much easier the new galaxy water resistant phone would make my job. First smart phone but Im happy to have the awesome folks at this store teach me how to use it. Repeat business from now on. I didnt know this little store was even here

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I had a great experience. Doors were opened coming in and going out. Smiles everywhere. I was here for a while but the manager was extreme patient. I brought my mother back and got her a phone also. Highly recommend this store. I am a faithful client now.

The customer service at this ATT location was outstanding. Jamie was extremely helpful and was able to answer each of my questions thoroughly and was able to help me in anyway possible. I have never ever been happier leaving a store than I was today. I had the pleasure of the manager helping me and let me just say that she knows how to treat a customer. The ladies in this store really made me enjoy my experience. Jamie showed me her note 3 and I had to have one. When I came back in she took her time to teach me how to use it and transfer all of my stuff from my old iPhone to my new phone. I dont think I could have done this without her help. Even though we had some technical difficulties with customer service, Ms Jamie stuck with me and got everything I needed taken care of. There is no better experience than you can get at this store right here in little Bastrop, La. With a store full of waiting customers, not a single person was complaining because they knew they would be taken care of here. Very happy.

TERRIBLE STORE!!

The customer service there was phenomenal. I walked in one day annoyed because of an Issue I had with my phone and not only did they fix it in a no time at all but they were so pleasent and helpful I was happy almost that my phone messed up so I got to meet them. Store manager Jamie was just awesome. Some companies should take note of how true customer service should be done...and at this location is how its aupposed to be done. Thank you guys.

Had pleasure of dealing with young woman by the name of Jaime and was amazed she was able to help me with me problems. Im from the Rayville area and by chance went through Bastrop and met her. Will take all future problems to Bastrop, its definitely worth the drive.

Oh yes AT&T is my phone store love the friendly people in there to help you.They always telling you about the great deals they have,if you have a problem with your phone all you have to do is go by there they will help you. I just love that store!!!!!!!!

The manager here is the best there is I am just learning to use my new phone but she has help so much and I send everyone I know to this store now that I know she is here

I highly recommend this place. The manager and the young man she was training exceeded my expectations. Its a drive for me but ill be coming here from now on. My only complaint is that i felt suffocated with other people in.the narrow store. That is all.

Brought it into the store and the were so patient with me and took theor time to do everything they could to help and make my experience the best. So hapy I dont have to drive to Louisville monroe store to get the service I expect from att anymore I can stay in bastrop. These ladies were great.
