Party City in Rouge has great customer service! Cashier, Aairren Joshua, and store manager, Mr. Crannon took good care of me after a problem with an online order.

Stock VERY depleted; poor selection of anything Halloween related. They do have a lot of party paper goods, such as paper plates, napkins in basic colors.

They had exactly what I wanted, for a fair $.I saw a woman get charged more than the advertising, and they fixed it, no problem.

Cancelled my order, email said it was at my request. Wont answer phones and customer service online is less than helpful saying its the stores issue. I have been trying to get the same products for months, even tho it says in-stock and keep getting told to check back soon its just not out yet. I hate ordering online when I can get it down the road a bit especially when they have it somewhere in the store. Only party city and amazon carries what Im looking for but its expensive on amazon.

Went in yesterday for my kids party this weekend, the young lady at Register 1 made me laugh the whole time I was checking out. Found everything I was looking for😊 Love this place!

I always forget about this place. But its got a great selection of everything you would need to throw a party. And theres various discounted items throughout the store. Got some pretty great scores recently. Theyve got items you wouldnt find at Walmart or Target. I like the diversity and uniqueness of their store.

Alyssa the cashier was very rude to me. This store is unorganized, dirty, and empty. I waited 30 minutes to have two balloons inflated, very poor management. 👎

Fast easy customer service. I paid online, and picked up in store. What a time and money saver! I really was thankful to avoid shopping the store. Dont get me wrong, I enjoy this store. Ordered & Paid $65 worth of balloons on Tuesday to be ready for a 9:00 Saturday morning event. Called the Friday night before and was assured that our order would be ready for 9:00 pickup! Walked in at 9:01 Saturday Morning to pick up our order and to my dismay, that hadn’t even started my order yet!!! They open at 8:30 and was told with no problem it would be completed! It’s 9:25 and they are still not even half way done with my order and the lady continues to check others out instead of completing my order or having someone else to do it!!!They jeopardize my event for their lack of time management!!!

The lay out was good, making it easy to find your needs. zone isles werent so bunched up either. Very bright, cheerful, felt like I was in the heart of a party. Zach fun place to shop.

Love Party City, but this location could use some help. There were items that showed in stock on-line, but were somewhere in a large pile of boxes lining the back of the store. An employee told me to try back in a week to see if they were put out yet. I went back 7 days later, and the boxes were still there... Luckily the staff was friendly.

The employees were very, very nice. The girl helped me so much. She was so sweet and patient. She did everything that I asked her to helped me with with such a big smile in her face. That helped my day go a little better.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not a single employee wore a smile nor were we greeted by any employee we came in contact with. Customer service is key to a thriving business.

Store was somewhat empty, looked like they were reorganizing. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Prices were great as always though.

I go to Party City here and to the one on Bluebonnet fairly regularly. Every balloon for every kids birthday we buy here. Its a great place for decorations when you need it, plus decent stock of Halloween costumes year round.

They have a decent amount of product to choose from.. staff is very helpful they pretty much have everything all the other party stores have may even be able to find some items in there a little cheaper than the smaller party stores..

Nice clean store with just about all your party needs and lots of party favors do dads nick-nacks, costumes, as well as large variety of candy either by the pound or some bagged items

Went to the store Nov 10th to get a costume for a school project, I later realized I may need something different from what I bought. I went back to the store to return it in order to buy exactly what I need. The store manager tells me they are not accepting any Halloween returns. First of all I bought my product way after Halloween. Secondly, nobody told me when I was making my purchase two days ago that I cant return it. I just needed to get something different in exchange of what I was returning. So disappointed with how they handled the whole thing. I will consider a different store before going back there.

There is a lot of versatility here. Was able to make a custom Halloween costume with the great selection of various items they had available.

Sales associates gave me wonderful service collecting supplies to welcome the birth of my first grandson. Nice people.

Gave me a 30$ mask instead of a 60$ mask I ordered. When I realized and came back a day later they sold out of the mask I ordered and offered me 8$ in store credit. Ordered a 40$ white costume that came in covered in stains. Never purchasing from here again.

Great customer service, we needed last minute balloons for a party and they where kind enough to do the work

I tried to order yellow tights a week before Halloween. I chose the store pickup. The website said they had 3 in stock and if i ordered by six oclock, it would be ready within an hour. So, at 5 i put my order in and waited for my confirmation email. It never came. The next day around 3pm i went too the store, worried i somehow missed the confirmation email. I asked a cashier if they had my item ready, she directed me to the balloon counter where they had a long line of customers. After waiting awhile, i went back to the cashier and asked her to check on it for me, since the lady at the balloon counter was busy blowing up balloons. She was annoyed she had to stop looking at her phone, but checked. They werent there. Another cashier said, you just have to wait for the confirmation email... im not going to say we havent had time to get it ready.... but dont come in until you get the confirmation email she was very rude with her dismissal. I went to see if they had some on the shelf but they are stored 8-9 feet in the air. Instead of talking to the rude cashiers again- who where standing there gossiping btw- i left and waited for the confirmation email. On the night before halloween, the order was canceled. I couldnt wear the costume I had planned. There is NO customer service at this place. Never shopping here again.
