They sell faulty screen and won’t fix or refund they screen are all fake

BEWARE! They are not advertising that they are not certified apple technicians . They charge the same amount as if they were. I needed my screen changed. I go to them to replace my screen in good faith! They charged me $372.30 on an iPhone 11 pro max. Soon after I started getting alerts on my phone saying unable to verify if this is a genuine apple display. I went to Verizon and they said that this alert means that apple does not recognize the screen and to go back to the repair place. I went back to the mall and was scolded by the owner who said Everybody knows that we are not a certified apple repair place. How in the world am I supposed to know!!! That information isn’t posted anywhere in the business or on my receipt. No disclaimer in writing or verbally. Needless to say they refused to give my money back. Im sharing this because they are taking advantage of the public with their COUNTERFEIT products.

Very affordable, and I had my battery replaced very quickly and it’s working great! However, the same day I got my battery replaced, I was on the phone and realized my proximity sensor wasn’t working. Took it back and they were very helpful with general troubleshooting, restarting, etc. Come to find I have no option but to replace it, and they won’t stand by their work and cover the replacement. Just be leery that if anything seems to go wrong with the repair, you might have another issue to pay for. Hopefully this is just a one off situation.
