Hi,I went to the Gonzales location and received No Help.So went to the Baton Rouge store off of siegen, and was treated with a nice greeting, and a Very Helpful sales rep, She was so nice in helpful in resolving my phone issue, I ended up buying a new iPhone 13 Im excited to get it in and so very well please with the service I got there.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Needed help on how to repair a cracked screen. Employee said I wasn’t authorized on acct so husband had to come in or go online. I understood but the way it was presented was just unprofessional. There was only one other customer in there and she was on a device on the wall. She was so frustrated and getting ready to pull her hair out. No one got up to help her. I went to the store on Bluebonnet and Perkins and Jaysin spent over an hour with me helping me to take care of my problem. Now that is customer service! I also went back to him today and he helped me again for another issue. Siegen Lane could take lessons from him.

Yall, I rarely give a one-star review (check my profile if you dont believe me) unless it is well-deserved! Trust all the other one-star ratings! Customer service DOES NOT EXIST HERE. PERIOD. In fact the workers were quite rude and did not care to remedy my situation. Do not waste your time coming to this location unless you enjoy waiting in line (outside the store by the way) only to be told once you finally get inside that they cant help you when it was Verizons fault that a wrong item was shipped to you. In fact theyll even try to charge you money to take back said item right before giving you that couldnt-care-less-look as they show you the way out. Better stick with T-Mobile or Sprint or AT&T. Again, this location has rightfully earned all those one-star reviews and if I could award negative stars I would!!!!!I also informed the staff at this location that Im so infuriated with their customer service (in general) and their unwillingness to help me with a problem they created - that Im going to leave their store and go directly to AT&T. They didnt even flinch. Its like theyre used to hearing that. Also, I suspect thats why they only let a couple people in at a time and keep a security guard posted inside. The fewer people they have in the store, the less witnesses they have to their horrific customer service. Security guard will ensure that.Also, please do not bother to use one of the canned, insincere, Verizon template responses. I know that the rude attitudes will not be remedied. Id like to know how long this poor customer service will continue before you see a mass exodus from Verizon.

Bryce (spelling) is never friendly, acts very nonchalantly when helping out (especially when it comes to certain customers, I have heard many complaints on how he treats some customers vs. others). He could seriously work on his customer service in general, but also how to provide equal and fair service to all! I came in to upgrade my phone, but decided against it after speaking with Bryce. He was so uninterested in helping me. I won’t visit the Seigan location from now on because of him.

Ive been to this store several times before and the service was not so great. Because it is in the area I decided to drop in to get information on switching from Andriod to Apple. Although, I know the difference I wanted to know my options on phone choices. Customer Service here is at an ALL TIME LOW and this store just needs to close, send EVAN to a customer service class, or let him GO. The comments he made while (Im assuming he thought he was helping) were HORRIBLE! I knew this store was ready to close but that should NOT matter when a PAYING customer enters your store. Needless to say get rid of EVAN, send him to a customer service class, have him in the back to do service, or close your doors because he is going to drive your customers AWAY. I will NOT step foot back in this store EVERY AGAIN. Oh and no need to respond with the fake apology if you are not going to handle the situation.

Look at all these reviews for 1. Customer service is not a thing here. I came into the store to switch from AT&T to Verizon and was helped by an employee. Employee seemed uninterested in helping me do anything. I asked about the prices going from AT&T and how to switch services he gave me roundabout numbers and when asked what it looks like on paper the man said it’s just like any other fee like AT&T has. At one point I asked for a pen to write down a few numbers and was told he couldn’t do that? I asked if a manager was around and he told me that if there were another customer to come into the store he would ask me to leave. The store was empty and 3 people were there to help others. This guy clearly didn’t want to help me.Calling the store to speak to a manager no one picks up the phone. Extremely frustrating as a customer trying to get service and the seller is not cooperative. I will be sticking with my AT&T services. This location must be the worst in Louisiana.

My husband purchased a new phone online and decided to do the in store pick up. When he got to the store the manager was extremely rude and immediately unwilling to help. To make a long story short, the manager would not give him his paid for order even with his valid drivers license, and the order was in his name and hes an account manager. After calling customer service they agreed he should be able to pick it up, but couldnt get in touch with the store because they repeatedly wouldnt answer their phone. Just super frustrating that a customer service business is so unwilling to help their customers!

Small official Verizon, though we went on a weekend and it was actually not very crowded at all and did not have a wait. The representative was quite helpful and we got what we needed very quickly. He was also keen on advice and able to help us choose between a few options we were thinking about without having a bias or making us choose the more expensive option just because he was obligated to.

I have been coming here for over 3 years and they refused to let their customers in the store or even show me a phone from 6 away so I will now be switching to AT&T whos got better deals to switch anyway. Who ever the alleged owner is replying to these reviews is a phony. Uodate: Just went to AT&T and they actually treated me like they should for wanting to spend $1,200 on a new phone. I suspect this Verizon location is responsible for a hundred thousand or more in lost revenue, but hey if Verizon doesnt care then you should go to another service provider like i did.

Terrible service. Took advantage of my grandma and made her purchase a new iPhone because her current phone was updating and they told her it was broken. When she told us about what happened, we told her to return to the store and return the phone. When she got back up they, they told her they dont accept returns and made her leave the store. absolutely horrible

Not sure what happened 3 weeks ago with another who nailed Bryce, or if its a different Bryce, or if Bryce has some very good training...Walked in this morning and was promptly greeted by Bryce, who helped us switch over from another carrier. He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly...and was very personable. Glad I did my research and went with Verizon.

After trying unsuccessfully to purchase a replacement phone online, I drove to this location to do it in person. First, the security guard poked his head out of the door to tell the people waiting that unless we had first purchased a phone online, and were there to pick it up, then, there was nothing we could do at this location. Really?!? Then, the salesperson, Brian Bankston, came out to restate what the security guard told the crowd. Trust me when I say that I was NOT the only unhappy person waiting out front. So . . . now, 2.5 hours later, I am back where I started, trying unsuccessfully to purchase a replacement phone online. Not that it matters, but this is a business account, one that will be moving to AT&T ASAP.

This store doesnt have management or employees who have any sense what so ever. Ordered a phone online, paid for it ahead of time. Went all the way out there which is 30 minutes away from Denham springs only to not be able to pick up my sons phone with my state license with my picture, name (which the accountis under) and address. Are we completely out of common sense in 2020?

The Verizon on Seigan Baton Rouge, La. are very rude. Talk ugly to. Doesn’t seem to want to help you. I try not going to this one. The one in town Center is better. Wish I knew some of their names on Seigan. They need to learn how to treat customers. I have been a customer for a long time. When it was cellar one, Altel and now them. Need to improve the quality of your employees.

Verizon sells protection plans that can become worthless when your phone is older than year, you will have to argue and argue to receive promised coverage. I strongly recommend asking questions about possible scenarios and exactly when do they decide to try and rip you off.

The customer service I received was absolutely exceptional. My questions and concerns were both handled promptly and in a professional manner. Im so glad that I did not listen to what the other negative reviews said. Bobby took his time in assisting me and he showed a considerable amount of patience with my active children. Awesome awesome awesome customer service! Went in there to make the switch from AT&T to Verizon and they made it so quick and easy, and were very helpful in the process. I am very happy with my Verizon phone service as well. I had to return due to complications with my phone (manufacture defect) and they were more than happy to give me a replacement, and made it as quick and easy as possible. I am very glad to take my business to Verizon, especially this location! The manager and the employees were all very polite to me. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work

If you see a name tag that reads “BRYCE” just walk out.As an existing customer, I visited this Verizon store for the first time today. I came in to upgrade one line to the latest iPhone and had a few questions regarding current pricing options, an iPad pro and data line I have, and info on a business account.We weren’t greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Bryce acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you’re looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. We all have bad days, but this guy doesn’t belong across the table from customers. He was dismissive and abrasive. It was an appalling experience.

I’m not too impressed with this store. I understand they were busy with other customers. I needed some help finding a phone charger. I wouldn’t have mind waiting, but one of the employees, found out this name is BRYCE, just looked at me and didn’t even say hi or how are you? He looked at me several times with a frown and didn’t even say anything. He could have at least greeted the customer first.

Went in to get a phone plan and they cant even do that. Youd think if they could do anything it would be give you phone service but no. Save your time and do it online. This store specifically has angry unhelpful employees that mad dog you the whole time youre there if you are within 30 minutes of closing. The manager doesnt know anything about any of the phones and needs to ask someone else and they claim their system has been down for 3 months. Lastly they only offer the newest phones there so all in all there is absolutely no reason to ever visit this store. As with every Verizon store complete garbage. Too bad they have the best cell service.

I had a pretty nice experience at this store. I walked in as soon as the doors opened, a gentlemen walked from around the desk to help me. My phone just needed to be reset. He did not seem annoyed at the small problem. He even answered the questions I had. I wish I would have read his name tag, but I was in a hurry to return to work.

The managers here are the absolute worst. My father went in to buy a phone bc he got disconnected over the phone. An order WAS STARTED, the manager at this location stated he still had to pay a fee for an upgrade bc he was in store (even though he clearly saw where an order was started). To top it off the phone did not have a model on display and a different manager wouldnt open the box, but they wanted to sell my dad a phone that hes never seen. So bc they didnt want to take off the unnecessary in store upgrade fee they lost an entire phone purchase. The worst. I NEVER go to that location. If I could give zero stars I would

***BRYCE***Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! Employee BRYCE was RUDE, ABRASIVE, and UNPROFESSIONAL.!! Basically he acknowledged that he didn’t like the fact that I asked questions “jumped two steps ahead of him.” NEVER explained/assisted with the difference in phone options that I was questionable about. I felt as if he tried to sell me anything (higher products) when it came to accessories. I will not be visiting this location as long as he works there. I would rather walk in and out if I were to see him at the entrance door before being serviced there. That’s just how HORRIBLE his service was! I ended up speaking to manager on duty (SARAH) and she didn’t not seem sympathetic of the situation when I addressed it to her. I felt as if this was a norm for her when it came to my complaint about him. I usually don’t do reviews, but this review I felt MUST be addressed to let Verizon Customers know of this employee BRYCE and location. Overall, I left this location so upset and my issue was still unresolved. Ive had Verizon for a very long time and this location is by far my favorite. I use to live near this location but recently moved. Ive tried two location closer to my new home, but the help and customer service is nothing like the Siegen location. I drive across town to go there. They are always fully staffed so there is rarely a wait. They always help you figure out the solution to your problem. They dont just factory resets your phone and send you on your way. They make sure everything is working and that you are 100% satisfied. No matter where I live in Baton Rouge I will always make the trip to this location.

We came in towards the end of the night, around 7:15 and the man Bryce was rude and dismissive the entire interaction. He talked down to my fiancé and his mother who is the business account holder as he works for his parents. Worst experience ever. Only good thing I can say is once he was done being dismissive and rude and telling my boyfriend basically he wasn’t smart enough to understand the update process he told him he had 10 minutes to be done.

The level of knowledge, customer service experience and friendliness rates a 5 star by itself. I admit that I have gone into this place in the past with a bad attitude about a problem I was experiencing with my phone (no problem with Verizon service) and it was promptly handled along with turning around my mood. This location is very clean and has free Wi-Fi. There is limited seating at this location (I think just the 2 small benches). Not all of there inventory is on the floor, so you may have to ask about a case or charger that you dont see. The turnover rate for employees seems very low and even if it has been over a year since I had been in the store, I recognize some of the people; So it isnt a complete waste of time to get their business card.

Worst customer service experience of my life. At 50 yrs. old, Ive dealt with quite a few customer service representatives.I went in to get a 3 day old phone swapped out (at the recommendation of 2 Verizon technicians and another store employee) and they did not want to swap it out, just wanted to extend the 14 day trial period. As another reviewer stated, you will hate Verizon when you leave this store. I am switching back to AT&T just based on the experience with this store.Verizon Cooperate offices, please take note of these reviews....clearly there are some staffing issues here.

Worst experience ever... Ive got into the store, found first available representative which told me that I have to check in first with the lady in black. It took me about 20 minutes to check in. Cant tell that the store was busy, rather representatives were busy flirting with each other and customers as well. Representatives have no experience to handle their own products. I had technical problem with my phone and had to guide representatives how to make factory reset on my device. No help whatsoever. Eventually I decided to get to the store on College Dr. where the experience was complitelly opposite. In 10 minutes people could check my phone figured and ordered me the new one.
