Verizon Employee Jaysin Armenta, located at this store is amazing! I was very disheartened by a trip to the Siegen Lane store when I just happened to see this location. Jaysin spent over an hour helping me with my issue. I went back the next day for more help and he spent another hour with me. I cannot say enough about how much he helped this tech-challenged person! His happy personality was an added plus!

I want to thank Jazmin at this location for her excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend her & this location for your cellular needs. We had a GREAT experience!

Jazmin fixed issues I was having with a phone for my mother in the nursing home. Not only did she fix it, but she helped me fix issues between my mother’s iPad from ATT as well so that we could communicate via FaceTime. She had patience and fixed every issue. My mother will be so happy.

Jordan was amazing, he was knowledgeable and patient . I had a bunch of questions and he had no problem answering them even if they were repetitive.I would definitely advise going to this location and speaking with Jordan .Best experience I’ve ever had in a store .

We just had a very bad experience with this store. They would not take a phone back after 15 days of purchase undamaged. The salesperson lied about 30 day return policy and said it was just on accessories only; we had to call corporate to straighten out the matter. Corporate will look into this stores wrong representation of Verizon as a company. This store refused to help us! This local dealer did not one thing to help us until we told them Verizon corporate was looking into this issue after the fact and conversation with Corporate.Thank God for Verizon Corporate taking this matter back into their hands and resolving the problem. Corporate took our under warranty phone back, gave us a $100 discount on our new phone for our trouble, and apologized for this stores (TCC 9730 Bluebonnet) bad response and corporate also gave us a $20 discount for our time and gas. My faith is restored in Verizon. I would not recommend this store to anyone. But directly from Verizon not an authorized dealer. Buyer Beware!

These guys are absolutely incredible! I get really nervous when it comes buying phones, but the branch manager made me feel at ease about the whole process! Im so glad that I stopped in at the location, and I will be going back if I ever have the need to!

Donnie was a very sweet guy and was very tolerant of us even though we aren’t Verizon customers he was very friendly.

As I enter the store I was greeted with a good morning and a smile 😊 an then asked how may I help you. The customer service was great and I paid my phone 📲 bill and then she said have a good day . Awesome and keep up the good work.

Best experience! I won’t go anywhere else again. Khaiden was great and extremely knowledgeable. Kelsey and LeDevia were also amazing and extremely friendly. Very comfortable laid back atmosphere. Everyone was able to multitask and help multiple customers while never making me feel like I had to wait my turn.
