Bad experience they said can charge battery or test for free tha employee no look my battery before checking hi ask me its tha seim battery I bring 2 days before but I said no Its on other one but said you battery its old hi never tested rude person never back to the store his job its help costumers but hi dosent like Its not the first time this guy act like tha I dont know wy hi still work there his never happy

This is the best parts store in the area, even more it the only advance that has knowledgeable/kind employees.

I love that I can order any parts I need at work and can swing by and pick them up on my way home. I can always find what I need and the one thing I really like about Advance Auto more than AutoZone is the fact that they always have a promo code I can use to save even more. My car has 265,000 miles on it and being able to find the part I need when I need them is what has kept her going so long. Staff is always more than helpful, always ask if you know what youre looking for, and can always answer any questions you have. Thanks for all you do!

My receipts say the first guy who helped me today was named Nicholas M, and the second was Konstantin R. Both guys were really helpful and went out of their way to treat me like a valued customer.Nicholas was kind enough to offer to install my two front replacement wipers, even though it was pouring rain outside. I couldnt get the third at the earlier visit because they had a delivery or rear wipers that fit my car coming in at 3 today, so I needed to come back. By that time, it was no longer raining out, but still, Konstantin put the replacement blade on in hardly any time at all.Ill definitely be back.

My family and myself have been a customers of this location for several years with no problems. After my most recent visit, we will never return to this location or recommend it to anyone else. I stopped in to purchase rotors and brakes. The transaction was going fine until the individual helping me went to search for the brakes. After 5 to 10 minutes of him searching their inventory, he returned and notified me that inventory levels were incorrect and I would have to pick the brakes up from another location. This was a bit inconvenient, but I was still okay with it. The associate then proceeded to call the partnered location that he was ordering the parts from to confirm their availability. After waiting another 10 minutes for them to not answer I told him I didnt really care anymore, at which point he told me that he was annoyed that they wouldnt answer, so he would continue to call. We finished the transaction and I left the store with my rotors and a receipt saying that there were brakes waiting for me at another location. As i backed from the parking lot the associate ran out and informed me that the location was closed. I then went back in to process the return and he immediately punched in for pick up at another location. I was in a daze at this point after waiting for well over 35 minutes during this transaction, so I agreed to pick up at a different location...again. On the way to the second location I passed their competition and decided I would attempt to purchase brakes their to save the trip to east St. Charles they had set for me. The competition had the parts I needed and it took less than 3 minutes for the entire transaction. I then returned to Advanced to return the brakes where I was met with attitude by the manager when I went to his counter for the return. This entire ordeal took about an hour. Never again Advance Auto Parts. Save your time, visit OReilly.

Very friendly and helpful, but they dont stock a dipstick engine heater in winter.

The good- employees are very quick and helpful. The bad-gave me the wrong brake parts. Word of caution check the parts before you leave the store if you can

Great staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Even my wife is able to go in and get parts that I needed and was helped and ensured she got everything she/I needed. I do a lot of work on my own vehicles if I can and the guys at Advance Auto Parts have great knowledge and competitive pricing on what I need. They also stock a wide variety of parts for most vehicles. Only thing I would change is their discount program but has nothing to do with the store or employees themselves.

They advertise free services but refuse to perform them. A inquiry into their Alternator Test/Check yielded a: If you made it here then your alternator is fine. Pro Tip: It wasnt. Had to replace it a week later.

Just like all other APP they carry great stuff and the help is very knowledgeable at this location. Dont get mad if you have to wait as sometimes they have lines. But thats just because they are trying to help some noob out on a project. They take the time to help you out with questions, and if they dont know the answer they get somebody that can. Great parts store one of my favorites around.

The worst experience ever try to make a return and management took almost literally 20 minutes because he was in the back hes in the bathroom. Whats up with the best customer service that company provides. I will never shop again that this company

There inventory is really impressive and the workers are moderately knowledgeable. Store manager should be more friendly and helpful though.

The last 5 times weve been here 4 of the times theyve been closed when the sign says 9pm.Once again Walmart is getting our money instead.
