I was in a tight spot and needed screens for repairing a few iPhone XR. They charged me $75/display for a screen that cost them $13. I could stomach the cost on the screens, but the main issue is that the touch sensor failed on both parts. If youre going to charge a premium, then sell a decent product. Three stars for convenience and friendly staff. Waste of time and money.

Had my S8 Active battery replaced in under an hour on a friday afternoon.Very pleasant staff, and great selection of cases.

About two weeks ago I brought my phone in because the power button was not working. I asked them to fix it and even showed them it didnt work. When I went back to pick it up they didnt fix the button, but Instead they gave me a new screen(there was a tiny crack in the corner but a wasnt worried about it). Once I finally got my phone back after they fixed the button, I realized when I got home that the flashlight and the volume buttons were not working anymore, even though they were fine when I brought it in. About a week later my home screen button started messing up. Now two weeks later and its completely unresponsive. Overall Im not happy with my experience there!

Be aware! Owner passes off reconditioned, used products as new. Charges New prices while concealing inferior substitutes. When this happens items are not in package. Closer inspection of product purchased revealed scuff marks, scratches. When returning damaged inferior products the owner denies responsibility, force blame of mishandling on the customer, and is masterful at dishonoring his return policy. This stores return policy is a lose, lose for the customer. Lesson learned. Always read the negative reviews! Theyre trying to tell you something.
