I came here first thing in the morning after I found this place online and the donuts were yummy however almost immediately after eating the donuts, I got food poisoning pretty bad! So sad because I genuinely enjoyed the nice service and their variety of donuts.Next day update: the food poisoning is so horrible I’m so upset with this place 😣

I was sad to see the nearby Naperville location relocate, but will travel to Batavia for this one. It’s that good. The blueberry donuts are simply delectable and the folks who run this place are very nice and accommodating. The coffee is pretty top notch too!

We got the birthday box for our son who was having a dinosaur themed birthday. We asked for donuts to match our theme and the green sprinkles were perfect! The presentation of the donuts was great but they tasted even better! We go to this shop about once a week for donuts and we will keep coming back! Donuts are great and the customer service is even better! We always get a little extra when we come in. Our son looks forward to the donuts every time! Thank you and keep up the great donuts!

Stopped in for coffee and ended up with several donuts. The selection looked good and the woman working the counter made fresh coffee and was super friendly. I would recommend stopping in!

We have been going here since we moved to Batavia. It is a family tradition for all my kids birthdays. They are so sweet there and are always excited for the birthday kid. Now that 2020 is here, they are going above and beyond and making special birthday donuts (by order only) that are adorable and just what we all need during this time. The apple fritters are sooo good that my parents in KC have a special order ready when they come to visit.

They are rated best in Kane County and boy do they live up to that title. Small, charming hole-in-the-wall type place with a friendly staff. But go early. We showed up an hour before closing and they had all but run out.

Dimples is a delight. Donuts are ALWAYS fresh and very tasty. Employees are cheerful and helpful. but poorly trained Great selection with a wide range of choices--cake donuts, fried donuts, ones with filling, pinwheels, donut holes, etc etc. Prices are higher and higher and as time goes on--if this keeps up they will price themselves out of the market. Management is NEVER availalbe for a question or problem. Used to be 5 star--but not anymore

Nice little donut shop located in a Batavia strip mall. There was a decent selection of freshly made donuts despite the fact I didnt arrive until almost noon on a Saturday. A dozen various donuts cost @$17. Friendly service and great pastries.

Amazing donuts! Maple donut is to die for. Only complaint is they are always slowly stepping up the prices, and charge additional for using a credit card. Pricing aside, this place is amazing! Get there early, because the maple long johns sell out fast!

Great donuts, annoying credit card policy. They charge you an extra dollar if you dont pay cash under $10. I understand it costs money to use a payment processor, but everyone uses credit and debit cards nowadays. A properly run business would have that cost built into the cost of their product.

I was browsing through Yelp and came across pictures of this place and had to come check it out. With a name like Dimple Donuts, I made the effort to put on some pants and head outside. Nothing was getting in my way of donuts. I went away with a selection of 6 donuts. The lady working there was very nice and even threw in an extra donut for me. I felt like a winner. Although a small part of me wished she had picked a different donut than the one I got as the freebie, but nobody is complaining.The donuts were tasty, but I was hoping there were more exotic ones that I didnt see. When you walk in the store, it might not seem like much. The walk from the door to the counter will be awkward, the display of donuts might look a little ragtag, and the store isnt garnished with color. But when you convince yourself to buy a donut, it will be one of the most magnificent hallmarks of America you could have. The outer shell of the donuts are firm, protecting a delight of soft, lovely baked dough. The glaze on their donuts arent bleached onto it like Dunkin Donuts. Instead, it is a delicate blanket of sugar to excite your mouth. This really is a wonderful store honoring the respected American joy: the donut.

Not a fan. Too much frosting thats basically still gritty sugar. The filling on the cream filled donut was separated as if it had been there too long. The donuts themselves had an odd smell and taste. Couldnt figure out the ingredient that was the cause. And the price was too expensive -- 3 for $5 (But they did throw in one for free so Im guessing because it was afternoon, they wanted to get rid of what they had). The server was friendly but did not care for the product at all.

This used to be our FAVORITE doughnut place before we moved out of state. We were back visiting this past weekend, and so looking forward to having our favorite doughnuts. However, Dimples is obviously under new ownership. The doughnuts were so disappointing. The frosting is waxy and hard. There was not much custard in the custard filled, and custard had a weird lemony taste, not a true custard. The custard doughnut itself was dry. And cRaZy expensive to boot. So sad we wont be going back on our next Illinois visit.

Bought donuts for 5, everyone agreed they were fresh and terrific. Coffee was mediocre.

A scam being run at a donut shop!! Poorly trained Clerks left alone to run this scam, manager never available. The sign says dozen for $9.99, then when you pick it, the clerk rings them up individually then says oh some are more, which ones? well those and those but not those. If you cant even run a donut shop honestly, were in sad shape. Coffee was awfull.

So yummy!! We will be back often.

Good place to get donuts from but not to offend anyone but the people who work there are treated very badly by their manager I went in there to get my usual donuts and coffee and I heard them complaining about dumb things and the manager fired two of her workers because they didn’t open the store right i don’t know what I heard but that’s dumb to fire someone over the way the store opens I didn’t want to get involved but I wish I did hopefully you guys would be helpful and report the manager and help the workers who are very kind and shouldn’t be disrespected because of small mistakes thank you
