This is the worst brand / company I have ever seen in my life I should not buy this Blaze refrigerator to begin with I read the reviews and some of them perfectly describe exactly what I’m going through now I want my refrigerator fix this is what I want I will make sure I write my review on your website to let everyone know that if you purchase this machine you will be going to the same nightmare I’m going now with no help at all. You guy don’t help much with anything also,is easier for you to blame the factory what you need to do is stop selling this brand if the can back up customer I will definitely want my money back or I will request a re-fund on my credit card . I have enough back up to proof you and the factory are not backing up your product. I have a spend more than $10,000 on your product and my refrigerator doesn’t work and you have nobody to answer any questions or fix the refrigerator is unacceptable.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The best selection of high end grills I have seen anywhere. Don’t expect any significant price reductions looks like everything is MSRP despite the apparent discounts. I ordered the blaze four burner grill. I could not be happier with my purchase. This is a fantastic grill pricey but I shouldn’t have to buy another grill for a long time. The grill gets plenty hot enough to where you don’t even need the searing unit. Using my previous rotisserie from my last grill and smoker box work just fine.

I have been a customer since 2018. I researched propane grill for about a year to find the best fit for me, for the right price. Locally the stores only had 2 or 3 brands on the floor with the option to order other brands, but I like to see everything all in one place. Saw the advertisement for BBQ Guys and decided to check out there showroom. They had brands from Weber, Blaze Lynx, Alfresco,American Muscle (looks like a Muscle car) and Kalamazoo. When I got there I was greeted by someone from there friendly staff and shown around. Each grilling brand was setup to look like it would in your outdoor kitchen with seating or dining and lighting. They even had days they did cooking classes so you could compare brands. I was so impressed with the store. I ordered that day. Shippers contacted me 2 hours later about delivery for the next day. Delivery driver was courteous and friendly as well and on time. Since my first initial purchase, I have called or chatted online and everyone I have spoken with has been awesome and very helpful. I ordered a venthood, vent, and faucet last week. The vent was supposed to be shipped within 3-4. I was emailed the updated time frame of 6 weeks, but item came in within 1 week. Thanks BBQ Guys
Great to deal with! The staff I spoke to were super helpful and made the ordering process so easy! I got my grill BEFORE promised and it came in perfect condition. When I ordered accessories and the shipping was delayed, they kept me updated by e-mail every step of the way! Will definitely order from them again!
My spouse and I are in the process of planning an outdoor kitchen and need some equipment, so we had an appointment with the salesperson, Bob at BBQGuys. We were unsure of the materials that we would use to build the cook island, but Bob suggested the best and easiest way to build. Bob talked with us to find just what we were looking for in the way of a grill and other equipment. He was very informative about brands and features, and we were able to make a decision on equipment during the visit. So far, our experience with BBQGuys (Bob) has been excellent.
I Have Been Working back and forth with Lauren from BBQ guys for over 5 months trying to get warranty replacement of a door magnet and a rusted out and failed spring in a very expensive grill they sold me. After 10 emails back and forth and working with 3 different people regarding this my client is extremely frustrated and I look really bad to my client. I will never buy from BBQGUYS again. Buy local if you can, the service is MUCH Better!
Terrible experience which they blame on COVID. For several weeks I called trying to get somebody who knew anything about the grill I was wanting to order. Mind you this was not some $100 Weber grill but a $3000 stainless steel grill. After 5 calls over several weeks I finally got someone (Wes) who had actually seen and was familiar with the grill I wanted. After several promises I ordered the grill. Apparently the order went to Neverland. In subsequent conversations they blamed the manufacturers, COVID or anything else other than their ineptitude. I finally canceled the order after many weeks, tired of their excuses. Everybody is dealing with COVID so it was no excuse. I just couldn’t trust these people even if it was delivered. After this pre-purchase experience how could I possibly trust them for and service or follow up? Seems their long on promotion but terrible follow through. Stay away!
The customer service is terrible. I received a damaged grill from this website. After I contacted them about the issue they said that they would sent an email that I could reply to with pictures of the damage. After several days with no email I called back and finally got the email to reply to. I attached the pictures and send the email back the same day. It has been two weeks and I have not received anything back from them and they will not give me any information on the status of claim. Please save yourself the trouble of working with these people and shop at a different website.After posting the above review BBQ Guys responded to me and agreed to replace the damaged grill. I’m thankful that my damaged grill has been replaced and Stephanie has been easy to work with, but it is sad that it took a negative review to get a response.
Wow, SPAM CITY here.I glance at a product on your website and you start sending me DAILY SPAM emails? WTH guys? 100% never gave you my info, so you’re buying it from elsewhere to aggressively spam people. Creepy and an invasion of privacy. I can only wonder what they do when you give them info to make a purchase...not that I ever will or would suggest others do that.
This company does not understand anything about the customer experience. Heres my experience:1.) Purchased an item and was told (at checkout) the item would be shipped in 3-5 days. There was no notification of when it would be delivered, I was only told when it was expected to ship. After waiting a week, I called and was given a tracking number (USPS) which stated the item was still in their warehouse. When I ask the CS agent what was happening she told me I would likely see the item in the next day or two. When I questioned her claim and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was finally told the item either never shipped or was lost and they would send a new one.2.) After receiving the item and realizing it was too small. I went on their website to see about returning the item. The promote a hassle free return policy but it was almost impossible for me to find any information on how to process a return. I chatted with their chat bot that sent me a link to their long hassle free return policy and was able to find a link to the form I needed to fill out to start the process. The form asked me to upload pictures verifying the item was in good condition. After completing the form and uploading my photos, I hit the submit button - which tool me back to their website landing page. No confirmation, no next step, nothing to acknowledge their receipt of the request for return. I went back to the chat bot and after getting no where I requested a live person who told me they received the request and it would take 24 hours for the return department to send me the return label. I explained that I used a gift card to pay for part of my purchase and they told me that 5 days after receipt of the item, their credit department would mail me a check. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor who told me the 24 hour wait period was necessary for the return department to determine the FedEx cost of shipping - so they could deduct that cost from my refund. (I find it interesting that they use USPS to mail me the item, but then want to bill be to have FedEx return it).After about an hour on the phone with their supervisor, they told me due to the high cost of shipping the item, they were going to process a refund and told me I could keep the item. Might sound like a decent plan - if I could use the item and if they werent going to deduct the shipping cost from my refund. Think about that one: they told me to keep the item I dont want and said they would process a full refund - minus the $15 shipping cost that I wouldve been charged if I return it.In the end, I wound up with something I cant use, spent over an hour on the phone, and gave them $15. So much for hassle free.PS - you should also check with Amazon before you purchase anything. Youll find that most items are significantly less expensive on Amazon - and you can spare yourself for their hassle free return policy.

Do not buy from these people. My Lynx Asado Griddle still doesnt work after 1 year of warranty assistance. They refuse to help ad rarely return phone calls. I wish i could leave zero stars for them. Lynx is even worse than them.
