I am only giving this a three star rating not because of the store it looks great they have a lot of things the displays are nice. However the girl named Laura has a terrible disposition not a single smile from her, as a matter of fact she even thought we would take off with the fabric she mangled. Hannah to our rescue very nice and has real answers.

Strip mall owner needs to do better maintenance on the outside. Staff is wonderful

Good place to go shopping for your craft needs

This was my first time in this store and the sales associate was wonderful!!!! So friendly and helpful ❤️

I went in there to ask for advice on where to start with knitting and I was literally just shown where knitting stuff was and books. I understand that not everybody that works there knows everything about every craft or hobby however, if you dont know something you need to find somebody else who is knowledgeable that can help the customer. I could have easily just purchased a book online and never had to even walk in there if that was the case.

Joanns is a place to go for a specific fabric. But they are in my opinion high priced. I prefer going to thrift stores or church sales for sewing and craft items myself. I can buy boxes of fabric at church or estate sales for far less. As far as most crafting items,places like ollies or the dollar store have a pretty good selection. Joanns is the kind of store I go to if I need something specific I cant find anywhere else or need advice on how to do something craft or sewing wise. Other than that, I shop second hand and follow a youtube video.

The customer service was excellent! They greeted me and helped me as soon as I entered. My only complaint is this:I needed a restroom and was denied when I asked if I could use theirs. I spend a lot of money at JoAnn, but I am not allowed to use a restroom when I need it. This wasnt the case at other Joanns Ive shopped at...just in Batavia.

Went in to buy a cardboard tube to make something for my cats. They dont sell them. They gave me one free from an empty roll of fabric! Everyone is real helpful also.

Joann is one of my favorite places when I am able to get out of the house. There are so many interesting things there.

Put the stinky cinnamon cones outside I cant even enter your store from October until like February till the stink wears off. Its choking I cant even breathe

It took the cashier 25 minutes to check out the person in front of me. The manager was there and he would NOT open the other register. Myself and 6 others waited in line and were NOT happy. AND of course, the cashier forgot to give me my 25% discount off total purchase!!!!! I am mad at myself for even waiting in line. This is a totally unacceptable way to treat customers.PS - the mother of the customer being waited on returned to the store for her daughter because of the extremely long time it took her to check out.

They had no sewing machines on display. girl in fabric seemed like she had no idea where to refer if i wanted to see one out of the box on display. i was highly disappointed in selection but more so the service. and she was not knowledgeable about that particular machine.

The store was empty and the employees were rude and very unhelpful. I will never go back

Not very happy! Few customers.... Even fewer sales associates. Wouldnt take the % off coupons on regular price items.... Because I had a $ off reward coupon.... Wouldnt accept my teacher discount... Same reason..... ☹️

Great big selection and many clearance items which a crafter loves

I love Joanns...staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, stores are always well stocked, bright, clean, and items are easy to find. Every day I check their coupons online to see if I need to get there to take advantage.

Dont go there too often but its a handy place to go to for things you cant find other places.

Im new to the amazing world of sewing, this is just a pleasure to come in to shop especially with the digital coupons. This location maybe smaller, but make it up for it with their friendly craft oriented staff.

This Jo-anns does okay for a small-town store. Unfortunately, many times they dont have the exact fabric color or style due to the small size of the store, but it is definitely worth checking here before heading into Buffalo or Rochester.
