Staff very helpful. Store has become very limited through no fault of their own. Government regulations are causing ex-smokers to return to their old habits.

To give an idea of how RW Vapors tries to run their business:during some of the changes in the law in 2019, there was an additional state-wide tax on e-cigarette liquids and I had a conversation with an employee regarding it when I noticed the price of e-juice I buy at least twice a month had increased. They took the time to explain how the legislature was affecting them and their profit margins on a day-to-day basis. They had also determined exactly how much they needed to amend their prices to absorb as much of the new tax as possible in order to have the smallest increase in price for the customer: just enough that they can still stay in business and make a profit, since getting shut down is obviously not benefiting anyone, but not so much that their customers are being driven away with empty wallets. In essence, they are paying a portion of the new NYS taxes out of their pocket so that their customers dont have to take the brunt of the damage. At the end, they even knocked a percentage off the item price for me, simply because I wasnt aware of the price change and to help out a regular and loyal customer.To make a pretty lengthy story short: they are very well-learned both about their products and anything that has an effect on their products, and do everything they can to put their customers first. I have been going to RW since they first opened in Batavia, and will continue until I hopefully dont use nicotine anymore (although their selection of random gift items is enough to send even a non-smoker to their store)!

Best house juice in the ROC area IMO. But what really makes this place my favorite is the staff. They are happy to help WITHOUT being condescending like most places. Extremely knowledgeable and rediculously friendly. There are a few shops minutes from my house but I drive almost a half hour to RW and its always worth it. Favorite flavor is lucky (Lucky Charms)
