Took my car in to get an oil change at 8:30 am. Never got a call so I showed back up 3 hours later only to be told my car was ready at 9:00 am.My car didn’t get its oil changed because my plug was “too tight” & “rounded.” My father in law changed my oil when they were closed because of covid so I know for a fact it wasn’t like that when he changed it.Called to speak to manager to tell him & try to get things figured out because I am having lots of problems getting my oil changed and he was super nice & said he would talk to the man who dealt with my car! Not pleased with this scenario, but pleased that the manager listened to my side of the story & said he’d get back to me!

I am glad the auto center is back at work. I missed the ease of bringing my car in for an oil change while doing a little shopping. This time I was in and out in 30 minutes. Yay!

Needed an oil change, got us in pretty quickly, and we only had to wait for about 45, which is really good for Walmart! Very pleased with everything!

It was a long wait. Usually is on Friday afternoons. Expect 1 to 2 hour wait time at those times as a rule. Every one was going as fast as they could. Desk personnel were very helpful. We had to have a tire patched.

Went to change my own oil this morning to find excess loctite and a stripped head on my drain plug. Walmart was the last place I had it changed. Bravo, Walmart. Next time Ill hire a monkey.

Have a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500. Got there at 0745. Got my truck in around 10:00. 1 person worked very slowly changing my tires one at a time while another employee played on his phone. Talked to assistant manager about the problem and was told he would have the manager talk to me. Never happened. Took almost 4 hours to mount and balance a set of tires. Employee dropped one of my center pieces in the floor and laughed about it. They 50 psi in all my tires which made a low tire lite stay on. Told them I wanted 60 psi in all 4 tires. They put 70. Was also charged $3.00 a tire for torquing my lug nuts? Wouldnt take a bicycle tire there to be worked on. Worst automotive experience Ive ever had. Will never go back and will be sure and tell every person I know how terrible the service is. Unacceptable.

Wish there was negative stars I asked for the standard oil change which is $19.99 and some how it went to $54.27. The last time they had to get some oil off the shelf and it was 35.98 which isnt as bad as this 54. The guy couldnt even explain it also they didnt even page me to let me know about this difference in price. Not mention I gave them strict instructions not to remove the key the ignition is messed up and they did it anyway. I will never go there again.

I wont ever use Wal-Mart tire center again. The service was extremely slow and when I checked out the price wasnt what was advertised. Two big thumbs down.

Im at Wal-Mart auto center in batesville. I came for only one new tire, but the mechanic inspected my tires and determined I needed one more. I didnt have enough to cover two tires plus mount and balance on both so they waved the mount and balance fee for me on the second tire so that I could afford both! Great customer service and care!

Very good service lots of people use this and a wait is always expected, but thats ok.

When they can fit you in the service is fast and efficient. Sometimes you can end up waiting a while though.

My nephew got an oil change for his truck. They did a really good job they checked all the fluids on his truck did the oil change filled whatever fluids were low even cleaned his windshield really good service helpful staff.

Absolutely horrible customer service and incompetence at every level in the automotive department. The sign at the oil change lane says wait in vehicle, but people behind me in line were going in to get their oil change started. Walmart staff still moved those vehicles around and Infront of my parked vehicle at the front of the line. I explained what was happening to the automotive department manager what was happening, he shows me his Walmart ID card and says make sure you get all of it so I could file an ethics complaint. I still have the barcode they gave me when they checked my vehicle in for my oil change, but I left without getting my oil changed at Walmart. Its sad to see a once great company go this far down the drain that it doesnt care about the customers that helped get it where it is today. I will not return to the Batesville AR Walmart.

They wont fix your car if its not in pristine condition.

Work was done fast, but I was sitting there the entire time and wasnt informed when my vehicle was done.

I bought two brand new tires a little over a month ago. Now, both tires,which are on the front are completely bald on the inside and one has wires poking through!!

Terrible. Two oil change techs took 45 minutes on two cars. When asked for an ETA on my vehicle, female tech said it was going to be awhile and then got hateful when I said stop taking coke breaks and get the job done. She informed me I could take it up with management. Very unprofessional and represented Walmart in a very bad way.

Ok. Had a tire blow out on my pick-up truck. Went there to get a new one. There inventory page showed they had 4. Worker went to get one and there were none.

Service was a bit slow but it was late afternoon and there were only two people working.

Waited 5 hours for them to tell me I needed a new tire when I was trying to get it patched Batesville Walmart has the worst auto center
