LOVE SUPER ONE!! My entire family gets our medicines refilled by their kind pharmacy staff and just today, my mom and I were greeted by numerous super one staff members while shopping for groceries. They always have a great selection of meats and veggies and ALWAYS have a wonderful, kind staff to back up the humble vibe of the store. Will continue to shop and recommend, for sure!!

I was very let down that there is not a single area designated for fresh fish such as salmon and others. Everythings frozen and also your produce section needs work also. My cashier Lizzy was absolutely adorable she was fast and efficient, wearing her mask and you can still see that shes smiling !great girl and she deserves a raise!🤍

Store is great, some of your staff,needs to start, greeting customers, even if you in the customers, dont like each other.A part of customers service is to treat the customers right and say hello to the customers, not check them out in dont say one word to the customer, not even Thank you for shopping.

Clean store with a good stock of food. They were restocking shelves so it was a little difficult to get up and down the aisles.

The dark haired manager who looks like Fred Flintstone is not really Fred Flintstone. He is really a terminator. Dont let his synthetic skin fool you. When he drives the fork lift its obvious hes on a mission to terminate Sarah Connor.

Super 1 Foods in Bastrop is a great grocery store. They have most of the items I shop for, the store is clean, and the staff is always helpful.

God bless the wonderful staff at Super 1 Bastrop. We had suffered a terrible loss of food from the power outage that lasted for days thanks to the terrible hurricane Laura. We lost 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers worth of food and it took us 2 weeks to get everything cleaned out and inventoried. We scraped together 34 dollars in change and went shopping and paid in nickles dimes and quarters. Our checkout girl was so sweet and patient while we counted out the 33 carefully spent dollars. Great service, great value, great people! Made our day! Rick and Sue Dziedzicki

No panic buying here. It was well stocked and orderly. Much better than any other place in town.

I prefer the selection of other grocery stores such as walmart, but its not bad.

$1.50 for 5 minutes of air. It wouldnt stay on the pressure I pre set and as soon as it started it droped to 32 psi. Just dont think I like how it works.

Super one has the nicest employees you could ever want to meet they are so kind and caring and really just generally helpful in all aspects I really love the elderly gentleman who is outside everyday busting his buns collecting carts in the parking lot he is such a friendly person and such a nice person and I enjoy when I pull up seeing him because hes ready to come over and say hello and greet me he is so sweet. But if youre going to shop anywhere for groceries I would shop here because the employees make it all worthwhile

This is the store you want to shop at. It has a great meat selection the aisles are marked correctly and everything is so easy to find. Most of the time the staff is super friendly and the stockers always acts eager to help.

The cashier named Trina. Was not sociable. Did not say hello only told me my total didnt even say Thank you.

Great place to shop if in a hurry or taking your time. Some items can be a little more expensive than at other stores but its a personal preference. Has a great variety of items to choose from and the weekly sales are usually pretty good.

If you want customer service this is a store for you! Management happened to overhear a conversation about us looking for a specific spice while I was in that state, lucky for me he did over here it and he showed me exactly where it was in the store after my friend had told me they didnt have it there. I cannot say enough about the store I think the everyone should go and check this one out...

In town for Christmas. Had everything in stock to make Christmas dinner. Impressed with the speciality foods of cheeses and meats. They have a Latin spice section where I purchased spices to make homemade chili. Nice selection of wines and liquors. Great store.

Cant say anything good or bad. Clean store. Service was friendly after they got through discussing why their hours were being cut. I dont need to hear that as a customer. I have visited this store since 1993. Good to see most of the same faces from back then. Goes to show that they she doing something right to retain employees for that long.

Great store with better fresh fruit and vegetables than Walmart. Make sure you pick up some Brookshires garlic sausage.

Awesome staff and awesome service

This place has all of your grocery needs without the hassle of poor checkout lanes and terrible customer service. If a lane has two people they open another one! Oh and the oatmeal raisin cookies they make in their bakery are delicious!!!

Fresh, quality food. Friendly service. Fresh lunch meats sliced and stacked do that you can use them when you get home instead of the cheese being a solid lump like they do in Walmart.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE called to see of they had crawfish. The woman that answered the phone said yes we just got a shipment to we have plenty asked if I needed to reserve them she said no we have plenty and when I get there. They are sold out! Like really after I called and told you I lived and hour away and asked if you would have them. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE!
