Unless the showroom is in another location . I visited a few weeks ago and there is no showroom only a pick-up window and a warehouse.

Ordered a large number of butterfly cutouts for a work event in 2017. Good products at a reasonable price. Cutouts were not made from lightweight, brittle balsa, as I thought they might be, but heavier weight wooden composite. Cutouts were a bit difficult to punch holes in, so if you are planning on hanging up your finished products, you will need to use a drill.

I am a new bride who was stressing about everything. My decorations was 30 letters that spelled out Mr & Mrs. So I begin to panic when my decorator told me 2 weeks before my wedding that she wouldnt be able to get the letters. So, I got on line and started searching and couldnt find anywhere that had the 30 letters at a reasonable price and get them to me on time. Then I found build across and decide to bypass them because of a negative review that I read. But, after a few days I called and spoke with Tyler and he assured me they would take care of me. I order the letters one day and the next day got email saying they were shipped. I received them in the mail they were perfect right size weight everything.
