We bought a mattress for our camper was told 2 to 3 weeks we got it in a less than a week! The prices was very affordable and we purchased beds for our kids when we picked up our mattress! The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable!

Excellent service, courteous outgoing professional staff. Hands down the best place in the area to purchase a bed set. Was the first place I visited during my search for my new mattress out of 4 and the last. The staff was well versed, very knowledgeable and showed true professionalism. Made the other places look high school drama queens. While the others wanted to do nothing but bad mouth these guys I got well educated and saved a bunch of money!

Very busy for just one employer and from outward appearances more interested in the customers buying a king size adjustable for 1400 than helping someone buying a lowly twin mattress.

In short, fast, easy, good price, decent quality.I needed decent but inexpensive bed and after some internet searching decided to check out Xtreme first. I needed to look no further. I was greeted at the door, told the salesman I was looking for an inexpensive full size, and he pointed me to three demo models to try with prices posted above them. Once I made my selection he asked if I wanted a frame or a mattress cover (yes and no) and didnt try to up sell me beyond that.The whole process took fifteen minutes and he helped me load my purchase. I got a bed Im happy with and stayed well within my budget. Most importantly I didnt have to waste half the morning fending off high pressure sales pitches. I have already recommended them to friends.

Customer service is number one here. Our sales person not only narrowed the perfect mattress for us, but in record time. As a technically minded person the sales person knew the entire construction and technology behind his product he sold. This is the 2nd purchase from this store and it comes highly recommend.

Long story short, purchased a mattress purchase soft mattress declined mattress cover because I already have one was told that the protector if declined would make the warranty no good if there was damage done to the mattress within the 30 days, not a problem I understood, however I signed off on the protector on a soft mattress when delivered they delivered me a firm and stead of the soft and refuse to switch it out and give me the soft mattress I paid for because they said I didn’t purchase the bed protector most insane thing I’ve ever heard of, I paid and signed off on a soft mattress I did not pay and sign off on a firm mattress, pretty easy fix mistakes Are made I called expecting them to replace the firm with the soft that I purchased and got absolutely nowhere with nobody, I’m totally taken back by the service of these people and cannot believe that they are using this bed protector as a reason for not giving me the soft mattress I purchased, no apologies no remorse no customer satisfaction nothing, I was not asking for an upgrade I was not asking for a different brand of mattress also simply was asking for was the soft mattress I paid for and they refused to switch it out now I’m out all this money and a mattress I cannot use at all and nobody will help, they won’t even reach out to me they simply say no bed protector your problem not theirs, I’ve never experienced any kind of service in this manner and I would never recommend these people to anybody, I live with debilitating disabilities as per the reason I purchased the soft mattress and that’s all I asked for is just please give me the soft mattress that I paid for and simply take the firm one back to the store really easy fix they refused to do so and tell me I’m stuck with a purchase that I did not pay for soft versus firm is a big difference especially when you suffer from the disabilities physically that I do it’s a shame that they would treat their customers this way, you would think that they would want to make their customers happy and give them what they paid for to keep their business reputable But they just don’t care, they got their money I got what I didn’t pay for they will not help, warm the mattress up sheets are too tight that’s what they say no bed protector you’re stuck with what we delivered you whether they’re wrong or not they don’t care by your beware do not use their services

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They do offer a military discount for active and retired members. Great prices! I got two mattresses and protectors delivered for my daughters bunk bed for only $440! Definitely returning there when I need a new matress.

Great place allot of mattresses and mattress accessories to choice from. The prices are as good as they sound. Everything is built in the US. 30 nights to try the mattress. We spent at least an hour in there before we narrowed it down and picked a mattress. We used the finance options Which gave me 0 percent and 12 months to pay. Have to make one of these stores a place to stop at if you are mattress shopping.Update....2+ months later and still completely satisfied. There has been no issues in bed or billing. The bed it self its a latex plush level cloud. It took us Scott 1 month before we were convinced we were sleeping better. This mattress had cut down on snoring and pains. We both can actually jump out of bed like we use back in the day. We find we arent turning an flopping around at all like we use to. We replaced asleep #. Thank greatness we did. Love the bed and the best part is we got all of this at a great price and still 100 percent satisfied. Thanks extreme mattress for given us peace of mind.1 year final update....perfect...the mattress still shows us no signs of wear tear or sagging.the loan is paid and 0 percent perfect...no complaints in anything...to bad i dont need to buy mattresses more often...

I went in on my lunch break the guy was in the middle of helping me when another couple walked in he didn’t even excuse himself and went right over and started helping them. I was mid sentence talking to him about price and pickup of the one I wanted and he just walked away. I stood there dumb founded for a min then left. Thought it was very rude

I bought a few items from the Walden Avenue store. The sales person was knowledgeable, but the delivery was not well executed. The delivery date was a mystery from the day I paid them. They eventually came, just later than expected. I was also disappointed that they don’t take away old bedding. I understand the bedbug issue, but these guys are supposed to be bedding experts, and should be able to put bedding in sealed bags and dispose of them, even for a fee. I may buy from them again, but it’s not a slamdunk.
